“I stayed at the Marriot only a 5 minute walk from here, of all the places we tried downtown this is the one we thought we’d miss the most when we left. The cashier recognized us as soon as we came in and thanked us for coming back. Food is great and fresh, you can see them folding sourdough behind the counter! “Always been a fan and frequent customer @ Mr. Hero. Always purchase Philly Cheese Steak Subs and they are awesome! Tried the new Waffle Doodle sandwich and it was ok, but not really sure what to think about it overall. Maybe would have liked it better if the waffles were crispier and more "Done". Just not my taste I guess. Great service as always, quick to get in and out and cashier was super nice. Will continue to visit and try other new menu items.“

“I love their food, which is most important. The staff seems nice too but the only reason they didn't get 5 stars from me is because ordering ahead is a complete waste of time because whenever I think I'm saving time, and I'm on a tight schedule, my stuff is NEVER ready and I give them a good hour. For example, I had to take my kids to practice in Lancaster by 6:00. I requested the be ready by 4:30. I get there at 4:45/4:50, and it's still not ready? It's a busy place, I understand that, but isn't the whole point of ordering ahead is so that your stuff is ready on time? I don't mind waiting, but if I am on any kind of schedule, no way would I trust this establishment.
I don't think I had this problem at the Bexley location as I do pickups for lunch and everything is ready when they say it will be. Only at the Canal Winchester PS do I have these days.
I've done the order already online 4 or 5 times, all times I arrived and my food wasn't ready. Otherwise, this would be my family's choice of food in the Canal area.

Parking: This restaurant is located in a shopping center and there are plenty of spaces to choose from.“

“This subway is located on South High Street. This has been the cleanest subway I've been to in a long time. The veggies are fresh and kept well and not wilted. The two ladys that have been in there each time my family has came in have been very professional and nice. We witnessed a customer that came in and gave the two workers a hard time and wanted to argue about everything trying to get them to validate a coupon that wasn't for what she was ordering. “The staff is amazing and friendly up there, they remember your name, always prompt service, definitely one of the best Penn stations I like going to, also I am able to fit my bobtail semi truck on the side of building while I grab my food, and even with all the construction because of the traffic lights it’s easy to exit location and get back on the road. Keep up the great work you guys are awesome at this Penn station.

Parking: Very easy if you’re about to tell, semi truck to park on side of the building and grab your food, and easy to exit right onto the main street with traffic lights so you can get back on the road.“

“This location is under new ownership and is a wonderful example of how to run a subway. The food seems fresher. New hires are friendly and helpful. Subway has long been my go to place for eating out. I could not be happier with the food and the service at this location!
