“I was traveling and decided to stop here for lunch. Kind of a “hole in the wall” type of place. Had a very lengthy all-vegan menu with plenty of options. I had a 1/2 panini and there’s no way I could have eaten a whole one. Food and service was very good, but I was curious about the tv program they were playing as it was very odd. Turns out this chain of restaurants is connected to some kind of cult. They didn’t try to recruit me or anything, but worth knowing what you might be funding I guess. “We had dinner at the downtown location this evening to celebrate my son’s graduation from the military, and leaving to report to his first assignment. From the time we were seated, to the time we left, several staff members came over to shake his hand and thank him for his service, even the General Manager. We always receive exceptional care from any Jeff Ruby’s establishment, but are so grateful to our amazing server Peter along with all of the other staff who took the time to make our family feel so special. “How good are these you ask? While letting my empanadas cool I turned my back for five seconds and turned around to an empty plate. “Odd…” I thought, as I was the only one home at the time. And then I heard it, the sound of my dog scarfing down steaming hot empanadas! I called my dog a lot of names this day, with words I typically try not to use… in English and Spanish! Once the dog had cleared the crime scene I looked at what was left and tried to remember the specifics of the 5 second rule and its subsection on dog slobber. Ultimately I determined the entirety of my meal a loss. But they’re good enough I seriously considered it!“

“I have been missing samosas, biriyani and dal mahkani since I was in Owings Mills, MD. I am a veggie samosa regular, so I decided to go during lunch hours. I was very pleasantly surprised with the portion AND price. Lovepreet was so kind and broke down everything for me so I could know what to expect. As I saw, my chicken biryani sans nuts and raisins was AMAZING. The chicken was a tiny bit dry...but still tasty. She explained the different ways I could have it prepared. The dal makhani was my FAVORITE. FLAVORFUL, FLAVORFUL, FLAVORFUL. I mixed with with my biriyani, had half a samosa (they are huge but you get 2) and will be back to dine in. I love supporting my Desi brothers and sisters and I live nice and close.“

We had both flown in from 2 different states for a couple of attractions. After the Salmon we finished off a huge slice of Carrot Cake. The best I have ever had. While we went at noon, the music and decor were as relaxing as an evening or even late- night event. Our server Simeon was professional and committed to make our meal a memorable one. At our request, he described different dishes, telling us what he recommended and what to expect. He was attentive without hovering. The food was as outstanding as was the service. “I was in town and Agave & Rye was recommended to me. I stopped in on 9/10/22 talked with Emma the hostess and explained I was having a few friends to stop by not sure how many between five and ten. She accommodated me at the high rise table back by the windows which was perfect for my nine guest. Sarah was our excellent server, she continually checked in on us even thou I saw her working outside as well. Our drinks were awesome and our food was really good. Next time I am in town I will definitely return here.“

“Taj Mahal is by FAR our favorite Indian food in the entire region - we recommend it all the time. Incredibly delicious and fresh, always consistent, and the dining area has a warm atmosphere! “Benson Paige is a pup who has lived in a shelter for a whole year. Today is his last day on earth since he is being humanely euthanized tomorrow. A foster took him out and spent some time at Bloc, so benson got to finally cuddle up on a couch. He finally got to eat a whole plate of eggs, a plate of bacon and experience the good life- something he never got to experience before. Stevie the lead barista was incredibly kind and compassionate over the phone with me while I tried to coordinate getting benson a special treat and helped me make sure the foster & benson were taken care of and that he got to experience love. There are no words to describe my gratitude to them and thank them for providing a place for benson to be safe and loved. ❤️❤️❤️ can not recommend them enough for their customer service“

“Authentic Colombian food. Findlay Market location is small with standing options for eating. Market days are crowded so be prepared to take out and to wait (20 minutes) for fresh food to be prepared.

Chicken and cheese arepa and steak chorizo were great. Can choose your salsa.“

I usually get the chicken katsu or tonkotsu ramen, but I'm also down with their donburi. They have a nice selection of sake, other wines, cocktails and beer, including from Japan.
