“I ordered sandwiches from Sam’s Club a week before I needed them for a funeral. I expected approximately 50 people. The day before the event, I stopped into Sam’s Club to confirm my order. At first, they couldn’t find the order. Then, after finding it, informed me that they had a staff shortage and couldn’t fulfill my full order. And the only reason they could fill it partially was because they were making those sandwiches anyway to go out in the refrigerator section. No empathy, no concern. Jimmy John’s came to the rescue! “It's all right.... Not anything else around to eat except pizza. Everything's fine - until there's a problem -- then an odd attitude comes out.Once, I got a "combo," but all she gave me was a drink & sandwich but no chips -- so an uncomfortable argument ensued (for no reason).Last time I was there, I found they now have an obtrusive cover for the products so you cannot visually see any of your options! There is no picture of the breads anymore, either; this wouldn't be a problem, but the bread choices are always changing.... Meh“

“The food is good and the service is mostly good. However… The soda machine has tasted terrible for almost two years, especially the Diet Coke. It taste like straight carbonated water. We’ve told the staff each time we go in and they just shrug their shoulders. Fix it, or get a new machine! Also, with everyone in the world complaining about fresh water shortages, you would think they’d repair the mens bathroom sink hot water spigot. Like the soda machine, its been broken for two years. It is a constant stream. I would’ve thought the owner would repair it to save on his water bill…heck it’s only a $10 valve! But, just like the soda machine, the staff just shrugs their shoulders as if its no big deal. After telling the staff about both issues many times over the past two years, I thought posting it in a public forum would help motivate the owner in his repairs.“

“I see some bad reviews but all the staff were nice and my sub was great. I had the Big Kahuna Chicken which is like a Philly but with added mushrooms, hot peppers, and I asked for the spicy sauce (that isn't salsa).
The sizes are different from the competition. I was going to get the large but I opted for the Giant on wheat. That bumped it to $17 for a specialty sub.
I have no complaints. It was very good. I could have stopped eating at half and took half home.

“This is the best Subway around, there is a young woman who works there, I believe her name is Marie. Marie always goes above and beyond and always has a smile on her face. She’s a REAL nice lady. The store is always clean and the sandwiches are fresh.“

Picture this: you wander over, drawn in by the promise of sizzling onions and the distant dream of cheesesteak perfection. But what you get is a sandwich that's about as memorable as that B-list movie you watch on a rainy Saturday afternoon. I received excellent service and the food was prepared promptly, it just wasn’t very good.

The sampleman standing in front of the restaurant was probably aware of the food’s lack of taste because he was making no effort to hand samples to potential customers or mall walkers. I’m used to samplemen and samplewomen aggressively trying to hand me a sample by sticking it in front of my face. While this is annoying it also shows a commitment to hard work.

While this restaurant has the convenience of being sandwich place in the food court, it doesnt have a whole lot else going for it.“

“A nice location that was recently redone on the inside, making it really nice compared to other restaurants around the area. Great sandwich offerings, though I wish more vegetarian options were available such as the veggie patty that some other random Subway locations seem to have. Items are fresh and prices are decent. Service can sometimes be a bit slow, but it always has been professional.

Parking: Plenty of parking is available. Possibly 20 spots or so total.“

“Typical Subway experience here, the employees are usually fast and friendly at this location. This location is much better than the other two in town. Online ordering is not very good though, they always need things up. I recommend going in and ordering.“

“This is one of the redecorated modern Subway restaurants. Very clean, very bright. Food was as expected for a Subway. Service was good.

Parking: Large shopping plaza, so plenty of parking. But it's a bit unclear where to enter the lot from Hawkins (not the restaurants fault).“

“Never been to this location before. Was nearby to do some work, saw Subway and knew I was stopping in before hitting the road again. The you people working here were polite, attentive, and courteous. The food made for me as good as Subway is going to make! The staff were real refreshing as far as people go, and the sandwich they made was delicious! If I am in the area again, I will be stopping by!“
