“First of all I want to say the food was amazing secondly I want to thank our server Ariana she was amazing I came in with my two children when taking our order she was very patient with my children while they chose what they wanted explaining the menu to them and everything and I know some servers prefer for you to have your order ready to go but no she was patient and took her time and I appreciate that also she kept us laughing I would definitely be requesting her again my next visit I don't know if she's going to see this but thank you Ariana“

“Went twice. The turkey burgers was delicious and the fries are seasoned well. The quality of food and service was the same both visits with different chefs and different servers. They dont have grease on them. My mom usually eats her fries with ketchup but said they were flavorful without anything added so she didnt use any. Their lavender lemonade is good. My friend had the Hawaiian salmon burger and said it was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place. It's kind of set up like a bar inside for size reference.“

We are not from Ohio, passing through on our way back to Buffalo, NY. The food was superb! So fresh!!! We ordered fried pickles - they were super fresh with shaved scallions on top and a homemade sourcream fresh dipping sauce. So good! My husband had a perfectly cooked pickle burger and hand cut fries, I had the Ruben and fries. Both were delicious! Homemade Russian dressing on the Ruben.
The service was really friendly, fast but not too fast, happy! Just like the atmosphere.

After looking at the top breakfast joints in the city I landed on this one! I was gonna ask two ladies entering the building before me if the food was good but I didn’t. I didn’t need to! The moment I hit the door I could smell the good cooking!

It’s kind of a hole in the wall with what looks like a store front, on a mini strip plaza. My server, Emily, gave me the run down on the menu and I chose her recommendation and it was as she described - in short, DELICIOUS!

The food came out QUICK and cooked very good.

Will definitely try this place again when I come back to Cleveland“

“We don't recommend Lino's because their customer service isn't there. When customers come in and sit down they should be acknowledged. My husband and I read about Lino's being on the PD's list of one of the places that had the best wings. Well, we just left there about 8:30 after walking in, the lady bartender working tonight and I made eye contact, we sat down and she didn't come to see if we wanted to order. We sat for a few more minutes thinking she'd come over or perhaps another person was in the kitchen that would come take our order but that didn't happen so we left. Customer service isn't there at all. We headed over to Craggy"s Boglands Pub and the lady bartender greeted us right away and was very welcoming.“

And here is something that you may not see in the aforementioned places: Areas wiped with Clean Water & Towels. To Include the Trash Receptacles (saw a guy almost washing one). Bun was not soggy even after waiting 10 minutes before I had a chance to eat it. Fries were undercooked but still good, not super fresh but they still hit the spot. Restaurant was clean and staff was super friendly. I would for sure eat here again. The only cons I can see would be the price. My total was $19.53… 6 bucks for underdone, greasy, lukewarm fries would make me reconsider and the gentleman who took and handed me my order had really long fingernails which was off putting.“

The fish was delicious and I was really full from it, but I had to bite into one of the soul rolls. Before I knew it, I had ate half of it and I knew I was full already.
