“A lot of these reviews are kind of harsh. Me and my wife went here yesterday and we're overall satisfied. Our sandwiches were made exactly as well asked. The place was VERY clean. My only slight complaint was MAYBE customer service was slightly low. With that said both employees were still tolerable. Plus you can't beat a sandwich, cookie, chips and drink for 10 bucks. Like all fast food restaurants today some of the employees don't always provide great customer service, but the general manager here, Andre, is a superstar. It seems like he never takes a day off but this guy really CARES about the customer.... so if you ever have any issues, just touch base with Andre the superstar.

Minor downsides: the food is expensive, but good. Love the fries - I wish Penn station would adopt the same attitude as 5 guys about over-serving the French fries.

“I have been her numerous Times! Always great!! Today … not so much! The “ manager” was rude and down right mean!!! I have gotten the mini croissants for parties many times. They are ALWAYS PRE CUT! I ordered 36. She would not cut them and they stuffed them in a bag too small and many were smashed flat….. not the look I wanted for the shower I am giving!!! How disappointing!!!“

A few weeks ago a caterer called and cancelled our order with less than an hour until it was due. I called and Mr. Salaah answered. He listened to my short diatribe about the issue I was facing and quickly got to work making an order for 30+ people. I can't thank you guys enough for saving the conference! Thank you Mr. Salaah!!“

“The food was absolutely perfect. Really good sandwiches and fries. The lady who took our order however was rude and arrogant. We got there at 8:45 it is printed right on the door that they are open until 10:00 but then somebody has added a little sign above that saying they're only open till 9:00. I did not see the smaller sign I saw what was printed directly on the door. The lady went out of her way to let me know that they were closing in a few minutes. She was very rude to the two 11-year-old twins that I had brought there for the first time. Rather than explain the menu she made them feel like they were stupid because they didn't know as she put it that the sandwich doesn't come with anything you have to tell her what you want on it. It wasn't what she said but the demeaning way in which she said it. This lady really does not need to be serving people. I came in today (2/20/24) around 12:30 and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The man who made my sandwich had some large tattoos on his forearms and I swear I never saw a more beautiful sandwich being made just for me. Another one had long curly hair tied up and was super kind, he hyped up my choice in toppings. The guy who sliced my meats and cheeses was very polite and the lady at the front was very sweet.
