“Bonefish Grill in Independence Ohio. Hi Guy's n Gals. This is the Italian food critic again, I must tell you about this wonderful place my daughter and bf took us to for my wife's birthday. As you already know, I am 100% Italian.... Parents both from Italy.... Now, let me say this, I asked our server MARIA, what do you recommend? Maria said the Cod Imperial is great... I said I will have that. Now Cod in Italian is called BACCALA.. so in the meantime, we ordered some appetizers Fresh Calamari and Muscles... FANTASTIC by the way. Maria brought us fresh Italian bread with real Italian Olive oil with REAL Italian seasoning and cheese OH MADONE!!!! This was so good I could have had just the bread and oil for dinner itself.. Now comes my main coarse. As I said, Maria recommended the Cod IMPERIAL AKA BACCALA... It was better then SEX,, Yes I said it. It was a flipping orgasm.. This place is incredible. And Maria, She was attentive and fast but, if not for MARIA, I would have never had this AWESOME Baccala AKA on the menu/ COD IMPERIAL...Folks reading this. If it was not for my server MARIA, I would have never had this wonderful meal... YOU MUST BE SEATED WHEN EATING THIS BACCALA BECAUSE YOUR KNEES WILL BUCKLE....the last time I had Baccala this good was when my mom made it 20 some years ago.. she's passed since.. Love u momma.. I said, where is my bill and he says if you don’t trust me, then I’ll print it out. He prints out my bill, but when I went to the register, it was a different amount. “We used Cozumel Brunswick for our daughter’s graduation party this past Sunday and everything was delicious!! We got the taco bar with half ground meat/half shredded chicken. Everything was ready on time and looked and tasted just as expected. A special shoutout for them also remedying an unexpected situation we ran into once the party started. We had placed all of the meats in crockpots to stay warm and when a guest lifted the lid on the shredded chicken the glass shattered everywhere into the food. Cozumel was contacted to place another order for more chicken and when we arrived to pick it up and pay for it they said it was no charge!!! “Went on Sunday with my mom and husband and Adam was our server. We were immediately seated. Adam was quick and very attentive. We ordered Prime Rib, Delmonico and burger. I ordered the half chicken to go and mushrooms as an appetizer. Everything was delicious and for the price you can't beat it. The restaurant was clean and nice on the inside and what made the visit awesome was over the server. Adam as wonderful and kept our drinks full at times. You get the value for the meals provided. It's so nice to have an establishment like this as they are long gone. I also loved the fact that we all ordered salad and we got a family style serving where we served ourselves from the salad bowl. Good selection of tasty food, it seems like there is much customization but I got the honey chicken that might not be there again. I was told for now it was temporary.The one I went to was more polite than any Chip-Pot-ul I've been to not that they were bad but not all that happy to see another customer.“

It is a small restaurant, and you had a large party in a small restaurant. There's only so much space and ways that you can safely put people in. But maybe you haven't worked in the service industry before and do not know that. After he calmly was apologizing to you again, you (or your daughter?) screamed in his face and berated him in front of the entire restaurant and he still held restraint.“
