“MAJOR props to the girl working at noon on 12/13/2025. This place was absolutely slammed and she was the only person working. We honestly expected our sandwiches to be pretty bad because of how busy it was, but these were the best sandwiches we’ve had from a subway. They were STUFFED and had so much dressing on them. This girl needs a raise!!!!“

“This my first time visiting this spot! I’m new to the East side area and as soon as I walked in the door I felt the warmth!

Once you’ve ordered and the food is ready they are able to bring it to your car or you can’t wait inside (which is a huge plus)! The woman at the front counter was so sweet! The chef was amazing as well! I got a warm turkey sub with fries and a drink and it hit the spot!!

“I go here all the time quite literally a regular. Even when I go in the lady knows my order. But today the cashier tall, skinny, had a beard was rude. He was talking way too fast and I told him to slow down and that I couldn’t understand him. And he got upset, I don’t know what his name was but i went in around 6:30 ish on 2/1/26.“

“This is my first time leaving feedback! We tried the Philly cheesesteak, ultimate fries, and strawberry lemonade—I highly recommend all three! (I totally forgot to take a picture because we couldn't wait to eat!) Make sure to get everything on your Philly cheesesteak, including jalapeños. “This subway parking will be in the back. If you are walking, it will be easy to spot from the outside. The sign is bigger than most of the subway restaurants. It looks a bit small. However, the service and food made up for it. Nobody was at the counter yet. When I got close, I was greeted with a smile and quickly asked what I wanted. I got my food with no issues. Payment will be in cash or credit card. I happened to use my watch, so for those who enjoy using the tap, it is simple. There's points for loyal customers also at the end. Right at the cashier, you will see the drinks and chips. The tables and chairs were clean. Overall, it was a pleasant time. If I came back, I'd imagine my experience would be the same.“

“This place is a Columbus staple and childhood favorite, I stopped by this location after many years and it honestly hasn't changed a bit. The service was quick but they were a bit short staffed with the order taker having to run both drive through and the front counter. The food came out quick, hot and fresh. The restaurant itself could use some TLC and updates but it is also a classic spot. Overall, great food and friendly staff.“

“The staff is amazing and friendly up there, they remember your name, always prompt service, definitely one of the best Penn stations I like going to, also I am able to fit my bobtail semi truck on the side of building while I grab my food, and even with all the construction because of the traffic lights it’s easy to exit location and get back on the road. Keep up the great work you guys are awesome at this Penn station.

Parking: Very easy if you’re about to tell, semi truck to park on side of the building and grab your food, and easy to exit right onto the main street with traffic lights so you can get back on the road.“

“Best customer service I have seen in a while. I ordered 4 subs with turkey on the app, but somehow the actual order didn’t say NO HAM on it and so they prepared the subs with Ham. I did not check it when I picked up but I came back and informed them about it. I am not sure where the mistake happened, but I was willing to let go if they wouldn’t want to make new ones. The owner was so nice and had made all the four subs again without HAM without charging anything extra. Very pleasant service and love the way the owner handled it without any complicated discussion“

“There was this kind lady, Daniel, I believe. I like my sub a certain way and she tried her best. Even asked some other blond lady she was with and the lady didn’t know either so daniel GOOGLED how to do it perfectly for me. I tried tipping her and she told me she wouldn’t accept it 10/10 this girl is awesome!“

“Twelfth Avenue bread company is a really good place to grab a smaller meal, especially for breakfast or lunch. If you are too hungry for a cafe, but not hungry enough for something like a food hall, Twelfth Avenue is where you should go. I especially recommend the pizza bagels, which are fantastic for their price.“

“My experience this time at this location was great but disappointing at the same time I went there, and I expressed my allergies to the person that rung me up and took my order several times I told him I was allergic to mushrooms. He told me they would mark the sandwiches and also no mushrooms will be put in my sub unfortunately that was not done so when they were wrapping my sub, they could not tell which one was which and they advised me that I should’ve informed somebody when I told them I did inform the man that took my order. I think the manager‘s name was Nick and the other guy‘s name was Juan. They immediately stepped in action took my allergy seriously and remade my food as well as clean the grill before they made my food over. I want to thank them so much for taking my allergy serious cause some people really don’t I appreciate the courtesy.“

“Hadn't been to Subway for about 5 years but since this was a convenient location I stopped to give it another try a few months ago. Selena was working and was extremely kind. I have been back a dozen times at least and she is working every single time. Every visit she is just as kind. With all the options for food now, that is what makes the difference for me.“

“I love a good classic Subway sandwich. Yeah their ingredients & quality has gone down over time, but I STILL like their sandwiches when they're made right!

But the past couple years especially since COVID, most of my Subway experiences have been pretty disappointing.

But I got a sandwich from this location via their app, while I was visiting Columbus last month. It was really good! Reminded me of pre-COVID Subway. Perfect amount of all the toppings! The person who helped me was very nice and friendly too.

I see some other recent reviewers rated them 1-star because they weren't open during their stated hours. I know that's frustrating, but Subways are franchises, and this probably means that the family that owns this location is going through something serious & thats why they're having to close early.

“This subway is located on South High Street. This has been the cleanest subway I've been to in a long time. The veggies are fresh and kept well and not wilted. The two ladys that have been in there each time my family has came in have been very professional and nice. We witnessed a customer that came in and gave the two workers a hard time and wanted to argue about everything trying to get them to validate a coupon that wasn't for what she was ordering. The entire time they were polite to the customer even though she was really rude and disrespectful. I must say we have came back 3 times this month.“
