“Ordered around 11:35am on line for a 12:30 curbside pickup I got there around 12:22 and asked if it was too early to pick up the order. They must have been busy I was on hold for a couple minutes the gentleman came out and asked if I was the one that ordered and he said that their computer system was down and they did not get any notification I showed him my copy he said okay give me a couple minutes and I'll bring it out stay right here about 10 minutes later he comes out brings me my order and everything was fine. Very friendly and polite I'll definitely order from there again.“

“This is the only location for Mr. Hero's that I go to.
This store is always the cleanest and friendliest restaurant that I go to.
I work a lot and I pay for everything on my own.
So when I spend my money somewhere I'm not only spending my money but I am also spending the time that I used to get that money, and time is something we can never get back. Food quality and accuracy is the most important thing to me when I am spending my money. The people here always are super friendly and they always keep the store super clean. You never have to wait long for your food at all when you go here. I always tell people about this specific location when we bring up places that we like to eat because I love eating here more than just about anywhere else. Caring about my food is caring about my life and they definitely make sure you're getting the quality that you're paying for with the money you spent so much time earning. It's not far from the highway at all, in fact it's very close. If anyone doesn't have time to cook or is out and about being busy and working and can't afford to spend too long waiting for food, I seriously recommend you stop into this location and get yourself something to eat. I promise you you will never wait long at all.out of all of the Mr. Hero's in the different cities and townships of Lorain County, this is literally the only one I go to for a while now because of how clean they are and how good they prepare my food. You will never ever get low quality food from this location, I promise. Every dollar I spend here is an investment for their business and they take great pride in making sure your investment into them is returned to you with the best quality and service.

“I came in and it wasn't busy at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday.Cashier was nice and made a good recommendation.I got the romanburger and it didn't disappoint.I also got waffle fries (they call them waffers) with cheese sauce to dip it in (my first time dipping in cheese).It's definitely a fast food restaurant, so set your expectations accordingly, but overall I was impressed. I would definitely eat here again.“

“Of the big chains this might be the best one I don't know. The subs are really good but if you don't need it soon the vinegar makes the bread soggy and the texture then just is mushy and kind of gross. But when you eat it fairly quickly they make the best Italian sub of all the chains I think.“

“First couple times at Mr Hero. Pickup up a Romanburger for a family member and the cheesesteak sub for me. Solid food. The veggied on the Romanburger were fresh and my family member loved it. The cheesesteak sub for me was great too. I like mushrooms and it had a lot of them. If you're not a mushroom fan you might have them go light on them, but I love them. The waffle fries were very good, and i liked them much better than the ones at a certain chicken chain. Note, This location is definitely setup more for takeout than dining in.“

“I had never been to a Jersey Mike's until today for their day of giving. I expected the long line and busy atmosphere. I did not expect the staff to be SO efficient. they were a very well oiled machine. I watched them hammer out order after order while taking more orders and did not see a single snafu or mistake during my half hour of watching. “We went to Penn Station in Avon tonight, where we met Logan. I haven't seen such genuine, friendly customer service in years!! We ordered a chicken teriyaki sub with ghost pepper cheese, a cheese steak sub with ghost pepper cheese, and fries. “The Italian is my absolute favorite. Unfortunately the customer service has diminished. Went out of our way to go here instead of Subway, spent almost $50 for 2 meals and the sandwiches were not made correctly. No bacon and the sandwiches were soggy. Called and of course no fixing it. Driving back was not an option. Smh well it's too bad. We really enjoyed their sandwiches but the rude service will not be getting any more of my money!!“

“I came here on Monday afternoon to grab a lunch to go. I've been to many Subway restaurants in the past and swore to never return because of bad experiences. I have to say the two ladies working Monday after were absolutely amazing. I was told about the specials, my sub was packed with ingredients and they were so friendly. I will definitely come back to this location and hope to see those two ladies again! I was having kind of a rough start to my day and you made me smile.“
