“First off. Take it from a REAL … and LOCAL Regular consumer. Who actually goes to the store and interacts with the Subway associates.

I have been going to this Subway for 3 ish years now on a regular basis… and have developed one of those small town “regular relationships” with this wonderful wonderful Subway.
The food is always FRESH
The Restaurant is always CLEAN
The bonus? The Workers are the some of the best of ANY of the local subways!!!!
In 3 years as a new customer and now as a “regular”
I have NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER encountered any worker with “attitude” or felt I had bad service…not once.
The crew is always willing to serve and is friendly.
This staff is the best and they always go above and beyond.
RACHEL A+++ I love her personality she makes you laugh! And you feel like you can talk to her about anything lol and she’s just there to make a sub lol.
SHELBY A++++ She actually shared her appreciation for us customers the other day like there was a couple of us… in line and she shared how much she appreciates our business and kindness

I tell you who. Someone who cares. SUBWAY in Mogadore you better take care of these crew.
This CREW is what is keeping you open…. And making it HAPPEN…….
I haven’t got to know the other crew yet. But the times I have dealt with them they have gotten an A+ in my book as well!!!!

I visit most often on Sundays
One of the regular workers I have dealt with on my normal Sunday visits is Shelby. She always has a smile on her face
(even when dealing with child like selfish customers. Let’s be honest… us consumers can be arrogant and selfish…especially if our food isn’t perfect)…. Mistakes happen…. Let it go….
Anyways that was my side rant….
But back to the review.
Shelby always has a smile on her face.
She knows and loves and appreciates her customers. And I noticed one day when I was in a short line she made each one of us feel special and welcomed and took PRIDE in each sandwich she made.

“I got their limited time bacon burger that they had, and it was great. I don't like bacon a lot so I was skeptical, but it did sound good when he mentioned it , so I went for it, and it was very good. Everybody was super nice. The manager was nice as well. The fries were also really good!“

“First time at a Skyline Chili for me, but my friend LOVED it. It was an okay experience for me. I got the chilito and it was a soft taco shell wrapping chili, cheese, and sour cream. The chili was very runny so the taco shell was useless. I may as well as had a bowl chili. My friend got the three way and said it was phenomenal. I do like their chili as it is more on the sweeter side. Also had a sliver of lemon blueberry cheesecake and honestly it was the best part. It was AMAZING!“

“Why does anyone think this is good chicken? I got it last week for the first time and was not impressed. It was greasy had almost no flavor and their dipping sauce is disgusting. If it were crispy and there were additional sauces to choose from it would be tolerable. Considering its overpricedand very underwhelming I will not be back. Also if the chicken "fingers" were any smaller they should be called nuggets.“

“We have been going here for years even before the new owners. The last four times we were there I always ask for the gravy HOT, since almost every place sends it out just warm. If you microwave after it's on the biscuits it ruins the biscuits. anyway I was about ready to quit going there, and my wife suggested we try one more time. Peyton served us and I relayed my message to her. She personally made sure the cook got the message, and it came out Hot as well as my wife's omelet which she orders with half cheese which rarely happens. I always suspected the cook wasn't getting the message from the other server. Hats off to Peyton for saving a long time customer. Thank you“

“Everything about Rockne's was great!!! The food was DELICIOUS, the portions were generous, and the prices were very fair. Even though we were in no hurry our food came out super quick. “This is my favorite smoothie place to come to. I usually stop in on Saturday mornings after my workout and they always know what I’m going to order! Since new ownership took over, I’ve noticed that it is a lot cleaner and the employees are even more personable. Definitely check them out because you will not find better service anywhere!“

Five Guys recently switched from serving fries in cups to using paper bags, and it caused some confusion about portion sizes. Ben immediately stepped in, listened, and rectified the issue right away without any hesitation or attitude. He was calm, professional, and made sure everything was handled fairly and correctly.

I really appreciate how he turned a potentially frustrating moment into a great experience. Ben is exactly the kind of employee you hope to run into. Five Guys is lucky to have him.“

“Been going to this Euro Gyro for over 4 years! This place is very clean and the people who work there are nice. I cannot tell you how many times I been there but over 4 years they only got my order wrong once then when I went back in and told them it wasn't no big deal and they had no problem making things right! How many other places can you go to that get's the order right 99% of the time? not many if you ask me. I highly recommend the philly steak sub a personal favorite of mine but whatever you choose I don't think you'll be disappointed“

“We have always loved the hamburgers, however the last two visits we not very good. The buns were hard and somewhat stale. The burger cooked almost to a crisp. Not sure if it is a new cook, manager or meat, but it is not the same. Onion rings were good . The young lady was very nice and efficient.“

“You would think that a chain like Taco Bell wouldn’t differ greatly in quality by location. You would be wrong. This is by far the best Taco Bell in all of NE Ohio. Staff: 11/10, Food: 11/10. There was no wait in the drive thru. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. My food was ready immediately. And let me tell you, that shiz slapppped. Keep doing what you’re doing, Stow Taco Bell. “Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant so I've been to many. You'd be surprised but there is quite the variance in quality from Taco Bell to Taco Bell. I've been to this one many times because it's close to me. Their quality has been very consistent. I can only think of a handful of times where they either forgot an item (which they fixed without question) or had lower than normal quality like not properly filling a crunchwrap. And their staff has always been friendly to us. All in all, this location stands out above other Taco Bells I've been to.
I've tried the Taco Bell that's just south of this location off Massillon Road a couple of times and never again. The difference in quality between the 2 locations is astounding and the one off Massillon is not worth going to, even if it's closer.“

“Charlie Philly Cheesecake absolutely exceeded my expectations. The flavors were rich, perfectly balanced, and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients in every bite. The texture was smooth and creamy, with just the right amount of sweetness—easily one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had.“
