I always come through with my dog and the employees are so sweet they all interact and give her lots of attention and dog treats or a hot dog. “I had two of my grandchildren with me. There was no drive-thru line when we arrived. We placed our order. One box for my teen grandson, two three piece meals for myself and my husband and one kids meal for my eight year old granddaughter. The grandchildren ordered lemonades that they said are great there. What 14 yr old boy orders lemonade over soda? It must be good. I ordered two sweet teas. The chicken strips were delicious with no fat. The fries and the toast were also good. I ordered their cole slaw which is very good.

“This was my first time trying Raising Canes - the only one we have in Michigan is in East Lansing which is about 2 hours away from me. We were driving through Ohio to pick up a cat from a breeder so Canes was on the way. The food was piping hot - straight out the fryer. The chicken was not really seasoned very well, but the sauce made up for it. The fries were okay but I was there for the chicken. The food was amazing and for a fast food, service was really good. Will definitely try to stop by this place again if I’m ever in the Ohio area!“

“Their food is great!! Sometimes the service is slow. The floors are very slippery!!! I sat in a chair and it slid into another chair. My friend started to get up and her chair slipped out from under her. This Freddy's is not the only one with this problem. Every Freddy's I have ever been to has this problem. “After the bad experience I just had at the Upper Valley Pike taco bell, this is location is absolutely wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food is hot and fresh, and they were fully stocked on all their products. We will definitely be back!“

“I drove by the place twice because there is no outside sign. But in a world where you must always check your bag at the drive-thru to make sure your order is correct, they got my almost $50, mixed Long John Silvers and KFC order exactly correct! Pleasant surprise! The drive-thru workers were extremely polite and personable. Unfortunately, when I got everything home, I discovered the diet Pepsi had run low on syrup, and tasted like carbon water, yuck! But the food was great, every bit of it! So aside from that and the lack of an outer sign, yes, I will be returning to this restaurant! I'm just now seeing the orange swirl float and Reeces Polar Swirl on the menu, I didn't see that at the drive-thru, or I'd have tried that too! I can't wait to try those next time!“

“I’ve always had great experiences with the staff at this location but tonight I felt ADAM really deserved recognition!

I pulled up at the drive thru around 10:40 pm. I felt bad about coming so late but my boys were hungry after a baseball game that ran late. Adam made me feel that he was genuinely happy to be of service and glad that we chose Arby’s! That NEVER happens anywhere else on a late night.

Customer service was impeccable! He also hit his marks with upselling at every chance - which further shows his dedication to the job! “Would you like some of our hot delicious cheese sauce for those curlies?”

EVERY time the girl working the counter did not have a customer, she was sweeping, cleaning tables and chairs, and cleaning countertops and equipment. Her name was Jocelyn. The guy working the fryers was also friendly and working hard. 8/23/22 at 2 PM.“

“Very impressed with guy working on the line (glasses, tatts up both arms, didn't catch his name) who made my order in what had to be record time. I placed an order online (not the app as I explained to the person drive thru) and went to the counter when the site said it was ready. It was not, they didn't even have it, due to intermittent Internet in drive thru they had just found out about it when I asked.
After explaining that my order was placed online not the app, that I was calm after being told to calm down and verifying that my order was the one with my name on it with the drive thru person, the super fast dude from the line asked what I had. The drive thru person apologized and advised about their Internet, I said I got spectrum I get it LOL. “Despite if you see 1 star or 5 star reviews like mine. Try it for yourself. I just had it, and oh my goodness. You won't want to go to Chipotle across the street ever again. And if you think about getting any of the sauces, you need to absolutely get the sweet habenero. It's not hot at all. It has a good sweet flavor with cilantro. If you don't like cilantro, then you might not like it. But try it anyway despite what I or anyone says. Always try something for yourself.“
