“This place was amazing! we were so thankful to find out they offered gluten free subs! that is awesome when you have 2 out of 5 people in your family with Celiacs Disease. they do not have a kids meal gluten free bread though, but they still gave us the kids price. it was seriously such a blessing because you cant order food for everyone and tell the 6 year old too bad you cant eat here. we appreciated that they also sold gluten free cookies to go with the kids meal! seriously, this place is amazing and we do plan on returning.“

“I had went into this Subway to order a meatball sub, I know I had to use the bathroom but not so soon, I thought nothing of it until I had noticed this homeless looking man leave the bathroom 5 minutes prior, I had went into the bathroom and laid my eyes upon this sickening discovery. Luckily one of the nicest workers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting named Ryan cleaned this up so quick and efficiently, I watched him get on all fours and lick it inside out till there was no spot left, even being so selfless as to crease his Jordan 1's. I never got my meatball sub but this astounding service couldn't go unnoticed.

It's always consistent with the quality of the food. I get a Cheese steak with everything, fries, cookie and lemonade.
My only complaint is they took away the sliced lemons during COVID... It's now 2025 so I think you can bring those back guys!
The cookie is always delicious and the lemonade seems to be great no matter which location you try.
I've never had anything other than the Cheese steak with everything because it's so good I don't ever want to try anything else on the menu. I recommend this place if you want something that is beyond the typical burger joint! 👍“

It said they offer curbside pickup so you don’t have to get out of your car, just have to call when you arrive, so I did and the guy on the phone was so rude, huge manager finally brought my food out and I said “thank you, have a good one” and he just glared at me and walked away. “I stopped in for lunch and was very impressed with both the staff and the food. The team was extremely welcoming and helpful, especially when I couldn’t decide what to order. One of the employees kindly recommended a few options and guided me toward the Spicy Nacho Chicken Sub, which turned out to be an excellent choice. They were also accommodating when I requested extra toppings, which I truly appreciated.

Personally feel like the iceberg lettuce is toxic (a prior employee did tell me that there lettuce came in pink before) think it was the spray they use. But back to the review - cashier was super kind! Some topping were in the other toppings area , which makes me worry sometimes, but all in all was a good veggie sub.“

“I’m not someone who normally writes reviews, but what happened to me at the Jimmy John’s on [insert location] deserves to be shared with the world.

I recently lost my brother, and the grief has been overwhelming. On one of the worst days, when I truly shouldn’t have been out in public, I walked into Jimmy John’s completely falling apart. I was crying, shaking, and honestly just trying to breathe.

Most people would have ignored me — or pretended not to notice.
But George, working behind the counter that day, didn’t look away.

He looked right at me and gently asked if I was okay. And it wasn’t the polite, automatic kind of question people ask when they hope you’ll say “I’m fine.” It was sincere. It was human. It was someone seeing me when I felt invisible.

When I told him I wasn’t okay, he didn’t judge, didn’t rush, didn’t brush me off. Instead, he softly asked if it would be alright for him to give me a hug. I said yes — because in that moment, I desperately needed that human connection.

He hugged me.
He prayed for me and my family.
He made me feel held, seen, and supported in a way I didn’t even realize I needed.

The owner of this franchise always takes the time to chat with us, staff know our orders by memory despite there being a month or more between visits, and the food is great. The seating is a bit cramped for my group, and it can be a bit pricey, but still one of the best cheesteak spots around“
