“I always enjoy Little Italy, the food is always good and decently priced.
I am only giving 4 stars because I went with my whole family. 9 people. And my older mother in law paid the bill.
Mom realized the next morning that the bill she paid was not even ours! She paid like $160 plus a tip that was over $30. Turns out our actual bill was only $110 and so our tip would have been significantly less as well.
It took several calls and a few days wait but a manager DID refund the difference. But overall I'm disappointed that could've even happened. The orders weren't even similar.“

“I was looking for a BBQ chicken pizza, and checked out the menus for several(5) different pie places nearest me. Went with Flyer's...holy chicken!! They marinate their chicken, and it is soo good! The crust sauce isn't the same as the bbq drizzle on top, and please ask for extra fresh cilantro if that's your thing!! ♨️???“

“I’ve been going to Rubino‘s for about 40 years. The pizzas is great. I love the thin crust and how the store hasn’t changed a bit. Looks just like it did in the 80s.“

“Not sure how this doesn't have five stars across the board. We drove from almost ten hours away and after scouring places to eat we decided to stop here. The crust is crisp, not soggy or tough with good flavor and thickness. You can't go wrong with fresh ingredients like the mozzarella and mushrooms (fresh not canned, wowee!) either. We also tried Gina's Gem and between the beautiful focaccia and the dip being creamy while also sweet with a small back burn to it, you really can't go wrong. The bar is a great place to sit, no spoilers, but the walls and shelves are filled with awesome and hilarious things that make good conversation. It's a shame this wonderful place is so far from home but we're hoping to make it a yearly tradition. Thanks for the great food, staff, and atmosphere!“

“We booked a pizza truck for my son’s graduation party, and it was hands-down one of the best decisions we made! The food was absolutely amazing—everyone raved about the assortment of pizzas, and the meatballs and sausages with onions were a huge hit. The salad was fresh and a perfect complement to the rest of the meal. What really made the experience special was the service. The owner and his son were incredibly friendly and worked non-stop to make sure everyone was fed and happy. The pizza just kept coming, hot and delicious, and you could tell they really cared about making my event memorable. We got so many compliments from our guests. I can’t recommend them enough.“

But lately, the quality control has been a roller coaster: a late-night order of XL pizzas was as dry as cardboard, and the bitterness of the chicken wings dipped in the panna cotta oil went straight to the sky 😩 The misery of the sauce bursting out of the pouch was even worse... “We ordered a monster sub and the meatballs with cheese yesterday about 730pm. We were next door for pool league, she told me 25 min for a sub and meatballs, I figured they were backed up for 25 min, I set timer and walked down 2 min before it went off, food was on rack, it obviously was sitting there for some time as the sub meat was COLD. My husband was so upset lol. The meatballs were the size of spaghettiO’s meatballs. The taste was there but the toddler size meatballs were shameful. We’ve gotten these a few times before and never ever were they this tiny To charge $9’for 6 of these is sinful lol Def turned off for awhile , be back at a much later date I sent a message last night before writing this. It’s still unanswered“

“AMAZING PIZZA! I came into Columbus for a Blue Jackets game, someone who I knew in Columbus recommended me and my dad going here for a quick bite before the game. MAN, was he right! This (I heard) is a new place. Yes, there were only 2 other people other than us, which was odd, but still, this place was amazing. One of the only problems I had with it, is that it is just pizza. No fries, salads, or any other type of side. Other than that small downside this was an incredible quick bite!“

“Shouting out this location for their superb customer service. I came in tonight with a group of teenage boys to celebrate my son’s birthday. One of his friends started feeling dizzy and lightheaded in line so we got him a seat and water. One of the employees named Jasmine thought to ask if he had eaten anything today (which he had not) and she got him a complimentary no name cake so he had something to eat while pizzas were being prepared.

Beyond this, all of the employee were polite and patient with our entire group. They didn’t have any issue with our large order or keeping everything straight. The food was hot and delicious! I will absolutely be frequenting this location more often. Thank you for the awesome customer service!“

“Almost ordered from Doordash but figured it would be cheaper to pick-up. Location is easy to get into and out of traffic-wise and the prices are way better than Doordash. Their online platform charges a fee but it's pretty small for the convenience. I ordered mid-week/mid-afternoon and the pizza was ready in under 15 minutes. They have daily specials that look pretty decent but I just did a XL Pep and some garlic cheese bread. The cheese bread was completely loaded with cheese, probably the most I've seen from any place. Quite tasty. The pizza was good too, good crispy edged pepperoni and loaded but not overloaded, crisp thin crust. I think they put on too much sauce for a thin crust but I'll just get light sauce next time.“

The wait was well over an hour and half for a table. The staff and owner not only gave my children free drinks but they found us a spot out of the way so my children could eat pizza without waiting. “We’ve been doing carry out from this Romeo’s for years. It’s our favorite as far as chain pizza goes, and my kids’ favorite period. Great deals, great options. The pizza quality is sometimes inconsistent, occasionally under or over cooked, but most of the time it’s good.

I give this location 5 stars for service, especially Jazelle who works the front desk on weekends. She knows my face now and doesn’t ever ask my name, and she always knows exactly where my order is and gets it to me quickly. She’s cool as a cucumber when things get backed up and busy and does a great job keeping the front moving.

We’ve only had problems with an order once or twice, and they were helpful and quick to fix it.“

“super pizzas! lots of variety what is really interesting to me is the great consistency that Vick's has with the number of specialty pizzas that they offer. if you order a specialty pizza this week and then order it, the following week....it is the same great pizza and the same great taste...that is hard to achieve in any business, and especially with food, but Vick's does a PHENOMENAL job...time and time again oh...did I mention....ALL of their STAFF is PHENOMENAL!!!“

“Re. the Grandview location - Great food. But, building is just fair. It is freezing in there this time of year (late Fall/Winter). With the high ceilings, any heat never makes it to the patrons inside (please learn to use your ceiling fans to help with this). Also, having doors that open straight to the outside doesn't help. Each time they are opened, it is a blast of cold air for half the establishment.“

“I had been looking for a great pizza place since moving back to Ohio 11 years ago. I had settled on Marcos because when they 1st opened, it was wonderful. I guess they’ve become complacent, or they have so much turnover, that they can’t provide good service anymore. I don’t know what has happened to this place. I have stopped patronizing the restaurant because of messed up orders, pizza boxes stuck to the toppings, and just a general lack of attention to detail. The app is way too unreliable, and you miss out on half of your rewards. When I did order, it was always for delivery. I’m my wife’s caregiver, and we don’t go out much anymore.“
