“Ordered a mushroom steak and pretzel sticks, im definitely outside of there delivery area. Place my order and they were quite busy so I told them no rush I do know I’m outside your area . Was expecting hour or maybe two wait . Not 30 minutes later my food is here and it’s so hot I can hardly eat it . ( I love my food super hot right out of the oven ) those pretzel sticks are life changing . Great place to eat . Do not skip out on the pizza either it’s our family favorite“

“You can tell a lot about a place by how they treat people right before closing, and Papa’s Pizza Palace absolutely passed that test for us. We showed up about 10 minutes before they closed and honestly almost turned around because we didn’t want to be those last-minute customers keeping everyone there late. We felt bad even walking in that close to closing time, but the blonde girl working up front immediately made us feel welcome. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. Not once did she seem annoyed or rushed, which honestly surprised us because a lot of places would have made us feel like a burden for coming in so late. She took our order with a smile, answered a couple questions we had, and genuinely acted happy to help us. That kind of customer service is getting harder and harder to find these days, especially late at night when employees are probably exhausted and ready to go home. It really stood out to us and completely changed what could have been an awkward experience into a really positive one. The owners should be proud to have someone like her working there because she represented the business so well and made such a great impression on us. And the pizza itself was amazing. Fresh, hot, loaded with toppings, and honestly some of the best pizza we’ve had in a long time. You could tell they still cared about the quality even right before closing. We actually drove about 30 minutes to try this place after winning a gift certificate, and after this experience, we’d gladly make that drive again even without one. Between the great food and the genuinely kind customer service, Papa’s Pizza Palace definitely earned repeat customers out of us. Places that still treat people this well deserve recognition, and we’ll absolutely be back.“

“I placed a pick up order for the $3 personal pizza special they do on Tuesdays. When I arrived, there were people waiting already. I was greeted with a smile, even though it seemed they were very busy & behind. They got orders out quickly, however mine was taking longer than usual. In the mean time, the workers made a point to update me multiple times, and each time they had a positive attitude throughout this overwhelming rush. It takes a lot to not let such difficult customers, and a rush to not change your attitude (mind you, 30 minutes before they close). Shoutout everybody who worked closing shift Tuesday 6/17 🙏.“

“Sarah’s has great pizza and fast delivery. Decent sticks when you get them half baked. Tonight’s been a rough one though; we put in an online order, and paid, but I forgot to add a few ranch to it so I called to ask if I could pay them for it on delivery. When they answered I said I could hold. I held. And held. At the ten minute mark I hung up to call back, I planned on apologizing but saying I just had a quick question. Wouldn’t you know it, the phone’s busy. Checked about once a minute for five minutes, to make sure it wasn’t just someone ordering. Checked one last time before sending my review. I understand being overwhelmed and understaffed, but having the phone off the hook is something that’s always struck me as unprofessional. Maybe they couldn’t do it the receiver in the cradle while I was on hold, but then that raises back the point that ten minutes is awfully long to sit on hold for a pizza shop. I just wanted a couple of cups of ranch, man…I’ll still order from Sarah’s. It’s good food, and they’re definitely great people. We don’t have many options for delivery in New Lebanon that my family can agree on but we all like Sarah’s. I just don’t feel very valued as a customer right now.

Vegetarian options: The veggie pizza is what we most often get as my mom is vegetarian. We love adding extra banana peppers, and she never gets the green olives, but it’s DEFINITELY delicious. She’s also ordered a white spinach pizza before with garlic I believe? That one was a while ago, but it, too, was delicious. The white sauce is not vegan, but the pizza sauce and the crust both are.

Parking: A couple of spots in the back lot where employees park, but we had a delivery driver clip our car once in that tiny lot, with us sitting in. It’s hard to maneuver.“

“I eat pizza 3 or 4 days out of the week(sometimes more than once a day). I know these workers better than their parents do. I know when I roll up to the window and I see those familiar faces I’m about to have the most slaptastic pizza that’s ever come out of an oven forged by whatever 5 star gourmet chefs this location hires. “Upon entering I was taken back that only a mother and her daughter were in the establishment but no worries the service was amazing, friendly, quick, explained all the toppings and choice to my mother who hadn’t been in a while, and I tell you what Chad took great care of us. “My daughter has been bringing me D’oir’s amazing cheeseburgers and fries for about the last year or so now! Let me tell you something about these burgers honeychild…if you want a real true to life homemade tasting burger, then the place to go to get you one is most definitely D’oir’s Lounge! “So I’m sitting outside of the west Carrollton Vinny’s as we speak and yes, I may or may not grab Vinny’s for the kids after work every Wednesday lol. Anyway I pull up and the Vinny’s worker is outside talking with a customer. He then calls me out by name, comes over to my car to grab my cash and proceeds to tell me he will just bring it out when it’s done. I went 30 minutes later to get it and the person worker said just a minute. 10 minutes went by and when I asked he said "oh we had to remake it". I asked why and he pointed to the register and said the machine messed up. I asked if the machine made it the first time and he said no. I asked for the manager and I saw him tell the manager I wanted to speak with him. Manager did not even bother to come talk to me or make eye contact. Just kept working. I took a refund and left. Staff did not care or made no effort to fix the problem. Horrible customer service. Would strongly encourage another place. 11-28-17 Papa John's redeemed themselves today. They addressed the problem from the earlier post. The pizza we ordered today was fresh, hot and delicious. The order was complete and ready on time for pick up. I only saw two staff in the building but they were efficient and very polite.“

“This Cousin Vinny’s location offers my fav’ pizza in the Miami Valley ~ their hand tossed large Florentine (white bechamel sauce, bacon chicken mushrooms garlic spinach feta and mozzarella) and Jen makes them ¡ the best ! they’re delicious works of art.
