“I just went here from Barberton McDonald's because they are rude and can't get orders correct, .... WHAT A RELIEF. The Norton location is 5 to 10 minutes from me, vs the one minute drive to Barberton, and I'll make the trip every time. Norton is polite, and has never messed one of our orders up!! They are never rude, and if there is a problem, they apologize and offer something else. Norton mcdonalds crew, changed my morning mood right back to the good mood I was in, prior to going to Barberton McDonald's......“

“This restaurant has really turned around. They were having a little rough patch but I have had amazing service several times in a row. My food was hot and fresh, everything I ordered was there, even straws, forks and napkins. Thank you for a great experience!“

“My two daughters, grand daughter and I went to DeJuan's on Saturday 4/27/24 for my birthday dinner. Our reservation was at 8pm. First time going there. We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was delightful. I had the shrimp scampi and daughters had salmon. This is definitely on our list of favorites. We had a pleasant surprise, we had to wait a little bit longer for our food due to other big parties (no big deal to us), however the management came to our booth and apologized for the slight delay and took care of the whole bill for the night. We did not have to pay a dime. WOW!. We have been to other restaurants but never received such pleasant service. On top of such wonderful gesture, I was given a signature glass as a birthday gift. KUDOS to Erica, Tracy and our server Navel (i hope i spelled it right). We thank you sincerely for making our day. We will definitely come back again.“

“The food here is always solid and the servers are a lot cuter than days of past. Go to the north hill location and ask for Brooke n I bet she won’t let ya down! Even after the onion rings were slightly overcooked on the last visit, she replaced them with absolutely no question in an instant and though it took a while to get the replacement order, it gave me a chance to enjoy a meal while talking to her a bit longer. She was very sweet and I have been back a couple times since!“

“Fries were cooked well... staff was kind .. the staff needs to pay attention to their surroundings and what they are touching.. i saw a gentleman go from front to back through a silver metal door 3 times while I was there, and not once did he change his gloves.. he's "hands" may have been clean, but his gloves were not clean enough to touch people's food .. gloves give a false sense of cleanliness and sanitation. “Great place! My wife and I moved to Akron 6 months ago and we drive by Portage Trail frequently. Decided to give it a try today and it is very good! Love the fact that you can add/modify your order as you please in the self check out kiosk and add patties (burger or chicken) to your sandwich. And has a great beer selection as well!

“Rob Bass said it in his rap song and it was the truth back in the 80’s. The Whopper was a treat each and every time that I bought one. It’s still not the Burger King of old, but they have really improved upon the quality doesn’t matter, serve them anything Good Burger, keep cranking ‘em out stage / that it appeared that they took for the first 24 years or of this century. I left many Whoppers unfinished during this stage. I kept going back even though I knew that I would leave disappointed. They changed the fries recipe so many times that I began to prefer their minced onion, onion rings over the like warm never crunchy sticks. Today my fries were crunchy and my Patty Melt was “One tasty burger!”
My only regret? One flavor of diet soda. Come on! Wendy’s has a million flavors now Arby’s and Taco Bell even give me a choice. Get Diet 7up or a diet Root Beer flavor, please?
The mini Churros taste as good as the Churros taste at a carnival. The chocolate dipping sauce was pretty artificial tasting and lame, but I’m sure other flavors will come.
