“Pretty loud guests. I felt like I should move to some people's tables since I was a part of their conversations. It was like a competition on who could talk louder by a few. Great, prompt service. Employees were extremely nice and accommodating. Fairly clean restrooms. Limited parking.“

I met Sandy and a pleasure it was to chat with her while she made my drink. She is just a sweetheart. “They were able to correct the mistep of the Hamilton Road location and didn't even charge me even though it was another Dunkin that messed up! Great people and they really deserve a pay raise and perhaps they should train other Dunkins on Customer Service!!“

“Today while I was in the drive thru line and had already ordered, my 4 y.o. threw up violently in the car. I pulled out of line and called into the store to tell them why I was no longer in line. They still brought my drink out, told me not to worry about it, and she said, "I hope your day gets better."So sweet and excellent customer service. The coffee was exactly what I needed after the clean up was done too!“

The Hot Spot Coffee Shop is a staple of Johnstown. It is a really nice place to have a coffee or a meeting. The staff is always super friendly and the drinks are always good. It is a great place to stop in when you are in Johnstown.“
