“We booked the upstairs party room for our family Christmas party. Everything was perfect, hall was decorated and festive! They handled everything. The kitchen manager, Chuck Wilson was amazing! “Last night our family unexpectedly stopped in while a large group (20ish people. The staff was quick to make space for us and our waitress was amazing. She got all of our orders correct and even helped me order safely w food allergies. The chefs also did a wonderful job. “I really like this place. Had a chili cheese pizza and a chef salad. There is a big sign that asks you to check your food before you leave the parking lot and they will quickly fix it.

This is where there is a small problem that has always been there... They tie your bag shut tightly. So in order to check your food you need to tear the bag apart...

So here I am in the parking lot, correct food verified, but a bag that is useless. Both waste of new landfill and useless to the customer.

My suggestion is simple... Just please don't tie the bag.

“I like eating there and it's great place. The only problem is is when I try to order my food and I just say I would like to have a chicken bacon ranch just the sandwich. The person on the headset says do you want fries with that I'm like I just said just the sandwich. I don't understand why they don't understand what I'm saying. It always have to ask if I still want fries. If I wanted fries I would say with fries. That's the biggest complaint about that particular gold star and also, if I order bacon like two strips of bacon I should have two full strips of bacon. Not one and a half slices of bacon to another words. I'm getting ripped off on my bacon when I go there. Not cool.“

Strange we got two servers and they split the table up it was very confusing because I felt like when we did catch the attention of one of the two they seemed annoyed we were asking for things like refills or napkins. But never the less paid the bill and left. It was a good spot for a family birthday dinner.“

The BLT was good but light on bacon - 4 slices, which I'd ask for extra.bacon next time.

“I just picked up a ham at this location. I have not bought a honey baked before. I went in to pick it up and was waited in by a gentleman named Curtis. Such a kind and friendly person. He helped me, directed me, advised me and ultimately do one of the kindest things a business or person has done that I was a recipient. I won’t go into details but let’s just say he went above and beyond in customer service. When I am I town, I will frequent this location and hopefully get to be waited in by Curtis. With more Curtis’s, this world would be a much better place. Thank you Honey Baked and Curtis for making my dreary rainy post-chemo day so much better. I didn’t even want to go get it because it was such a blah day and I was exhausted from my treatment. I am so glad I did and his kindness and happiness made my day so much brighter!“

“called ahead, just to make sure 20 could be accommodated from a funeral. response was "ok". food stayed at window, not served. starters were over an hour to recieve and was cold. did not recieve most of the ordered items, items recieved had to be remade or refused due to a 3 hour back and forth with food. this was our first time in this establishment for many, and sadly 20 peoples last. stear clear of this bar unless you have time to wait and can get drunk enough to not notice your foods wrong, frozen or lacking doneness.“
