“This Penn Station is a go to for my family when we want a quick, affordable meal. The staff are always very friendly to us and I feel as if they genuinely care about our dining experience (which is rare these days). One time they forgot to pack my daughter's sandwich and before I had even realized what happened, they called me and gave us a free sandwich. I cannot think of a place in recent memory that went out of their way to own up to a mistake like that.
So if you're looking for good food that doesn't feel like you're getting ripped off, and quality customer service, I recommend this Penn Station.“

“I've always enjoyed this Mr. Hero location. I love the Roman Burger with waffle fries and of course you got to have the cheese sauce with the fries. It hit the spot today. The staff has always been helpful and it's a nice area if you want to enjoy your meal inside. I will say the food is hit or miss at times on when it’s ready so it’s hard to tell if it’s busy or not but other than that it’s good.“

Vegan pepperoni, salami, and ham, vegan cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, red onions, herbs, and Dave’s Psychedelic Sauce.
It is really taste I swapped banana peppers for alfalfa sprouts!! it came cold next time I will ask for hot. There are so many vegan sub selections, I can't wait to to try the other options.“

“I was here on 10-11-25 after a previous negative experience and both the service and food were outstanding. There was a team member working in the grill area who noticed me waiting and asked the front counter person to find out what I was waiting for. I hadn't been waiting long, but it was nice to know that they were paying attention. My food was fresh, which I appreciated because I previously had cold fries and overly toasted bread. They keep the place clean while also making you a killer sub. The ingredients here are truly “fresh” as advertised and this is my go-to spot for when i need food during my break at work. This location has yet to fail me and they continue to impress me and make my day each time I swing by. The worker rang it up as a club to save me a few bucks. Much appreciated! Also bought two of the deli pickles, and potato salad. Sub had lettuce, tomato, onions, and their special oil dressing. Whole grain bread was fresh & soft. It was overall fantastic! The oil dressing very tasty! I got an extra cup. The potato salad was meh. $2.49 for that small container. Shoulda got chips instead. Also ask for a plastic knife because the pickles aren’t sliced. Very friendly & helpful staff. Food came out quick. I was there about 12:15 and it definitely got busy. Overall very tasty subs and would definitely go back.“

Maria was very kind and warm, has the patience of a saint, and is very knowledgeable about the menu.
The store appears clean and well kept (in the front and back).
All the employees appeared to stay busy the entire time I was in the store.

I got wings, fries (with bacon and cheese) and a regular lemonade. The Scorpion Sting flavor on the wings has a wonderful kick of spice! The fries are my favorite in the entire city! Everything was made fresh to order.

“I used this location to cater a school event in Hudson. Everything that I ordered was present and accounted for, and the delivery was on time. Their bags used for delivering the food are sturdy and great for repurposing. Anish accommodated all of the changes I made to my order without hassle. Great service!
