I used to never get subway because the price has become too much for the quality you get. However, recently with promos they run through their app, I feel like I'm getting a good deal for some quality food. $7 footlong are something I can get beside. Please add Hot pepper to your options. Go buy jimmy peppers if you need too. Store was clean and staff was friendly.“

“I came in with a bent Subway gift card that another Subway turned me away for because the magnetic strip had been damaged. The employees at this Subway called a higher up to solve the problem and see if there was any other way to solve the problem. They advised me that I could download the Subway app and type in my gift card number. Their service really went above and beyond! I'm so thankful. Definitely will be back.“

“I got the Tony and it was excellent. The menu is limited, might want to expand sandwich choices even just using different combinations of the same meats / cheeses and toppings. Sides and salads are limited, again might want to look at expanding. The grocery concept, I get it biggest complaint of downtown residents is lack of a grocery store. There selection is limited and didnt look like they covered the basics. I would either get in or out of thar business and maybe focus on being a sandwich shop.“

“Finally got to try out the Grist and we weren’t disappointed. To be honest, the food was just good, maybe not great, but the servers and the aesthetic of the restaurant were really great. “The sub was fresh and tasted good. It was exactly what I ordered. Place was clean. Took a while to order, though, because the guy in front of me (we were the only two in line) ordered 8 subs and the worker walked away after making his sandwiches and I had to wait while the other worker called him to come back before I could order. Once they finally took the order, it was fine. The food was good enough to overcome the experience of ordering.“

“This is the Subway located in downtown Franklin, OH. Everyone is always friendly and work hard to meet the demand of midsize and even large groups. The only drawback for these type groups is lack of available parking. The crew does a great job, though and the food is always good.“

“On 9/7/24 after 2pm a female worker that was darkskin and I think she had dreadlocs serviced me. From the very beginning she was polite. Ultimately it is just a sandwich shop and its not fancy inside. It is a great place to takeaway from although I have eaten inside several times and it works well enough for that.

Vegetarian options: They have some options for vegetarians but the veggie pattie was not available at this outlet when I last visited them.“

On occasion there is one young lady that makes me feel like I'm a nuisance for being a customer and tells me they can't do basic things that other employees do gladly, like a bit extra toasting is taking up her time. The store is generally well kept and clean and items are always fresh but lately lacking in variety they once had. I hope this doesn't mean change. Never have we been disappointed, maybe wondered why this time the mayo is in excess or is there hardly any lettuce etc.. consistency could be worked in.
