“Very nice place the first time I had Seafood Stoner Fries it was so delicious and hot & fresh. Next week, I had Seafood 2.0 Philly sandwich was also delicious. But today, I had Seafood Stoner again with extra lobster saying your a gourmet food place which cost me $27.00. Then as a Gourmet Chef you should NO BETTER! not to service cold and old Fries or food this is why I rated it a 1 star today very disappointed 😔😔“

“For a restaurant chain, this particular location in Lyndhurst has always done a better job than any other Applebee's location. This has been true for decades. Lately, our visits have been in late evenings with a group of friends. That probably accounts for improvements in all areas, food prep, service, cleanliness, waiting time, etc. Still, it's the best location by far to have predictably good food in a good atmosphere without any disappointments. Well done.“

“I drive past this place a couple times a week and decided to stop in with my sister today, disappointed I didn’t stop in sooner! Service was great, quick and friendly. The wait for the food wasn’t long and everything came piping hot! The fried provolone was stretchy and the marinara was delicious, i barely had room for the mac and cheese. Couldn’t say enough good things about the food, atmosphere, or service, we will definitely be returning!

“I ordered two cheese sheet pizzas for end of the year pizza party for two kindergarten classes! The delivery was on time and the pizza was excellent. Many of the kids liked it and asked where it was from! I will also note that the delivery arrived at 11, which is when the business opens, so I appreciate them making the pizza before opening and getting it to the school at our early lunch time. I will definitely order from here again!“

“Good burgers and wings! They have a full bar with some nice drinks options for adult milkshakes and similar cocktails. Fast service and friendly staff. The prices are very fair and there are good options on the kids menu. Located right by CWRU on Euclid, so be prepared to pay for parking in a surface lot or look for a spot on the side streets.

“If it always takes you 45 minutes or more to get your orders sent out via Door Dash. If you people can't read your tickets, or tell the difference between a single and a double burger, if you don't know what medium well is, and all you can do is send people cold, limp, soggy fries every single time they order you should not be in business, period. “My husband and I were in Solon for an appointment and about an hour early. We asked the lady at the bank how the burgers were at Burger Fresh. She said they were fantastic, so we decided to try them. We walked in and were immediately greeted. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers and fries. They were the best we have had anywhere for a very long time. I would highly recommend them“

“Sort of like Trader Joe's, only better! Tons of fresh fruit, vegetables, and meat. Some hard-to-get items. Only one item I wanted they didn't carry: Lemon Grass (maybe because there are not a lot of requests for it?) Otherwise, pretty fun store. Prices, are okay, could be a bit better. Then again, I'm always thinking the best price is "free"! Lol.“

“One of my favorite hometown restaurants. The servers are friendly and remember us. They always hustle because it's usually pretty busy. The food is a good value and tasty. The breakfasts are great, especially Adam's Big Bite. The waffles and omelets are also delicious. The hearty meals at lunch come with a salad or soup, the entree, a side, and rolls. It's hard to beat their meals at those prices. Plus, the reward program gives you money off of the next visit. Food normally comes out pretty quickly, and I've rarely ever complained about my meal. The ribs are my favorite lunch meal. They have excellent cooks that hustle because they also do a heavy amount of carryout business.

My only wish is that they would update their restrooms, but they are clean and functional.“

“Hubby said he wanted to stop to grab a little snack...i said no i dont want anything. But when we walked through the door the hosptality was awesome, the place was very clean and the menu had a lot of selections. We purchased the shrimp dinner and the chicken wrap. Let me just say this little hidden gem will see us again so that we can sample the rest...breakfast lunch and dinner. I have to add that the servings were more than enough!“

“The food was wonderful the place smells delicious and when you look around the corners and in the nooks and crannies it’s very clean. They were extremely busy and told me it would be 40-45 minutes I showed up exactly 35 minutes and they said they need 5 more and it came out piping hot delicious.“

“My wife and I went to the Monroeville location 2 days ago for lunch. Our only complaint is we were not prepared to eat the portions we received! The staff was great, helped us thru the menu and ordering system, the food was delicious, and the French fries were some of the best I’ve had. “I love coming here for the ice cream and food. I always get plain vanilla ice cream with sprinkles whether it’s a cone, sundae, or blizzard and it’s always perfect. Well sometimes it feels like the blizzard would fall out if it got held upside down but it still taste good. I love the fries and chicken tenders but I wished they could toss the chicken in buffalo sauce. The drive through lines seems like they’re always long but I guess it’s worth the wait. Workers are friendly and food always comes out quick for me.“

“We don't recommend Lino's because their customer service isn't there. When customers come in and sit down they should be acknowledged. My husband and I read about Lino's being on the PD's list of one of the places that had the best wings. Well, we just left there about 8:30 after walking in, the lady bartender working tonight and I made eye contact, we sat down and she didn't come to see if we wanted to order. We sat for a few more minutes thinking she'd come over or perhaps another person was in the kitchen that would come take our order but that didn't happen so we left. “I am a truck driver and a regular customer of this establishment throughout the United States. But this visit was not very pleasant. I parked the truck at 11-40 pm, as usual, to the side so as not to interfere and came to the drive-thru service window, but the manager refused to serve me, saying that I was not in the car... OK, I drove the truck to the window, but at 11-47 pm I they no longer wanted to listen, although the establishment should be open until 12-00pm. In short, I was left without dinner...“

“Five Guys has always delivered an unmatched taste experience when it comes to burgers and fries and this restaurant is no exception. This particular date was not super busy so service was quick. We must have came in after a lunch rush because it was quite messy around the dining area but they had begun cleaning tables and floors before long. The main downside to any Five Guys dining experience is they have always been known to have extremely high prices, buyer beware. Food is incredible and is worth the occasional splurge, they also give you loads of extra fries!

“This is my first trip to a shake shack, although I have heard about them for years. I got the double shake burger with everything, kind of reminded me of early steak and shake, in that it was kind of greasy but very good. It definitely had a smashburger vibe. The fries were okay they were crinkle cut, with a cheddar cheese sauce. I like the strawberry lemonade, but it was nothing specia. It is so far out of town I'm not really going to call it a do-again.“

“McDonalds like I remember in the 90s: polite and quick service, warm, and well put together. The tables and seats were also clean, not the usual greasy surfaces we are used to virtually everywhere across franchises. My food was also indeed delivered to me at my table as the self service machine advertised.

“I had coupons for a discounted Whopper meal ..I ordered the Impossible Whopper. The coupon was not honored for this meal..even though there were no restrictions indicated on the coupon..cost me almost 5$ more...every dollar makes a difference! The manager was very courteous and provided the explanation. Why if I am plant based can't I get the same deal as everyone who wants to enjoy a Whopper?“

“What can I say. I've always liked there Roman burger and fries. I always say no cheese on anything and they would repeat what I say but I some how I end up with cheese on my sandwich. I am lactose intolerant which makes it hard on my stomach.“

Bun was not soggy even after waiting 10 minutes before I had a chance to eat it. Fries were undercooked but still good, not super fresh but they still hit the spot. Restaurant was clean and staff was super friendly. I would for sure eat here again. The only cons I can see would be the price. My total was $19.53… 6 bucks for underdone, greasy, lukewarm fries would make me reconsider and the gentleman who took and handed me my order had really long fingernails which was off putting.“

You had me at aged cheddar and apple wood bacon. I'm writing this review BEFORE I eat it... because once I start, I'm not going to stop.?

I'll update if expectations < reality...

FYI - cafe outside seating is dry (Chagrin Falls city or dance?) but so very, very nice in "small town USA"!
