“The food here is amazing, delicious, and healthy. The service is excellent. They really take the time to make you feel at ease and they give you the friendliest service. One particular staff member, a tall gentleman was very kind and asked how I liked the food, took the time to tell me my options when I was ordering, and offered to put my tray away when I was done eating. Now that’s service! Service in most places have not been satisfactory lately as the food service industry slowly picks back up from a type of recession. But the customer care and service here is above and beyond.“

“Didn't have my wallet at lunch today and was having issues with a newly bought gift card on my phone until the owner and staff helped me out! This is the nicest and cleanest Subway in Northeast Ohio I have ever been too. Food is always fresh too! Would highly recommend stopping and seeing for yourself.“

“We went there on a busy Saturday night with three hungry teenage boys. After eating we left to drive the hour home. Well dumb me left my LV purse with cash and credit cards on the barstool. Needless to say they found my purse before I knew I lost it kept it safe in their safe til I was able to retrieve it today!! You made my day and gave back my hope that people really are good! Thank You Rockside Chipotle“

“Very nice place the first time I had Seafood Stoner Fries it was so delicious and hot & fresh. Next week, I had Seafood 2.0 Philly sandwich was also delicious. But today, I had Seafood Stoner again with extra lobster saying your a gourmet food place which cost me $27.00. Then as a Gourmet Chef you should NO BETTER! not to service cold and old Fries or food this is why I rated it a 1 star today very disappointed 😔😔“

“I loved the atmosphere more than anything else, because this is possibly the nicest McDonald's I've ever been to. I visited here back in April, and I really enjoyed sitting and eating on the second floor, and my server was very nice. I definitely plan to be back soon. :)“
