And the bread. was hard, like it was either stale or toasted. And I did not order it toasted. And the sub was dry. And the sub, my wife got was just as bad“

“I had a really great experience at Mr. Hero’s on 62! The food was fresh, hot, and tasted really good, but what stood out the most was the customer service. Rue was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly, patient, and welcoming, and she made sure everything was right with my order. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure I had a good experience instead of just rushing through the interaction.

It’s always nice when you come into a restaurant and the person helping you has a positive attitude and makes you feel appreciated as a customer. Rue definitely made my visit better, and I really appreciate the time and effort she put into making sure everything went smoothly. “What can I say but Megan Megan Megan hands down best subway employee I've ever had the pleasure of ordering food from always a smile and a laugh from her super nice and polite why has she not gotten a raise or promotion yet I came in here for like 3 months straight for lunch and each time she has the subs ready to go super fast and done right I have a few picky eaters at home what can I say. But if you come here and she's at the counter you can be sure your foods done right made fresh and fast. “This was our first visit. My daughter loves subs and wanted to eat at Penn Station for her birthday. The food was excellent, and the staff was very patient with us fumbling through our order. “Thank goodness for Latisha! We had made an online order to another store, they delivered half the order in which we were missing the main platter for an event. We were having at 5 PM. We didn’t find this out until about 1:30 PM – 2 PM. I called Subway and got Latisha and told her what we needed and less than 60 minutes she created enough mini subs to feed 50+ people! She saved our day for sure!“

“This place was amazing! we were so thankful to find out they offered gluten free subs! that is awesome when you have 2 out of 5 people in your family with Celiacs Disease. they do not have a kids meal gluten free bread though, but they still gave us the kids price. it was seriously such a blessing because you cant order food for everyone and tell the 6 year old too bad you cant eat here. we appreciated that they also sold gluten free cookies to go with the kids meal! seriously, this place is amazing and we do plan on returning.“
