It was a carefully curated tasting journey, thoughtfully composed from first course to final pour, executed with remarkable precision and heart. The evening opened with the Strawberry Goat Cheese Crostini, a deceptively elegant starter that set the tone immediately. The whipped honey ricotta and goat cheese delivered a creamy, tangy foundation, beautifully balanced by the brightness of strawberry and the depth of balsamic glaze. The basil chiffonade added a subtle herbal lift, keeping the dish light, fresh, and refined. It was a perfectly calibrated opening note. Course two, the Tuscan Strawberry Salad with Shrimp, showcased exceptional balance and restraint. The strawberries were ripe and vibrant, offering natural sweetness against the savory depth of wood-grilled shrimp. The strawberry vinaigrette tied everything together with precision, while gorgonzola added just enough richness and complexity without overpowering the plate. Paired with the DAOU Rosé, this course was refreshingly sophisticated and brilliantly composed. The Garlic Lemon Herb Linguine with Grilled Chicken marked a beautiful transition into richer territory. The “Liquid Gold” sauce lived up to its name, coating each strand of pasta with silky depth while remaining remarkably clean on the palate. Bright citrus notes cut through the richness, and the grilled chicken was juicy, tender, and expertly seasoned. This course demonstrated technical control and thoughtful layering of flavor, elevated further by the Sauvignon Blanc pairing. The centerpiece of the evening was undoubtedly the Filet with Crab and Shrimp Crocchetta. The filet was cooked with impressive accuracy, tender and deeply flavorful, with a beautifully charred exterior. The crispy crocchetta added textural contrast and indulgent seafood richness, while the roasted red pepper sauce brought subtle sweetness and acidity. The supporting elements, garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus, were executed flawlessly and grounded the dish. Paired with the DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon, this course was bold, luxurious, and immensely satisfying. Dessert, the Strawberry Sogno, was a masterful finale. Layers of dense chocolate brownie, airy mousse, and strawberry cream created a balanced interplay of richness and brightness. The presentation was elegant, and the flavors were indulgent without becoming heavy. The Pessimist Red Blend pairing amplified the cocoa notes while enhancing the fruit components, closing the experience on a high, memorable note. Throughout the evening, the pacing was impeccable. A special recognition goes to Laura and Crystal, whose service elevated the entire night. Their knowledge, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made the experience feel personal and seamless. They anticipated needs, explained pairings with confidence, and created an atmosphere of comfort and refinement that complemented the cuisine perfectly. This dinner delivered the sophistication of a boutique winery tasting combined with the warmth and consistency Carrabba’s is known for. For the price point, the value was extraordinary. The quality, execution, and overall experience far exceeded expectations. This was not just a great meal. “We have enjoyed Delmonico’s twice now and they do not disappoint! Exquisite Dining! Absolutely delectable dishes! The Lobster Bisque is made with love and the feature, Japanese Wagyu was absolutely divine! We ordered the Béarnaise sauce but the steak did not need it at all! I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a divine cuisine! Definitely recommend! I wish we lived closer!“

“The food was amazing! Service was a C. Slow - we were the only ones in there. I asked for our bill & the waiter brought a credit card machine. I said, where is my bill and he says if you don’t trust me, then I’ll print it out. He prints out my bill, but when I went to the register, it was a different amount. Make sure you take cash or they charge you an additional 3%.“

“Stopped in for the Saturday steak special was not disappointed. The steaks were delicious sides are huge you could swap the baked potato for anything, you get a side salad too, we also had cheese curds. Service was good. It was packed the bar is a bit tight but worth the wait.“

“We used Cozumel Brunswick for our daughter’s graduation party this past Sunday and everything was delicious!! We got the taco bar with half ground meat/half shredded chicken. Everything was ready on time and looked and tasted just as expected. A special shoutout for them also remedying an unexpected situation we ran into once the party started. We had placed all of the meats in crockpots to stay warm and when a guest lifted the lid on the shredded chicken the glass shattered everywhere into the food. Cozumel was contacted to place another order for more chicken and when we arrived to pick it up and pay for it they said it was no charge!!! Great customer service especially for something that was not even their fault, highly recommend!!!“

“Our first time at Bubbakoo's - we chose the Broadview Heights locaiton - was stellar from start to finish. We weren't familiar with the menu at all and the person putting our bowls together was really helpful and even suggested pairings and offered to let us take as many sauces home on the side so we could try different ones and see which we liked best. Everyone on staff that day was kind and welcoming and gave us exactly what we asked for.
We went to the South Euclid location a couple weeks later because we wanted to try some different stuff and the experience was exactly the opposite. Very cold, not friendly, not very welcoming, a lot of sighing when we asked questions, and they wanted to upcharge for every sauce we wanted on the side.
We won't be back to the South Euclid location, but we'll definitely return to Broadview Heights so long as the vibe remains as good as it was on our first visit.“
