“Our family has always enjoyed this Skyline but their staff went above and beyond last night (02/07). As we were leaving last night, our child got adventurous and tried to jump off the curb resulting in a pretty nasty injury. They gave us so many things to help clean her up and ice bags to help with swelling. We are truly grateful for the staff and business that is ran here!“

“I had two of my grandchildren with me. There was no drive-thru line when we arrived. We placed our order. One box for my teen grandson, two three piece meals for myself and my husband and one kids meal for my eight year old granddaughter. The grandchildren ordered lemonades that they said are great there. What 14 yr old boy orders lemonade over soda? It must be good. I ordered two sweet teas. The chicken strips were delicious with no fat. The fries and the toast were also good. I ordered their cole slaw which is very good.
Raising Canes is a good place to get your chicken strips fix.“

“This was my first time trying Raising Canes - the only one we have in Michigan is in East Lansing which is about 2 hours away from me. We were driving through Ohio to pick up a cat from a breeder so Canes was on the way. The food was piping hot - straight out the fryer. The chicken was not really seasoned very well, but the sauce made up for it. The fries were okay but I was there for the chicken. The food was amazing and for a fast food, service was really good. Will definitely try to stop by this place again if I’m ever in the Ohio area!“

Even the other employees were like why did u make it thay small a customer is at the back booth she said what is that suppose to be I side a pup cup the girl with thr piercing went over to the table. And I guess felt the need to start talking and say I guess u can't please everyone how unprofessional. And i was walking away so i didnt hear the rest of what was said.First of all. If I am paying for something I should get it. But to talk about another a customer like that..... it's just wow. ..
I'll be calling head quarters.... and of course. They didn't give me my aide of the cookie dough I ordered but I don't feel like going back in just to have someine talk more crap... next time I'll just go somewhere else. Not here agian“

“Had a great experience here!! Jeff, the manager, is very knowledgeable about food allergies and takes it seriously. Our granddaughter has a severe wheat allergy and rarely gets to eat at restaurants. We ordered her a cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce. Jeff made sure gloves were changed on the line and that no contamination occurred. I can’t express how grateful we are that he took the time to care about her food allergies and made a 7 year old little girl very happy. So thank you!!“

“Lee Ann's is a real staple of this community. The food is fantastic and you can't beat the price. Tonight we had 3 cheese coneys, a small side salad and a 5 way chili spaghetti. “Their food is great!! Sometimes the service is slow. The floors are very slippery!!! I sat in a chair and it slid into another chair. My friend started to get up and her chair slipped out from under her. This Freddy's is not the only one with this problem. Every Freddy's I have ever been to has this problem. I don't think it is a lack of cleanliness I think it is the material of the floor.“

“We are traveling and I do not recall eating at a Hardee's before. However, I have dined at other fsst food burger joints. We didn't know what to order and the lady; Martha told us what their top selling sandwiches are and the highlights of each. While waiting for our order I went to the restroom. That bathroom was freaking SPOTLESS! They were working with a skeleton crew of two (2) people so to find a bathroom THAT clean with only two people working shows the staff pays attention to details and the comfort of the customers! I also discovered that I had the root of one of my teeth exposed and cold beverages are shockingly painful. I requested warm water instead of cold. Martha granted my special request; and was not bothering by catering to my special need. - The cheeseburger was good. Condiments on both buns! I never see that and typically request that option but not necessary here. Issabelle made a very tasty burger. I was not a fan of Hardee's pickles but one would not know that until trying them...They weren't so bad that I did not eat them but rather just would order a burger without them on the future. - It was a pleasure eating there and having exceptional service in very clean and pleasant atmosphere. “I’ve always had great experiences with the staff at this location but tonight I felt ADAM really deserved recognition!

I pulled up at the drive thru around 10:40 pm. I felt bad about coming so late but my boys were hungry after a baseball game that ran late. Adam made me feel that he was genuinely happy to be of service and glad that we chose Arby’s! That NEVER happens anywhere else on a late night.

Customer service was impeccable! He also hit his marks with upselling at every chance - which further shows his dedication to the job! “Would you like some of our hot delicious cheese sauce for those curlies?”

“I drove by the place twice because there is no outside sign. But in a world where you must always check your bag at the drive-thru to make sure your order is correct, they got my almost $50, mixed Long John Silvers and KFC order exactly correct! Pleasant surprise! The drive-thru workers were extremely polite and personable. Unfortunately, when I got everything home, I discovered the diet Pepsi had run low on syrup, and tasted like carbon water, yuck! But the food was great, every bit of it! So aside from that and the lack of an outer sign, yes, I will be returning to this restaurant! I'm just now seeing the orange swirl float and Reeces Polar Swirl on the menu, I didn't see that at the drive-thru, or I'd have tried that too! I can't wait to try those next time!“

“Despite if you see 1 star or 5 star reviews like mine. Try it for yourself. I just had it, and oh my goodness. You won't want to go to Chipotle across the street ever again. And if you think about getting any of the sauces, you need to absolutely get the sweet habenero. It's not hot at all. It has a good sweet flavor with cilantro. If you don't like cilantro, then you might not like it. But try it anyway despite what I or anyone says. Always try something for yourself.“

“I come here almost every weekend once a week lately. It’s usually the same people working the evenings. I always get two spicy chicken sandwiches- sauce and pickles on the side. My order is right every time, and the people are always nice. The sandwiches are driven out of town, and reheated in the air fryer. it’s critical the toppings are on the side. Some of the best comfort food, even reheated!

Even when we visit and eat the sandwiches right away the food is always hot and delicious. Customer service is always great. Keep up the great work!“

“This is a tiny location, not really meant for dine-in as it only has a couple of awkwardly placed tables. But for carry-out it was great. The lady taking my order was pretty friendly, which I did not expect with the general vibe. When I went back in to get it, the guy again was friendly. Pizza was cooked perfectly, and was good. I'd recommend based on just this one experience.“
