“The manager, V, is amazing! I called yesterday morning to ask if they could accommodate an order for 3 dozen cookies for same day pick up. She told me she could have them done in about 4 hours. I arrived to pick up my order and she needed just a few more minutes to put everything together. I walked out with freshly baked, still warm cookies. V went above and beyond for me and I'm so thankful for her!“

“went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.“

It's really good stuff and made with really nice toppings as well as you can see in the pictures. I recommend this place if you want to try some really good food and maybe if you want to try a lamb burger instead of beef all of the time.“

“I came in here with my children last week and had the best service I’ve had since covid! The young lady who waited on us, Skyler, was absolutely phenomenal. Her smile never left her face and she made sure we had a great time! This type of service is what makes me want to come in and spend money, I will be there the same time this week to sit in that section. She made this our new favorite dinner spot!“

“A vendor had Savy delivered. The hamburger sliders were larger than most sliders and delicious. The chicken fingers/tenders were tender and real breast meat. They definitely can compete with Canes. The Onion rings were great. I'm not a big fan of crinkle fries but they were good too.“

“So yesterday, my husband and I came through this particular White Castle drive-thru and I'm telling you... these were the best jalapeño cheeseburgers we've ever had from any White Castle EVER. They were hot, fresh and the cheese was so...cheesy. Idk how to explain but they were amazing, and I've had them from many different locations in and out of Ohio.
The young lady working the window was very polite and friendly as well. She took our order without issue and had a smile waiting when we pulled around to pay.

“We were standing behind a couple who were arguing with an employee about the price. The employee handled the situation very well especially considering the 'customers' were just bullying. The food was great & the service was too, as always.“

“This location has gotten better but still need to slow down a bit. Always forgetting our extra sauce and lid was not secure on cup and made the carrier wet and all 4 drinks broke through the bottom.“

“I went in to place an order tonight. The guy asked me about my day, and I said it's been a long, not so great day. I had forgotten to ask my grandma if she wanted a drink. When I came back in to order them and went to pay, he said no worries. That was very nice. I was having a not so great day because my mom died, and I had driven down from Cleveland to Columbus early this morning and spent all day cleaning out her place. This guy was a blessing. “It was great service and food was made fast. Only complaint would be there were 4 or 5 employees we could see, we ate inside. All the tables were very dirty, food was on the actual floor, bathrooms were very dirty. That was disappointing since eating inside you can't eat there unless you clean your table off first.“

I could tell he was extremely busy, but he still took the time to step away and spend 5 minutes helping me over the phone trying to get me pointed in the right direction, keeping a professional demeanor the entire time. Give Jack a raise, he's worth every penny!“

“We ordered Qdoba catering from this store for a large party. They were very helpful when I went in to place the order. I had to place the order in person because I was using gift cards.

They delivered the food early and included all necessary implements. The food was very good and fed everyone with leftovers. I had ordered two extra salads on the side, but really wasn’t necessary. We had one entire salad left over. There were a ton of chips and shredded cheese leftover also. I had ordered their special queso and was very glad I did. People raved about it. There was plenty of guacamole which I loved. The only thing we ran out of quickly, was their corn salsa. If I was doing it again, I would order extra of that. But overall, a huge win. The picture shows most of the food. This was an order for 40.“

“Stopped after work to grab dinner, ordered online, said that my order should be ready for pickup by a certain time (which I love this feature). Got there and the (what I presumed to be the manager) greeted me asked about my order. Once the info was given he said I think we will have that out before that time. While I was waiting he even updated me that he was working on my order now. All the staff that I encountered was extremely personable and friendly. That is something to me a rare occurrence nowadays as most of the time most places just want to be able to say here’s your food don’t know if it’s correct bye. The manager made sure to let me know there were utensils and napkins etc already in there bag. He even took the time to chat for a sec, Food was as usual stellar, I begged the manager to see if they could open a wings over next to every Raising Canes, by far way better than Canes flavorless, scrawny tenders. Wings Over thank you for the experience, keep doing what you’re doing.

My friend had gotten the coney dog (she said she got 1 the day before when she went) and I got a chicken wrap. We also got some waffle fries? I got the strawberry cheesecake too. “It's not bad. The workers are always nice, and the food is actually good after adding a bit of salt to them. I get something different every time I come here and haven't been disappointed by anything yet. I love their freezes with the soft serve, and the fries are probably my favorite right now in terms of fast food places in the area. I also always come here to get an ice cream cake on my birthday, and it is always good and refreshing to eat.“

“Wife and I go here about once a week. The food is pretty good and the services is fast and friendly

The only issue is: The fountain drink dispenser is by the restrooms. Knowing that fecal matter floats through the air and the fountain drinks are right beside the restroom door just grosses me out. Other than that.. it's a pretty good place to eat“

Best service, fast service, super friendly.
The owner is there 75% of the time.
So nice to my kids and his employees love him which is genuine and you can feel it.
Not just a regular Subway. It's a great experience in general of the good old days of taking the family or friends for a bite to eat“
