I used to never get subway because the price has become too much for the quality you get. However, recently with promos they run through their app, I feel like I'm getting a good deal for some quality food. $7 footlong are something I can get beside. Please add Hot pepper to your options. Go buy jimmy peppers if you need too. Store was clean and staff was friendly.“

“I came in with a bent Subway gift card that another Subway turned me away for because the magnetic strip had been damaged. The employees at this Subway called a higher up to solve the problem and see if there was any other way to solve the problem. They advised me that I could download the Subway app and type in my gift card number. Their service really went above and beyond! I'm so thankful. Definitely will be back.“

“I got the Tony and it was excellent. The menu is limited, might want to expand sandwich choices even just using different combinations of the same meats / cheeses and toppings. Sides and salads are limited, again might want to look at expanding. The grocery concept, I get it biggest complaint of downtown residents is lack of a grocery store. There selection is limited and didnt look like they covered the basics. I would either get in or out of thar business and maybe focus on being a sandwich shop.“

And realize they tacked on 10 extra dollars onto my order. If I wouldn't have checked my bank account I'd never would have known that they were stealing from their customers. “This is become my new Subway since my old one got bought out and all the workers were replaced with the family of the new owners if you know what I'm saying. I've been right here before and the food is always good they're always fast they're always friendly and it's a great group of workers. So now I have to drive a little more but that's okay.“

“I love the Godfather’s sub cold but today it fell short of the standard. I ordered as usual with light mayo and oil. It came with mustard and no oil, also quantity of lettuce and tomato were light. Disappointed mustard ruined it!“

“I have been a customer at the Beavercreek, Ohio Subway on Indian Ripple Road for a few years now. Overall, I'd say it's about the cleanest Subway I been to in awhile. Overall food qualities varies. Sometimes my sub sandwhich orders are excellent & other times just fair to middlin due to older not so fresh veggies & hard bread. Good customer service no doubt and very nice ladies I usually deal with there, tho lately everytime I go there, they got new employees...sort of odd I guess. Overall, it's my first choice for Subway as long as I am living in this area for the next year. One annoying issue I don't care about is a large tip jar they now have by their register. Hmmmm, I walk in, place an order and pick up my food order & pay for my order there and they still try to make me tip? Nope. I still go there for my sub sandwhiches, but I do NOT believe in tipping on every possible reason under the sun. 4 stars.“

“This is the Subway located in downtown Franklin, OH. Everyone is always friendly and work hard to meet the demand of midsize and even large groups. The only drawback for these type groups is lack of available parking. The crew does a great job, though and the food is always good.“

“On 9/7/24 after 2pm a female worker that was darkskin and I think she had dreadlocs serviced me. From the very beginning she was polite. She was very professional and patient and made my sandwich perfectly. I must say the location was very clean, fully stocked and organized. By the end of my transaction I was happy to leave a tip. “The Springboro, OH Jimmy John's is 'Deaf Friendly.' I ordered lunch using paper and pencil and the cashier gestured to an item on the menu to clarify. He communicated everything (i.e. credit card, where to pick up) with gestures. I love it when I meet people who 'go with it' and try their best to communicate even if they don't know sign. “This is a bright, clean store with excellent service. I stopped in 08/16/25 at about 7:00pm just because I had a gift card. I don’t normally eat at Subway and I don’t know what I was expecting but it was really, really good! I got a 6-inch Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch and my husband got a footlong All American. We got it to go, and added a bag of chips and some cookies. Both sandwiches were much better than I remember Subway sandwiches being! We will definitely be back.“

“It is a solid Penn Station location. It is never dirty or disorganized and the staff are always helpful and kind.

Ultimately it is just a sandwich shop and its not fancy inside. It is a great place to takeaway from although I have eaten inside several times and it works well enough for that.

The food is excellent in terms of price to performance but some options are greasy. The fries are excellent.“

“Really wanted a sub and and fries and pretty much forgot about this place until I drove past it. So I walk in and I'm glad that I did, as I was met with a New York chic, who was just happy to be alive and it showed. She helped me with my order as I am vegetarian and even helped me out with checking out due to my card chip malfunctioning. She literally was a whole vibe and just radiated positive energy. “After watching an episode of the Foods that Built America that included Blimpie and Subway I wondered if there was still a Blimpie around because I hadn’t had it years. At first I was let down when I saw it was in a gas station but I went anyway and was pleasantly surprised. The station and restaurant look to be family owned and operated and were extremely clean inside. I ordered a sub and the meat and cheese was sliced fresh in front of me. This was actually better than I remembered Blimpie being when I was younger. The bread was thick and fresh and they used to use premade rolls and pre sliced meat. They used to be about like Subway only slightly better. This was far better than any Subway. It was actually right in line with Jersey Mikes. I definitely recommend going here. They aren’t very busy so I fear it will close from lack of traffic but that would be a shame because it’s absolutely delicious.“
