“Please add Shakeno8 to your summer plans! We went there yesterday for the first time and it was AMAZING! The staff was extremely helpful, kind and patient with my overwhelmed kiddo. Their menu is huge and everything sounds amazing, so she couldn't decide!! They had dairy free options for my lactose intolerant family member and vegan options as well. A tray of brownies came out fresh while we were there and it might have been the best I've ever had. Everything was delicious! Cannot recommend them highly enough!“

“Quick and easy experience when I walked into the store. I had a quick question and the girl working was helpful to answer my question. I placed my order and received my order maybe 2 minutes - so very quick! The only downside is I felt like the store was dirty - it was more the front area that felt dirtier. The floors were pretty gross - could have been from just the day but highly doubtful all that mess was made in a day. The back looked pretty messy as well but the worker appeared to be the only one there - so that very much could have played a factor if she’s trying to do everything herself.“

“From walking in the front door to leaving, I was met with amazing service and hospitality. I hadn't been there before so I got some great recommendations. The food tasted delicious and had the nostalgic feeling of back home and at my grandparents' house. I took home a slice of heaven AKA strawberry pie to indulge in later. It was definitely worth the short drive from Columbus.“

“EXCELLENT quality ice cream at this modern, clean, and brand-new location in village Pickerington! About 30 flavors to choose from that cycle in and out regularly, with seasonal offerings. Nice rooftop patio and outdoor seating to watch the traffic and shenanigans of Pickerington residents. A perfect place to put an ice cream shop, too, only wish there was more parking available in the small lot (about 6 spaces).“

“I stopped by Johnson’s Ice Cream about 8 minutes before closing, and normally I avoid going into places that late. I really wanted to grab ice cream for myself, my nephew, and my brother, so I decided to go in anyway. Madi F, Charlotte, and Darren were in the middle of closing up, so I asked if it would be a problem if I ordered. Without hesitation, all three of them said no.

I ordered three small scoops, and they were incredibly kind the entire time. They even told me I was the easiest customer they’d had walk in during the last 10 minutes before closing, which I thought was so sweet. Charlotte reassured me by saying, “We’re still open, so no worries,” even though I kept apologizing more than I needed to. They stayed calm, friendly, and welcoming throughout the whole interaction.

Honestly, my first visit to this location wasn’t great, and I had decided I wouldn’t come back. The only reason I stopped in was because it was the only place open with cinnamon ice cream. But after this experience, I will absolutely be returning.

Darren (who I understand is a lead), Charlotte, and Madi F completely changed my impression of this location. If someone higher up sees this, please recognize them they made a lasting impact. I was planning to go to the Pickerington location instead, but because of this team, I’ll be coming back here.

“Cute little latin place to get ice cream and tropical fruts like rambutan, manguitos verdes, nance, chirimolla, cirguela verde and more.You can find ice cream flavors like mango, mamey, pistacho, maracuya, strawberry, gancito, horchata and more flavors.This is place is not big, it has only 4 tables but it's a hidden gem.“

“Such a charming space with really next level food and drink. We had sandwiches on their house-made focaccia, Americanos to drink, and gelato for dessert. The staff was lovely and helpful.

The flour in the focaccia is from Italy. The cream for our coffee was from a local producer, and was fabulous. Details like these really make the experience shine. And they also sell Italian wines and packaged foods.

I would impoverish myself eating here all the time if I was a local.“

“I visit my family in Columbus Ohio and live in Boston. And every time I arrive, I cannot come without eating several mangonadas. I want to tell you that if you want to try something good, visit this place. Everything is delicious, but especially the famous mangonada. It's my favorite, I love that mango flavor and I haven't been able to find a flavor like it. And in fact I had the opportunity to meet the very kind owner of the place. I told her how much I liked mangonadas and I asked her to sell me some plastic containers so I could bring fried mangonadas to Boston. And it arrived in excellent condition. He gave me a good and fair price. Thank you!“

“We came to walk around North market and we came across Jeni's and immediately tried four or five different ice creams. I settled on three scoops, and got a waffle cone so they were piled on each other. One of them was a delicious chocolate, the other was like a cookie dough but different and the third one was sort of like moose tracks. My mother got a darker chocolate and another flavor that really mixed well together. Being that she's gluten free she had to inquire about which products were gluten free and they were actually labeled which is really nice for somebody who has gluten allergies. They also had some that were dairy-free and I tried some of them and they were very good. I've had Jeni's ice cream in the past, but that was purchased at a local grocery store. The service was great, lots of people were trying different flavors and there were a lot of people waiting to get ice cream. It was very reasonable for what we got and it tasted delicious and we loved what we had. It was a great snack and kept us full until our dinner meal. Highly recommend a visit here.“
