“This is honestly, hands down, the best fast food in Lima. All of these other chain restaurants are garbage compared to kewpee. If you are a local you already knew that though. Not a single fast food place is at 4 stars, except this one, and they are at 4.6 for a reason.“

“I've been eating at Kewpee for nearly 10 years, off and on, as I live north of Cincinnati. I discovered Kewpee on my work route and after learning the story, the quality, and the value that Kewpee offers it became a favorite. I never miss an opportunity to have a fresh burger when I'm in town. I had the pleasure of introducing my wife and daughter to your famous downtown location this week. My first time eating at this location and enjoying the ambiance of this classic 1939 diner. Love Kewpee. Don't ever change a thing.“

“I ordered a mushroom and swiss burger with bacon. Adding bacon costs $1.99 extra! I just wanted the sandwich and a drink, but the girl taking my order thought I wanted the meal. I didn't realize that until she handed me my bag and there were fries in it. I didn't want to make a big deal about it, so I didn't say anything.“

“The chicken was ok but the service was terrible. When I went through the drive through I tried to ask for napkins because they didn't put any in the bag he literally slammed the window shut and was laughing at me . Sorry to say I won't be returning to this store“

“Imo it's the best Taco Bell. I've not had an issue here to date. For Taco Bell I give this all 5 ⭐ in ever category. With that being said. I don't care for Taco Bell. My roommate eats here often so I'll eat here about one to two times a month. I eat the chicken cantina stuff the bowl or burrito. I only eat the chicken because my brother worked there years ago I won't go into detail and am not sure they even have the same practices with there beef. They just add meat to meat all day so really can never tell how long the meats been going maybe since then. 20 sum years ago 😂. No but fr I've been sick from the beef not full on food poisoning but intestinal issues 🥴so it and then learning from my brother there meat practices. He told me best thing to get there to avoid that was the chicken. This taco bell though has always and still does seem to have the freshest I'm sensitive to these things so I wanted to give them a good rating for making sure they keep there customers safe and it's still fast and fresh and accurate“

“Thank you guys so much for my experience today! My mom and I came to the DQ on Allentown Rd in Lima this afternoon about 2:45 pm after trying to get ice cream at Baskin Robbins on Cable Rd and coming out with nothing but horrible service (check my review on BR on their Google site and understand why). Even though there was several customers in front of the store and only 3 employees at DQ today, we managed to get waited on, placed our order, and received it in less than 5 minutes. The guy who helped us was a nice gentleman. When waiting on my Brownie Oreo Earthquake sundae, he asked if I wanted whipped topping on it, which I did, and he made it rain whipped topping and Oreos on my sundae! That was the best royal treat I’ve ever had at a DQ! I’m from Findlay and our DQ doesn’t have that sundae sadly. Will recommend this location for ice cream in Lima to anyone:)“

“The staffing here is fantastic. It’s 11:48pm on 12/4/25 … it’s late and and I’m sure it sucked when I walked it to order, but they was welcome and friendly, the food is always good at Taco Bell. On and by they way this place was sparkling clean“

“We came in today (2/26/2022) at 4:00 for a late lunch and it was absolutely slammed. Very busy. But despite it all, the entire staff was incredibly kind, went above and beyond for us, compensated for our wait without us saying anything about it, and stayed calm and collected, even with the large line of people. The quality of food was so good — everything was fresh and the dining/seating area was very clean! We were throughly impressed with Ashley and Alex especially! They’re warm and friendly attitudes made the visit beyond pleasant!“

“We've never had Captain D's but decided to try it while passing through town. The food was really good, everything was hot, fresh and cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly and patient as I figured out what I wanted. We will definitely be coming back next time we're in the area.“

“What was one of my favorite lunch spots has gone down hill over the past few months. Today they couldn’t take credit card waited in the drive thru line for 25 min and another 15 min inside and walked out after I was told there is nothing they could. They won’t pick up the phone so I assume they don’t care. The time prior was dinner time and it took 45-1 hour.

Update since this review I am happy to say it appears they were able to turn it around love some Lee’s chicken.“

“Katherine is great with my group. I have a group of people with special needs and she is always helpful and kind to them . They now make the crowns for Burger King on Fridays. They have such a great relationship with Katherine. She is so nice to them and caring“

Person at the register messed up my BOGO coupon. She called the manager over and he agreed I was right. This caused the timing to be slow and my food was slow to come out.
Food was hot and tasty. This restaurant is along i-75 we were traveling so timing was important. This is why they got a low score.“

“This is one of the cleanest locations we have visited. The staff was very friendly and got the order completed pretty quick. There was a line of about five people in front of us - which to my surprise, DID NOT take that long to take care of every customer. The line moved pretty fast. We noticed there was about five employees working during out visit. I did not see any one of the employees not working. They were grinding was a great team or well oiled machine! Great job Subway!“

“We love the taste of chipolte, but never order online! April 16th I placed my order online, picked up and brought home. The order was incorrect. I filed my complaint online with photos instead of driving 10 miles to correct the issue. As of May 10th I still have not been contacted in any manner .“
