“The Mr. Hero in Northfield always provides good food and good service. Very nice, friendly people and that has been true for the entire last twenty years. Over that time I've occasionally gone there for lunch and I've never been disappointed with the food or the service. Now, it's just fast food.. so have reasonable expectations on quality. They make it fresh when you order. So have a reasonable expectation on the time. The menu is pretty vast, but how can you not order a Roman burger or cheesesteak?“

“In my opinion, the best sandwich in Ohio. The hot stuffed banana pepper sub is out of this world - freshly baked bread, homemade sausage and sauce with melted cheese. All prepared and baked in the pizza oven to order. The chicken salad and pizzas are also stunning. We drive almost an hour round trip to get their food and every mile is well worth it.“

Great place, definitely won't be my last time visiting and the service was friendly and understanding. They explained that they'd be getting updated POS machines soon. “Once upon a long time ago there was an Arthur T at my local malls food court in PA. It's been a few decades and nowadays its hard to even find a Long Johns.We were in the area for a trip to the Rock n Roll Hall and were looking for a place for lunch. An urge to do something fun brought us here. I didn't know when we rolled in that it was one of the last ones standing. The service was actually really great. Seems to be a family run place and the employees were very sociable.They offer a number of options here for a reasonable price. The food came out quickly and hot. We got chicken and fish which come with fries and hush puppies. The hush puppies may be the star but I'm a fanatic there. The servings of meat were a bit small, but it was damn good for fast food takeout. When you want that fix of perfectly greasy fish and chips, this is the right place.“

“What can I say. I've always liked there Roman burger and fries. I always say no cheese on anything and they would repeat what I say but I some how I end up with cheese on my sandwich. I am lactose intolerant which makes it hard on my stomach.“

“So this sandwich shop was recommended by a co-worker so I placed an online order for 4 sandwiches with sides. First, the order was ready on time and was accurate. I picked up the order and the five minute drive back had my mouth watering. Smelled so good! I love the side options, waffle fries, tots, fried pickles, fried mushrooms, etc., etc. I ordered the chicken pita. It came loaded with chicken and the softest Greek style pita. I'd like a little more sauce, but overall pretty delicious. I also really enjoyed the fried pickles. They were breaded pickle spears, warm and crispy with that snap when you bite into it. Also, not greasy at all. The ranch was so-so. I was pretty hungry and forgot to snap pics, except for the pita! ‍ I'd definitely like to return & try more of their items!“

The cheesesteak itself was a good meal. I would have liked a little more cheese though. “Cannot say enough positive things about this location. Post COVID every fast food location is awful, between the food quality going down, customer service bottoming out and prices sky rocketing. I'm glad to say I found a place where this does not apply. Jersey mikes in solon is the exception, the employees have awesome customer service skills, the foods fresh, you're in and out quickly. 10/10.“

“High quality subs taste great the up charges for add ons are affordable if you want cheese I would suggest double or you won't be able to taste it with all the bread and meat there kind of skimp with it. But other than that I love this place interesting history I posted photos of anyone wants to see what the growth of the business looks like.“

“This is my favorite location! The staff is hard working and despite it being busy at times, the cashier is always nice. Orders may take some time if they get a lot of orders but they never stop moving, always trying to get the food out as fast as they can.
