And the bread. was hard, like it was either stale or toasted. And I did not order it toasted. And the sub was dry. And the sub, my wife got was just as bad“

But it's in people 10 Stars food was a delight large Roman Burger combo and to drink a mixture of fruit punch, sprite and lemonade(sidebar be careful as the lemonade makes the liquid bubble over) good drink and then service? Exceptional Rue was/is her name I believe she gets the other 5 stars so 5 stars on food and 5 stars for Rue

“The god father sub was the best sub I’ve ever ate in 36 years. Never heard of this place until I came to Canton. I ordered the 7 inch ate half of it because they load up the meats. Customer service was fabulous. 10/10“

“This place was amazing! we were so thankful to find out they offered gluten free subs! that is awesome when you have 2 out of 5 people in your family with Celiacs Disease. they do not have a kids meal gluten free bread though, but they still gave us the kids price. it was seriously such a blessing because you cant order food for everyone and tell the 6 year old too bad you cant eat here. we appreciated that they also sold gluten free cookies to go with the kids meal! seriously, this place is amazing and we do plan on returning.“

“This was our first visit. My daughter loves subs and wanted to eat at Penn Station for her birthday. The food was excellent, and the staff was very patient with us fumbling through our order. “What can I say but Megan Megan Megan hands down best subway employee I've ever had the pleasure of ordering food from always a smile and a laugh from her super nice and polite why has she not gotten a raise or promotion yet I came in here for like 3 months straight for lunch and each time she has the subs ready to go super fast and done right I have a few picky eaters at home what can I say. But if you come here and she's at the counter you can be sure your foods done right made fresh and fast. “I stopped in for lunch and was very impressed with both the staff and the food. The team was extremely welcoming and helpful, especially when I couldn’t decide what to order. One of the employees kindly recommended a few options and guided me toward the Spicy Nacho Chicken Sub, which turned out to be an excellent choice. They were also accommodating when I requested extra toppings, which I truly appreciated.

“We've come here multiple times after having issues at the Fair lawn location. The owner of this franchise always takes the time to chat with us, staff know our orders by memory despite there being a month or more between visits, and the food is great. The seating is a bit cramped for my group, and it can be a bit pricey, but still one of the best cheesteak spots around“

“I have been going to this place a couple of times now while being on my lunch break. I’m a courtesy clerk at Meijer #iwork4meijer and have been loving every moment working there. Speaking of loving every moment, I have had nothing but a positive experience! From the food, the atmosphere, the food, the polite employees who look happy to be there while welcoming you in and telling you to have a good day with faces that show they mean it. “Thank goodness for Latisha! We had made an online order to another store, they delivered half the order in which we were missing the main platter for an event. We were having at 5 PM. We didn’t find this out until about 1:30 PM – 2 PM. I called Subway and got Latisha and told her what we needed and less than 60 minutes she created enough mini subs to feed 50+ people! She saved our day for sure!“

I found out later it was the General Manager. The man was upset and complaining as to why he was terminated but then started being disrespectful using f-bombs and raising his voice .threatening to call the corporate office. I've been in food and beverage for 25 years and was very impressed to how General Manager Shamaya Sims handled herself. She was very professional after being verbally disrespected by this emotionally immature and unprofessional past employee. It's very obvious why this guy lost his job. Good rinse. He's got a lot to learn in the professional business world. The thing that really made me chuckle was he stool right in front of the camera...lol. 😂😂
