She really wanted an ice cream cake, but I wasn’t sure if DQ was going to be able to do the design I wanted. I brought my ideas, photos and accessories. And let me tell you! The service I received from Belinda was better than some high end bakeries I’ve used for other events. She was so detail oriented and made sure everything was just how I wanted it, even following up with text reminders and questions. And the design was THE ABSOLUTE CUTEST!!! So happy with my experience here and very impressed !“

I stopped into the Five Guys during a very busy rush, and I was genuinely impressed. Dominic was an absolute rockstar he handled the crowd with speed, friendliness and professionalism. I didn't wait long at all for service or my food, which came out hot, fresh and perfectly prepared just the way I ordered it. Five Guys quality at its best.

“I've been here a few times and I've been pleasantly surprised with my experience. First, they don't have a drive in. You have to go into the store. Once inside it's super clean, but it feels like I've walked straight into a 1980s LJS! Not off-putting at all... Just old school. There's always a short wait (never long) and the food is fresh and hot. I don't live close to here but when I'm in that neighborhood for business I make a point to stop. Keep up the good work!“

“This is probably the best Arby's around. The customer service is always great and they are quick. Had a small issue with a coupon not being applied. It was just a simple error-- the girl at the counter was very apologetic and the manager, Aiden corrected it and went above and beyond. This Arby's is also always clean when you go in.“

“I finished the guardians game with my 9 year old niece tonight around 9:15pm in downtown Cleveland. My sister’s only rule was that i was not allowed to get my niece any ice cream after the game. The Guardians won so I decided to break the rules and suffer the consequences later by getting iced cream for my niece on a school night. I arrived after they closed, around 10:03pm. They did not have to serve me because they were technically closed according to their posted hours of operation. A gentleman named Jason agreed to serve us, and my niece was very happy. I appreciate the entire Tuesday night Dairy Queen crew that decided to make my niece happy. My sister may be upset for breaking the rules, but Dairy Queen understood the assignment! Thanks guys! Great customer service!“

“I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger, regular fries and a large fountain drink. The burger was delicious, perfectly cooked with a good amount of crispy bacon and melty cheese. Bun was not soggy even after waiting 10 minutes before I had a chance to eat it. Fries were undercooked but still good, not super fresh but they still hit the spot. Restaurant was clean and staff was super friendly. I would for sure eat here again. The only cons I can see would be the price. My total was $19.53… 6 bucks for underdone, greasy, lukewarm fries would make me reconsider and the gentleman who took and handed me my order had really long fingernails which was off putting.“

Courtesy to the customer is always a top priority.

The only minor downside is these places are not set up for quieter conversation when the place is packed.“

“I received bad customer service today around 6pm. There were several customers ahead of me ordering multiple sandwiches that were made by a young man. When it was finally my turn, a friend called me on the phone. It was ringing loudly, but I answered and got rid of the call in 10 seconds max. When I looked up a young lady appeared and was making multiple sandwiches for the two people at the end of the line who arrived quite a bit after I did and were behind me in line. There was no disputing this fact. The young man and woman tried to figure out why I was standing in line in front of those being served. He asked me if I wanted to order. Why did he think I was standing for 10 minutes waiting? No apologies from anyone. The young woman told me that she had said “next customer” and the guy behind me quickly spoke up. She said that I was on the phone, but that is no excuse as I ended the call rapidly. The food was fine, but the service was terrible and I felt ignored. The woman seemed to be picking and choosing who to serve first.“

“It is a good Arby's. Typical Arby's food, which is usually pretty good. Parking lot is a little tight, but should have room. The bathroom was clean, glad they gave paper towels, and the water out of the faucet was a good amount. I'd definitely eat here again. Staff was friendly too.

They have never gotten an attitude when I ask questions about menu items (unlike other fast food places I won't name.) “I came to the drive-through about 9:40 PM on July 12 and I had to pull up and wait for them to make my food they were moving with urgency as a team. I might have to wait for my food, which wasn’t even more than four minutes, but I watched them work really hard and clear the cars out of there and they were polite on the speaker. You don’t find that too much anymore in 2026 nobody really cares about their job or cares about the customer or even care about going fast. Great job guys. And great night team!!!!! Money well spent!!“
