“This place was new to me. My girlfriend has gone here a few times on special occasions and tonight was her birthday so it was time for it to be special. The place is loaded with things to look at and we were greeted by the sweetest lady Rose who was our server. I snuck off and asked if they do birthday surprises and Rose was awesome with bringing it to the table and being surprising about it. She was amazing, the food was amazing, the atmosphere was amazing. 300000/10 recommend and we will be back“

“We just had a wonderful dinner at Noosa's Bistro. Kellie, our server, was very pleasant & efficient. My husband and I shared a wonderful beet salad -- the dressing is superb, and plenty for both of us. I enjoyed the sea scallops on zucchini fritter appetizer-- enough dinner for me! My husband had the smallest size of prime rib, and still brought half of it home. This is the first time we've been to the Bistro. We frequented the old Noosa Restaurant on Rte 20 near 306 years ago. I was delighted to see that the atmosphere and meal at the Bistro was just as nice. We'll be back!“

“Where do I start ? Came for dinner Wednesday night and then came for dinner Thursday again. That should say something . I’m beyond impressed by the Staff and the establishment, it beyond exceeded my expectations. We have a lot of fine dining in the Poconos region with some higher end restaurants and this place exceeded them. The quality of the food is superior. Take a look at some of the pics of the food we ordered. Ended up meeting Sean the head chef and impressed how he runs his kitchen , everything goes with the flow . Make sure you make a reservation :) we ended up not making one and we got seated over looking the kitchen and it was the best place. You see all the action. Can’t wait to come back from Poconos. “We loved the food. The service was terrific.
However, the new booths in the renovation are not only ugly and gray, lacking color and ambiance, but they have a smaller seating distance between table and seat. If you're plus size or just have a large chest, it's not comfortable.
The other thing : we were freezing inside. I don't like to eat with my coat on, and shivered throughout my meal. The food got cold fast because of this, and even the lovely manager was dealing with a chronically runny nose from the cold. Turn up the HEAT.“
