“This is the original location for Kewpee Hamburgers. It's very small, best to find off site parking and order inside. There's a drive-thru, but you only get 2 cars in line before it backs into the street. But the food is so worth it. Hamburgers are top notch. Fries are good, but a bit pricey for the small amount. Best value soda is the Double Large. Still have yet to try their malts, but one of these times I plan to. It's really the only place to eat in Lima. All other fast food is worthless compared to Kewpee.“

“The dining room was clean and the service was quick as usual. I really love the black shirts with red white and blue Kewpee /Pepsi. Let them wear them forever. Oh I did ask the young girl permission to take a picture of the back of her shirt. I'm not a creeper,,, keep up the good work.“

“The chicken was ok but the service was terrible. When I went through the drive through I tried to ask for napkins because they didn't put any in the bag he literally slammed the window shut and was laughing at me . Sorry to say I won't be returning to this store“

“I ordered a mushroom and swiss burger with bacon. Adding bacon costs $1.99 extra! I just wanted the sandwich and a drink, but the girl taking my order thought I wanted the meal. I didn't realize that until she handed me my bag and there were fries in it. I didn't want to make a big deal about it, so I didn't say anything.“

“We came in today (2/26/2022) at 4:00 for a late lunch and it was absolutely slammed. Very busy. But despite it all, the entire staff was incredibly kind, went above and beyond for us, compensated for our wait without us saying anything about it, and stayed calm and collected, even with the large line of people. The quality of food was so good — everything was fresh and the dining/seating area was very clean! We were throughly impressed with Ashley and Alex especially! They’re warm and friendly attitudes made the visit beyond pleasant!“

“We've never had Captain D's but decided to try it while passing through town. The food was really good, everything was hot, fresh and cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly and patient as I figured out what I wanted. We will definitely be coming back next time we're in the area.“

“What was one of my favorite lunch spots has gone down hill over the past few months. Today they couldn’t take credit card waited in the drive thru line for 25 min and another 15 min inside and walked out after I was told there is nothing they could. They won’t pick up the phone so I assume they don’t care. The time prior was dinner time and it took 45-1 hour.

Update since this review I am happy to say it appears they were able to turn it around love some Lee’s chicken.“

“Whenever you go to the Lima mall you have to stop and get a pretzel and drink. I love how soft and warm the pretzels are.“

“Imo it's the best Taco Bell. I've not had an issue here to date. For Taco Bell I give this all 5 ⭐ in ever category. With that being said. I don't care for Taco Bell. My roommate eats here often so I'll eat here about one to two times a month. I eat the chicken cantina stuff the bowl or burrito. I only eat the chicken because my brother worked there years ago I won't go into detail and am not sure they even have the same practices with there beef. They just add meat to meat all day so really can never tell how long the meats been going maybe since then. 20 sum years ago 😂. No but fr I've been sick from the beef not full on food poisoning but intestinal issues 🥴so it and then learning from my brother there meat practices. He told me best thing to get there to avoid that was the chicken. This taco bell though has always and still does seem to have the freshest I'm sensitive to these things so I wanted to give them a good rating for making sure they keep there customers safe and it's still fast and fresh and accurate“

Person at the register messed up my BOGO coupon. She called the manager over and he agreed I was right. This caused the timing to be slow and my food was slow to come out.
Food was hot and tasty. This restaurant is along i-75 we were traveling so timing was important. This is why they got a low score.“

“Katherine is great with my group. I have a group of people with special needs and she is always helpful and kind to them . They now make the crowns for Burger King on Fridays. They have such a great relationship with Katherine. She is so nice to them and caring“

“We always go to this location I went in and ordered two whopper meals with 2 milkshakes everything was so good as always but the fries had a little too much salt is my only complaint. Sandwiches were made special just how we like! Delicious! :)“
