“We booked the upstairs party room for our family Christmas party. Everything was perfect, hall was decorated and festive! They handled everything. The kitchen manager, Chuck Wilson was amazing! We worked out the menu together and he out did himself. Quality and quantity was outstanding. This guy deserves a raise! All staff members were friendly and helpful. It was a perfect night! “Last night our family unexpectedly stopped in while a large group (20ish people. The staff was quick to make space for us and our waitress was amazing. She got all of our orders correct and even helped me order safely w food allergies. The chefs also did a wonderful job. The food was cooked to perfection and came out pretty quickly considering the size of our group. Great job everyone! Thank you for being awesome. We will definitely be back again“

“We visited Empress Chili in Alexandria for lunch for something different. Typically we eat Skyline Chili a couple times a month. We visited Dixie Chili with our niece not too long ago. We’ve eaten more than our fair share of Cincy chili over the years. The Empress store looked very clean inside and the order process was very simple and not rushed. There were several other tables occupied inside and a constant flow of drive thru customers at about 1pm on a Saturday. My wife had a 5 way and I had a 3 way with a cheese coney no onion. The chili was not as bold as Skyline but tasty. The typical flavors are there but not as strong or forward as the others. My wife said she liked it and felt like it was easier on her stomach. All in all it was a very good experience and we will be back.“

“I like eating there and it's great place. The only problem is is when I try to order my food and I just say I would like to have a chicken bacon ranch just the sandwich. The person on the headset says do you want fries with that I'm like I just said just the sandwich. I don't understand why they don't understand what I'm saying. It always have to ask if I still want fries. If I wanted fries I would say with fries. That's the biggest complaint about that particular gold star and also, if I order bacon like two strips of bacon I should have two full strips of bacon. Not one and a half slices of bacon to another words. I'm getting ripped off on my bacon when I go there. Not cool.“

“Long horn was good as usual. Busy on a Friday night had a party of 12 waited 10 minutes or so. Strange we got two servers and they split the table up it was very confusing because I felt like when we did catch the attention of one of the two they seemed annoyed we were asking for things like refills or napkins. But never the less paid the bill and left. It was a good spot for a family birthday dinner.“

“My friend and I always enjoy eating at Anderson First Watch but this morning it was especially nice because of our waiter Jordan. He was friendly and attentive. When he delivered my friend's food, he told me he sent mine back because it didn't look up to standards. He then brought me the potatoes so I'd have something to eat while they redid my omelet. I'm grateful for people like Jordan and his supervisor who came out to talk with us. They remind me like if good.“

“Back-to-back visits, and both were amazing! My husband and I are hooked on their boneless wings, and they never disappoint. Crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious every time. Yesterday it was just the two of us, and today we came back with a group of 10. Jess took care of us both days and was outstanding, as always. She’s incredibly attentive, always gets everything right, and her positive attitude and warm smile make the whole experience even better. The food was top-notch, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere made it the perfect spot to enjoy college basketball and great company.“

The BLT was good but light on bacon - 4 slices, which I'd ask for extra.bacon next time.
The fries are awesome, and the chicken club salad looked amazing.

“I just picked up a ham at this location. I have not bought a honey baked before. I went in to pick it up and was waited in by a gentleman named Curtis. Such a kind and friendly person. He helped me, directed me, advised me and ultimately do one of the kindest things a business or person has done that I was a recipient. I won’t go into details but let’s just say he went above and beyond in customer service. When I am I town, I will frequent this location and hopefully get to be waited in by Curtis. With more Curtis’s, this world would be a much better place. Thank you Honey Baked and Curtis for making my dreary rainy post-chemo day so much better. I didn’t even want to go get it because it was such a blah day and I was exhausted from my treatment. I am so glad I did and his kindness and happiness made my day so much brighter!“

“Don't order steak there! It was a tough cut and way too salty! They are a seafood place for a reason! The lobster was delicious as well as the Grilled Salmon! Hostess had a sour look on her face the whole time we were waiting for our carryout. Older dark haired lady. I get the service industry is hectic, but that lady needs to retire or put someone more friendly up front!“

“called ahead, just to make sure 20 could be accommodated from a funeral. response was "ok". food stayed at window, not served. starters were over an hour to recieve and was cold. did not recieve most of the ordered items, items recieved had to be remade or refused due to a 3 hour back and forth with food. this was our first time in this establishment for many, and sadly 20 peoples last. stear clear of this bar unless you have time to wait and can get drunk enough to not notice your foods wrong, frozen or lacking doneness.“
