“First off. Take it from a REAL … and LOCAL Regular consumer. Who actually goes to the store and interacts with the Subway associates.
(Not some phone warrior)
I have been going to this Subway for 3 ish years now on a regular basis… and have developed one of those small town “regular relationships” with this wonderful wonderful Subway.
The food is always FRESH
The Restaurant is always CLEAN
The bonus? The Workers are the some of the best of ANY of the local subways!!!!
In 3 years as a new customer and now as a “regular”
I have NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER encountered any worker with “attitude” or felt I had bad service…not once.
The crew is always willing to serve and is friendly.
This staff is the best and they always go above and beyond.
RACHEL A+++ I love her personality she makes you laugh! And you feel like you can talk to her about anything lol and she’s just there to make a sub lol.
SHELBY A++++ She actually shared her appreciation for us customers the other day like there was a couple of us… in line and she shared how much she appreciates our business and kindness

I tell you who. Someone who cares. SUBWAY in Mogadore you better take care of these crew.
This CREW is what is keeping you open…. And making it HAPPEN…….
I haven’t got to know the other crew yet. But the times I have dealt with them they have gotten an A+ in my book as well!!!!

I visit most often on Sundays
One of the regular workers I have dealt with on my normal Sunday visits is Shelby. She always has a smile on her face
(even when dealing with child like selfish customers. Let’s be honest… us consumers can be arrogant and selfish…especially if our food isn’t perfect)…. Mistakes happen…. Let it go….
Anyways that was my side rant….
But back to the review.
Shelby always has a smile on her face.
She knows and loves and appreciates her customers. And I noticed one day when I was in a short line she made each one of us feel special and welcomed and took PRIDE in each sandwich she made.

You can take out or if you decide to eat there, they will bring out a tray to stick on your window to hold your food.“

They were the sweetest angels and even gave me extra freddy’s sauces which i never get, they seriously went above and beyond to make my night better. “Why does anyone think this is good chicken? I got it last week for the first time and was not impressed. It was greasy had almost no flavor and their dipping sauce is disgusting. If it were crispy and there were additional sauces to choose from it would be tolerable. Considering its overpricedand very underwhelming I will not be back. Also if the chicken "fingers" were any smaller they should be called nuggets.“

“We have been going here for years even before the new owners. The last four times we were there I always ask for the gravy HOT, since almost every place sends it out just warm. If you microwave after it's on the biscuits it ruins the biscuits. anyway I was about ready to quit going there, and my wife suggested we try one more time. Peyton served us and I relayed my message to her. She personally made sure the cook got the message, and it came out Hot as well as my wife's omelet which she orders with half cheese which rarely happens. I always suspected the cook wasn't getting the message from the other server. Hats off to Peyton for saving a long time customer. Thank you“

Five Guys recently switched from serving fries in cups to using paper bags, and it caused some confusion about portion sizes. Ben immediately stepped in, listened, and rectified the issue right away without any hesitation or attitude. He was calm, professional, and made sure everything was handled fairly and correctly.

I really appreciate how he turned a potentially frustrating moment into a great experience. Ben is exactly the kind of employee you hope to run into. Five Guys is lucky to have him.“

But I went today and the cashier seemed to be irritated as I was figuring out my order ,rolled her eyes and seemed like we were taking up her precious time. “This is my favorite smoothie place to come to. I usually stop in on Saturday mornings after my workout and they always know what I’m going to order! Since new ownership took over, I’ve noticed that it is a lot cleaner and the employees are even more personable. The young lady who runs the store is always so friendly and even takes the time to talk to you (even when she is super busy). Definitely check them out because you will not find better service anywhere!“

“Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant so I've been to many. You'd be surprised but there is quite the variance in quality from Taco Bell to Taco Bell. I've been to this one many times because it's close to me. Their quality has been very consistent. I can only think of a handful of times where they either forgot an item (which they fixed without question) or had lower than normal quality like not properly filling a crunchwrap. And their staff has always been friendly to us. All in all, this location stands out above other Taco Bells I've been to.
I've tried the Taco Bell that's just south of this location off Massillon Road a couple of times and never again. The difference in quality between the 2 locations is astounding and the one off Massillon is not worth going to, even if it's closer.“

“Easily one of two of my favorite Arby's to frequent when I have a hankering for it. This and the Kent location are my goto's. They are both well kept and clean as far as I can tell on the inside but always clean on the outside. I haven't been inside of one in years so I have no comments on it. Other than that, they have plenty of parking and alway provide consistantly speedy service. I rarely have any mistakes on my orders. Staff seem to have a better attitude overall at most Arby's too. My personal favorites are beef and cheddars and their og curly fries.“

“The guys at this location are fantastic!! I had called in an order and apparently called the wrong store. It was almost closing time and I asked if they could make my order because I wouldn’t make it to the other location before they closed.
They had cleaned the grill and slicer and the sweet kid behind the counter said sure.
I felt bad.
But they all were super sweet and accommodated me for my 2 sandwiches.
The manager should give those guys a raise!!

“Been going to this Euro Gyro for over 4 years! This place is very clean and the people who work there are nice. I cannot tell you how many times I been there but over 4 years they only got my order wrong once then when I went back in and told them it wasn't no big deal and they had no problem making things right! How many other places can you go to that get's the order right 99% of the time? not many if you ask me. I highly recommend the philly steak sub a personal favorite of mine but whatever you choose I don't think you'll be disappointed“

“This place was amazing! we were so thankful to find out they offered gluten free subs! that is awesome when you have 2 out of 5 people in your family with Celiacs Disease. they do not have a kids meal gluten free bread though, but they still gave us the kids price. it was seriously such a blessing because you cant order food for everyone and tell the 6 year old too bad you cant eat here. we appreciated that they also sold gluten free cookies to go with the kids meal! seriously, this place is amazing and we do plan on returning.“

“Just moved to area; confined to a wheelchair; the sidewalks and drive very easy and safe . Inside looked brand new and clean; they still offer order taking up-front and the young Lady was very nice and helpful. The food was perfect; everything was hot and fresh; the fries! were also Hot!
