“The young man at the service counter had excellent customer service. He was polite and patient with a "needy" customer, and that was nice to see. The tuna wrap and the tuna sandwich that he made for us were done well. We could not have done anything differently, but maybe the bread toasted slightly better. The service pushed this rating to 5 stars. Well done, Subway.“

“Amazing corned beef loaded too the top, juicy and loaded with flavor. And their gyros to die for had their original and the meats was so tender. Plus the staff is some of the most freindly people ive met always willing to strike up a conversation the secound you walk in the door.“

“I used to live in Cleveland hts and started going to Grums when they first opened. I now sometimes drive all the way from Westlake just for a Grum’s sub. In my opinion the Grums Turkey Ridge sub on French bread is the best sub ever, anywhere!!!“

“I never thought I'd have another italian sub sandwich again after I stopped eating meat in the late '90s (yeah, people can do it for that long and still be alive. Amazing, right?). And then I saw that Dave's Cosmic Subs has vegan options. Well now I'm enjoying them again thanks to this place. I can't believe I've waited this long to try anything from them, but I'm making up for it now.“

“Oh my goodness! So hot, fresh and good!!! Love their fish and chips. I grew up eating this and it’s so good. Anytime we come to Cuyahoga Falls we stop and get this. Amazing food. Brings back childhood memories. It was down the street in Barberton growing up and we had it often.“

“The person serving us here was absolutely amazing. Full of life, spoke clearly, made me feel welcome and just nice to talk to (from the few exchanges we had from when I was ordering). I’m not sure exactly why I enjoyed talking to him so much, he just seemed like a great guy. I don’t know his name but I believe he looked like he was in his 40s, African American and had a nice moustache if i may add. I

“I've always enjoyed this Mr. Hero location. I love the Roman Burger with waffle fries and of course you got to have the cheese sauce with the fries. It hit the spot today. The staff has always been helpful and it's a nice area if you want to enjoy your meal inside. I will say the food is hit or miss at times on when it’s ready so it’s hard to tell if it’s busy or not but other than that it’s good.“

“I received bad customer service today around 6pm. There were several customers ahead of me ordering multiple sandwiches that were made by a young man. When it was finally my turn, a friend called me on the phone. It was ringing loudly, but I answered and got rid of the call in 10 seconds max. When I looked up a young lady appeared and was making multiple sandwiches for the two people at the end of the line who arrived quite a bit after I did and were behind me in line. There was no disputing this fact. The young man and woman tried to figure out why I was standing in line in front of those being served. He asked me if I wanted to order. Why did he think I was standing for 10 minutes waiting? No apologies from anyone. The young woman told me that she had said “next customer” and the guy behind me quickly spoke up. She said that I was on the phone, but that is no excuse as I ended the call rapidly. The food was fine, but the service was terrible and I felt ignored. The woman seemed to be picking and choosing who to serve first.“

“I ordered from Mr. Hero for the 1st time tonight. I when I got home I realized I didn’t have a second fry with my other meal. I gave them a call and they were very kind about giving me an extra fry. “What can I say. I've always liked there Roman burger and fries. I always say no cheese on anything and they would repeat what I say but I some how I end up with cheese on my sandwich. I am lactose intolerant which makes it hard on my stomach.“

“I’m lactose intolerant and usually get my subs without cheese. Every time when I ordered
online from a location in Mayfield or South Euclid they’d still add it on when I clearly told them not to.
Here they actually got it right and paid attention to detail, I really wish I could give them a big tip. It was worth the drive.“

“I was here on 10-11-25 after a previous negative experience and both the service and food were outstanding. There was a team member working in the grill area who noticed me waiting and asked the front counter person to find out what I was waiting for. I hadn't been waiting long, but it was nice to know that they were paying attention. My food was fresh, which I appreciated because I previously had cold fries and overly toasted bread. But I am a life long Clevelander so feel like every now and then I get a craving - not sure if it’s being a child of the 80’s, something in the water - but for some reason on a random day, this thought pops in to my head…. “First time ever trying a Mr Hero. Had a medium Hot Buttered Cheese steak. Waffle fries.(Like Chic-fil-lay) And a soda. 15$ fast service. Clean, well lit place. (You can dine in) Men's room had a sign saying "out of order" although a male employee used it...food was hot and flavorful. Not a bad experience.“
