“Came inside to get gift cards today and the lady at the counter a younger girl earlier this morning was very helpful and took the time to explain how the numbers on the back work also helped another person behind me figure out the app on their phone . Anyway the girl was really nice and helpful she’s usually on the drive thru when I come to get my drink in the morning very nice and get the line moving .“

“First time here today and I ordered a tan line latte iced and a breakfast sandwich (bacon, egg, cheese on asiago) The coffee was pretty good and was very flavorful. The breakfast sandwich was 10/10 so good! I also thought the worker was very nice and he even gave my dog a treat. Will return for sure.“

We have been to this location in the past with our students and they always have been awesome to work with. They work with our program staff to ensure a smooth, stress free experience for all. “Today I reserved their front room for my husbands "Celebration of Life". I had asked Courtney about reserving the room and catering with pastries and sandwiches. I wanted a small and quaint space for the event. Courtney and all of her employees were AWESOME!! They were so helpful and caring, it made the event go so well. “I love Arabica coffeehouse. It’s a really friendly environment in historic downtown Willoughby. The owners Tim and Tina Are both very nice and welcoming and their staff is friendly. I love the huge selection of teas that they have to choose from. This is where I go when I just don’t want to be home by myself. Love to come here read or work a little and people watch. There is always someone friendly to talk to. I’ve made lots of friends here over the years.“
