“These guys are great! Fast friendly service and they always keep my Mikes Seltzer in stock, which I am grateful for. It's hard to find in other places and no one is consistent like these guys are!“

“I ordered a sandwich online but they were out of a particular type of bread. Crystal CALLED ME to give me a heads up and ask if I’d like to switch to another type of bread and was very helpful!

I’ve never had a fast food place call me to try to get an order right. This was fantastic service. Even better was that James was super nice and helpful upon arrival for pickup.

Both of them are very nice and they make sure to get your order correct. The last time I had stopped in here it was different staff that didn’t have anywhere near the passion for their job like these two do.

My only constructive feedback is that there isn’t currently a way to leave surveys/reviews like this one, and Subway.com doesn’t recognize this location yet for whatever reason. But I think they said they’re already proactively working on that—which doesn’t surprise me coming from these two.

“Now I don't normally rate chain restaurants. When I do I often make a joke and say it's fine it's a Wendy's or a McDonald's. But I have to give this one a special shout out. I was out on an all day biking adventure. But the time I reached this Skyline I was starting and thirsty. I had run out of water a long time ago. But there was something special about this one. My server her name was Paige. She was extremely kind and patient with me. And supplied me with enough cold water for me to quench my thirst. Now because I was on a long bike ride on a very hot day I did not want a belly full of chili. So I opted for the buffalo chicken salad. And it was amazing. The chicken was well cooked and the hot sauce on the chicken hit the spot. But I had to give a special shout out to Paige who was very kind and very helpful to the whole thing. A great experience at a Cincinnati staple with a wonderful server.“

“this is my go to when I need something quick dinner on the way to baseball. They have a customer special that is a great deal and feeds 2 for 6.50. They also have a 1 tender 3 wedges that is great for kids and less than $3. The food is great around dinner time.“

“I'm a Buckeye living in KY & TN for the past 20yrs, this is the first Gold Star I pass on my route home when I get to visit and they simply never disappoint! Whether I'm grabbing a coney crate to go or able to dine in for my favorite 4-way, onion - the service is always fast & friendly! The food absolutely perfect and just how I remember! “Ordered take out from here twice. Took a while for my food to be ready, but also this was later at night after I got off work. So I didn't take it as the end of the world. Place was sorta empty (again this was at night) so it was easy to navigate where to pick up my take out order. Food was always great and exactly how I ordered online.“

“Food was great, thankfully they have sorted out the oil making the cinnamon twists and the chips taste funky. The only issue I have is the Discovery Luxe box was not an option on the self help kiosk. Dining room was clean and the employee was very helpful with getting out order straightened out.

“I came in on a Friday, with my family of 4. Tony was very helpful and was able to set us with a special, to fit our family budget, as we dined in. While we were waiting for our meal and while we were eating, several customers came in for their pizzas and were extremely rude and nasty with the employees. After about 15 minutes we received our meal and sat down to eat. The Big D inner Box was hot, fresh and accurate. Service was polite and friendly. As guests/customers, we need to be patient and polite to the people handling our food. We should show more grace as a human, to food prep people. Some of us as customers, need to learn, not to be so ugly and nasty. To the nasty customers, get better soon.“
