They ordered “non dairy blue sky” as a new flavor because we as GF DF people couldn’t have any others. I mean, come on guys, this is the ultimate good customer service. My heart swells in gratitude for a fabulous summer thanks to them! “This ice cream place is about a mile or so. They have generous portions of ice cream and soft custard. It's a small business, which I love to support over evil mega corporations if possible. The prices are reasonable for the amount of ice cream you get and the ice cream is good. Nothing fancy, just good treats done well. They do a lot for the local community. If you're in the area, support them instead of larger ice milk places. You can have a sweet treat and feel good about where your money is going.“

“I love how this Dairy Queen’s parking lot is easiest to get in and out of because of its size. The one closest to me is so small the line is on the street on busier days. I also thought it was very cute that they had coloring books and markers out for the kids inside. It made the long line bearable for my little one. Although they were busy they were still kind once we got to the front of the line and I appreciate that. We’ll have to come back for those $3.79 specials on Wednesdays!“

“I have been coming to this Dairy Queen since I was three and it's been a staple in Mentor on the lake and I just have to say they have been fantastic and the manager just did the kindest thing and I'm not going to explain why but she was awesome and I want everybody to know that they need to go there they're Putt-Putt courses awesome their ice cream is awesome their hot dogs and their pretzel sticks are awesome and the manager is so sweet you guys all need to go there and support this local establishment!“
