“Very happy with my sandwich and soup! When something went wrong with another person with me's sandwich they didn't hesitate to make it right. They were apologetic especially since it was a sensitivity issue and they remade the sandwich without that ingredient.Fantastic staff, great food, and an overall good experience.I look forward to coming back!

The food was absolutely amazing from what I had in awhile, Service was REAL and FRIENDLY!! I loved it so much I'm going again tonight so I don't have to cook for a good ol movie date night. Also I don't even write reviews like EVER I felt like that Team and Location should have been acknowledge.

“This was my first time at this Penn Station location, and as always, I’ve loved their subs—this location didn’t disappoint! I got the monthly special, the Reuben, along with fries and a drink. I chose the lemonade, though I think the special is supposed to be for fountain drinks only, but I appreciated the free upgrade! :-)

The service was great; the employees were friendly, had happy expressions, and were willing to help when needed. I visited on a Thursday early afternoon and was impressed with the service I received. The location is very convenient, close to dealerships, so I stopped by after my car maintenance.

“Went to Penn Station for lunch. My brother needed a ride to CEI for an exam. While I waited on him, I went to Penn Station.

I had a 9” Turkey-Bacon sub, French Fries, and lemonade. The sub was heavenly, right off the grill fresh. The French fries were perfect, not too much salt and some had a little skin still on them. The lemonade was also good. It tasted fresh squeezed, without a heavy, sugary aftertaste. I was the only one there so there was no delay between food preparation and eating. Since the Turkey-Bacon sub was on special, the price was right too. I throughly enjoyed lunch.“

Not going to lie, with the white flakes of snow falling down outside the fresh fries hit just right. “I don't live in Ohio but every time I visit I try to seek out McAlister's deli as I usually love them. At this location the food was solid as usual but the interior design was dated and cramped compared to most locations. We also had to wait much longer than usual to place our order. Price ended up being about $25 for two of the pick two options with tap water which seemed like a big price increase compared to last time I had been. The chain needs to rain that in or else they're going to lose customers. $25 for two small soups and salads is not a bargain.“

Visited couple of times and always had same pleasant experience. Place worth marking as favorite! One tip for veggie patty lovers. The veggie patties are always on demand and gets finished soon. If you plan to have it, it’s good to call the location and confirm/ hold as needed before visiting. The staff is very prompt in answering calls and giving you right picture after checking.“
