She had so many online orders coming in while dealing with an influx of in store customers and she had every blender going to whip up our own little tropical paradise. It's litterly a New York recipe. My husband found them one day. With him being a Brooklyner he's a NY pizza man. So he stopped in there one day to grab a bite to eat. He saw the sign New York Pizza, so he figured well he'd give it a chance. Now if your from New York then you'll know that it is popular to order a slice of pizza and a can of soda. That's the lunch combo. So my husband all excited to try this awesome looking pizza. Did the check over n did his check list! The pizza was perfect looking but now the real test was is it gonna taste like NY Pizza.? He told me it was literally the best NY Pizza he's had in Ohio. We've tried other places that say NY Pizza, I don't think so! P&P Pizza is the greats Pizza ever! Takes me back to living in NY and getting what you know is NYPizza. If your looking to have a slice of the Big Apple this is where you want to end up for the best kickass NYPizza ever!!!!! It's at the top of my Pizzerias. “I have gone to the Mentor, Ohio Olive Garden for over 20 years now, and have had nothing but wonderful service, good food, and good times.

Today, my usual server, Michelle, was amazing, per usual. She automatically brought out my husband and my usual drinks and remembered what we ordered, and we confirmed what we wanted, then she was back with our food within 15 minutes. Delicious and fresh out of the oven food.

Absolutely will always return.

“Kudos to the 3 young ladies that were working at the time of the tornado warning today 8/6/24. I had placed an online order before leaving Mentor, as I proceeded to the store the emergency alert started and then it started pouring rain and getting windy. I ran in and got my order and they offered my child and I to come in and shelter in place. I had my mother in the car so I declined and said thank you but we would be fine. After returning to the car I stopped and read the alert about finding shelter and started to re-think their offer. We decided to go in and take cover. They were very kind and set us up with some chairs in the hallway back by the bathroom away from the front windows. We sat there and waited until the coast was clear. As we were leaving we all wished each other well and my son offered his compliments on the smoothies. Then we were on our way. My point is, the smoothies were good but more importantly than that, it was the kindness and character of the good humans that I came into contact with at that moment. Thank you girls ?“

“We are always greeted with smiles and polite workers. They serve their patrons fast and make great food. The dining room is more suited to takeout than done in, but technically you could eat there. Food is a bit on the pricy side.

Vegetarian options: Most options here are smoothies, but they are made to order and vegetarian.“

“Very good subs and very nice interior! The 50s theming inside is adorable.The employees are quick and very good listeners! Never waited longer than 10 minutes for a sub to be ready, even when busy.The menu is clear and easy to read and you have a variety of choices. And the subs themselves are delicious! Make sure to get a pickle spear.

Vegetarian options: Make-your-own sub available to create an entirely vegetarian/vegan sub. Salads too.“

“Chick-fil-A sandwiches have always been a great go to for that chicken sandwich itch. I also do love their salads as they are pretty hefty with the quantity you get in each bowl. The quality of the lettuce is also nice compared to other food chains. The waffle fries are good, but I have experienced at the Willoughby location that they will go very heavy on the salt sometimes where my family and myself just cannot eat them.

My real only complaint is the drive thru service. I would say that in my last 10 visits here, 3 of those times I was missing food. Now, it is my error for not double checking my bag, but in my defense I have been to other food establishments that I have not had issues with any of my orders exceeding at least 30+ trips. This location has dual lanes, and sometimes you can feel pressure of being in lane waiting for food when the car behind you has already been serviced. With the amount of staffing, I feel they need to have someone double check orders.

The staff though is polite and kind, which is nice. I feel the accuracy in which the orders are packed needs to be checked.

Update: I had an issue last night 3/7/25 where my order was missing a sandwich. I noticed this once I got home. I called the store with no answer. I was instructed to leave a voicemail which referenced that I would receive a call back. I never got a returned call. I went back to the store the next day and brought in my receipt showing the clerk how my order was incomplete. They remade the sandwich but referenced to me that they would only do this, this once as they only remake food same day or send me a coupon in mail. Here is my issue, if you aren't picking up the phone and are not returning my phone call as you stated you would, your establishment will not be getting $7 from me for free. I WILL receive my food. I do not want to rely on the USPS to give me a free coupon. If I have to drive back up to your store because of your error, you should be more welcoming and apologetic. Heck, give me a free fry to compensate my gas. Sadly, this left a strong bitter taste on my mouth.

The fast food industry can be very tough on stores depending on location. But you also gain high rep for service quality. Chick-fil-A usually pushes itself as setting a high bar for quality in food and service. So far, my opinion is dropping into the negative areas though as I am continuing to get bad service quality at this location.“
