“We received a flyer on our door, it stated that they had no pork products and the pictures looked very appetizing with fresh vegetables and such on the pizza, so we decided to give them a try. The guy told us 45 minutes and it was 45 minutes on the nose., the pizza was delivered hot as if they had just taken it out of the oven, we ordered the House pizza which has black olives, mushrooms, green and banana peppers, onions, beef sausage and beef pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. “Decided today was a pizza day. Headed down to Bazemore Pizza Co. They're located inside of the Pointe Tavern. I ordered a Ezzo's Pepperoni and Mushrooms pizza. Went down a back hallway where the kitchen is and met with the owners, Billy Bazemore and Todd Crow. Watched as they created my pizza. They only make dough for about 80 pizzas so they provide only the freshest ingredients for your pizza. They use a nice tomato sauce with SURPRISE actual tomatoes in it. So tasty. The cheese was perfectly balanced on the pizza, not just making a solid layer across it but a nice tomato cheese layering. The pepperoni and mushrooms were placed perfectly over the pie. Decided I had to have a slice before I left. OMG!!! The flavor of the ingredients were so fresh. The passion of these two guys surely shines through in their product. They also have wings that have a phenomenal taste to them, dip them in some ranch dressing and you will be amazed on how great they are. So if you want to taste the best pizza out there, come check Billy/Todd out. They're the real deal!!!“

“We love this place. The pizza is so good. It’s very thin crust, so….it doesn’t go as far as you would think. It’s pretty easy for 2-3 people to eat a large.Parking: The actual parking lot is very small. You can park free in the side streets.“

“I had an issue with a call in order that was part my fault (me not understanding the menu) and part their fault (them misunderstanding my order). I was very frustrated when I called and I just want to give huge kudos to the manager for being so kind and patient with me, even upon realizing part of the mix up was my fault. “I know people love their pizza - I do not. It's ok, and I usually get it for free so I will never complain, but it wouldn't be my first choice in town or even near campus. They do make decent salads - they're simple and definitely need the dressing, but they taste fresh and are a good alternative if you're not feeling the carbs and cheese sometimes.“

We unknowingly arrived 15 minutes before closing and they still took us, but we didn't expect the best effort with it being closing time but this may have been THE best pizza I've had in Columbus! Service was great and food came out pretty quick. It was a bit loud and holding a conversation was cumbersome. Beer selection is good. Several local brews on tap or in can. No mints on the way out… booParking: We got lucky and grabbed the only available spot in the parking lot next to the restaurant. I imagine there is more parking near by and we were there at the busiest time for dinner.“

“We had actually been headed to a different restaurant, but the wait there ended up being longer than expected, so we decided to check out Harvest instead. We ended up going with some burgers and yukon potatoes for takeout. The Rosie burger was excellent, though, as a personal preference, we will probably skip the bacon onion jam next time. The seasoning on the Yukon potatoes was delicious, but they were a little overcooked. Service was friendly, and our order was ready as quoted.“

“My wife stumbled upon this place online, and I must say it...is...amazing! We've passed Goremade Pizza several times and never noticed it. On the outside, it has a very unassuming appearance. But once inside, it's full of charm and ambiance.The staff were very kind and welcoming. There's not much seating, but perfect for just the two of us. The service was on point. Everything we needed was provided often without us having to ask.We love the taste of coal fired pizza, but other places that we've visited have taken up to 45 minutes or so for us to be served. Not so at Goremade Pizza. We ordered salad, cheesy bread, and two pizzas. It was served 'course style', so each item followed the previous, and the timing of the delivery for each item was perfect.As for the taste, everything was great! The salad came in a box, which was different, but nevermind that, it was delicious. Followed by the cheesy bread, which was served on a thin crust, and was very light even. I didn't feel full after eating it. Which left plenty of room for the pizza.I'm a classic pepperoni pizza guy, so that's what I had. While my wife opted for the custom pizza option. And by custom, they chose what kind to make for her. She have two items that she absolutely didn't want on it. But then they created a pizza of their choice. She loved it!Goremade Pizza has now been added to our favorites list. I'd recommend it to everyone. It's truly one of Columbus' hidden gems.“

“Dewey's offers reasonably priced pies with numerous options to mix and match by doing a "half and half." The 17inch pie is pictured. I believe the one on the right with ham and pickles was called the Cuban. It seemed to be a special option that will be offered for only a limited time. It was definitely the star of the night and reminded me of a traditional Cuban sandwich. The Bronx Bomber was more in the style of a traditional supreme pizza. It was ok, but I felt it was lacking a bit in flavor. The sausage in particular was too mild for my taste, although others may like that it's not too spicy. Both pies had a fantastic crust and a nice crunch to them. Service was great and we could definitely sense the friendly demeanor of the employees. Overall, Dewey's offers great pizza options and great service. I'll be back to try more combinations.“

“The food is great. I’ve ordered from here at least 5 times.. but every time i get here, at the time it says it will be done, and i call the number to let them know I am here.. I’m waiting at least 10-15 minutes more for my food. Standing in the little waiting area. Kind of feels like they don’t start making my food until I’m here and I call.“

We ordered lesagna with meat sauce, meatless rigatoni with meatballs on the side ( those went first!), salad and bread ( which arrived warm). Also has Drive-thru/drive up window.Kid-friendliness: (From previous observations) They bring food to the table, which is especially good for families or parents who have children with them. They have typical crayons and worksheets/coloring pages for kids to keep them occupied.“

“Instead of a Yes or No recommendation, we should have a third option: Maybe. The food was decent (I had gnocchi in meat sauce) and the seating was pleasant, clean and welcoming. My main complaint was the wedding soup. I’m guessing whoever makes it there has never had or seen authentic wedding soup. I realize it’s possible to make soup that differs from what one is accustomed to. But to charge over $7 for a bowl of broth, a few tiny meatballs and a handful of tiny pasta is a crime.“

“This is a nice place to just let your hair down it has a great atmosphere to just let go n have fun. The food was delightful I had pizza n it was done to perfection they have ice cold water self serve that was convenient this is a nice service for me because when I'm done drinking beer I want water.. the only thing I didn't to much care about is they had all the TVs up so loud a person can't hear themselves think also it would've been nicer too have some music playing instead of having so many different TV channels playing at once. Also the entrance is so narrow to walk in or out bumping people as a person passes byWould b so nice if somehow it could b widened up just a Lil more. “Two distinct pizzas but one happy camper! In trying the spinach artichoke pizza (olive oil base; chicken) and the heartland pizza (red sauce; pepperoni/bacon), I can say that Brenz is a Jack of All Trades in the pizza game. 22 pizzas + a build your own option means that you're bound to find something that you like. Good crust and generous toppings. The only downside might be from a value perspective. At the 12 inch size, a lot of the selections were $19. If that doesn't intimidate you, a good pizza awaits.“

“It's always good and hot and fresh we love getting their pizzas and subs we always get the destroyer and we put 1/4 of it with mushrooms a fourth of a pepperoni and fourth of a sausage and a four and a half of it with pineapple and it's always delicious“

“If you want a diner breakfast on the south side of Columbus this is the place for you. The Christmas decorations are wild and the service is excellent. Fried eggs and home fries were what you expect at a diner.They even gave me a box of candy because it was Valentine’s Day. Nice touch.“

“I was pleasantly surprised by Meister's. I recall reading other Yelp reviews from a few years ago that mentioned rude service. If that's still the case, I didn't experience it or see it with other patrons. I went during an Ohio State men's basketball B1G tournament game, and the sound was on which was appreciated. I also saw that they were a Browns backer bar, so it seems like they have local sports fans covered. Their six draft beers were priced well, but the main event for me was the deep dish pizza. I'm no stranger to this Chicago classic, and I (again) was pleasantly surprised at the quality. The bottom crust was a little thinner than you might find at some places, but to me this was an advantage. My one critique is that the Meat Lovers pizza seemed light on the meat, but there was ample sauce and cheese to satisfy. There were also daily drink specials, a pool table and dart boards, the latter located in a semi-private area with its own TV. I'd go back, and I'd even try their regular crust pizza which looked tasty from afar.“

“Stopped for lunch doing the pizza trail. Had a Supreme style pizza and it was really good. The only thing that was slightly sweet was the sausage. Good thing because I don't care for sweet pizza and like fennel in sausage. It could've had more cheese on it but it was a smaller pizza with several toppings. Overall, I suggest it and would have it again if in the area. Definitely give them a try.“

Wow, so glad we did.This place is a throwback to traditional, Italian Sunday family eating.Calamari- light, tender with a homemade marinara.Wedding soup to die for. Salads in a chilled bowl with the light, crisp and bright vinegarette not to be skipped!I had a seafood lasagna special that l'll have dreams about, the cheeses were all crusty on the edges giving this texture beyond amazing.Aaaaaand we simply couldn't pass on dessert, the tiramisu was traditional comfort but.... The lemon cream cake is a light, airy lemony confection that I'll compare all future desserts to. Service was provided by someone I felt was family by the end of our meal! “The hospitality we were shown this weekend was unmatched. It was a cold evening and we were wanting to feed our 6 and 8 year olds before going to a concert. The wait was well over an hour and half for a table. The staff and owner not only gave my children free drinks but they found us a spot out of the way so my children could eat pizza without waiting. I can’t tell you how much that meant to this momma. Thank you so much!“

“I have been wanting to try Josie's Pizza Hilltop for a long time and finally got to have it. Ordered the Garlic Bread with Cheese and Sauce with a Garden Salad with Marzetti's Dijon Honey Mustard dressing. The salad was great with the dressing. The Garlic Bread with Cheese was the cheesiest garlic they have ever seen along with the most pepperoni on the Old Fashion Pepperoni pizza. I had the Combination pizza with Pepperoni, Sausage, Green Peppers, mushrooms, and onions; but did not see the Pepperoni and Sausage. Overall the Pizzas were delicious and worth going back to Josie's again soon. The service was great and talked with 1-2 employees about couples coming to Josie's Pizza Hilltop as a Sunday night tradition. It is a small place but with some seats, but there is a table that can accommodate 12 people to a table that can be used for a birthday party or family gathering. I will go back to Josie's Pizza Hilltop soon for the Old Fashion Pepperoni pizza.“

“I've reviewed several Dicarlos outside the Valley. Most people from there say Elm Grove and Wellsburg are the gold standard for Dicarlos locations, and I agree.This pizza from the Columbus location is just as good, especially for one outside the Valley. All of them have been good, but Columbus is perfection.It's tough to get parking nearby, so plan for that. But if you love Dicarlos, the Columbus location will satisfy. I live 2 hours away and will go back.“

“We've been ordering Frankie's for many years.It's our go to for guaranteed great pizza.The burnt ends are astounding! So good!!I'm not usually a fan of smoked food but the smoked wings are crazy good. “I highly recommend Grandma's Pizza on Parsons. The staff is great and friendly. The pizza is delicious and reasonably priced. I usually order between 16-20 large pizzas, and they have always had them fresh and ready to go on time. Yesterday, I called them at 3:45pm and asked them if they could do 20 larges ready for pick-up at 5:45pm and they had it done. They are my go-to place for pizza on the south end of Columbus.“

“For our first time we ordered a Classic Large Pepperoni Pizza and an Italian Sub. Pizza was cooked perfectly, it's a thin NY Style type of pizza. With a small crust which tasted great. Italian sub had quite a bit of lettuce but was overall an ok sub. I like the way this sub was put together meat wise, but I do think it's missing something. A little bit toastier or even a seasoned or buttered bun. Regardless we were satisfied with pricing and quality. We will be back to try more and update review!“

“Listen, I've liked Mikey's since I found them in an alley years ago. Good food, cool staff, funny menu names, and more. I didn't even know this one was here. They've been gradually expanding, through the heart of Columbus. This is directly across from the convention center and right behind the North Market, so a very prime location. Parking can be tight but there is some on the street, and the Vine Street garage a few steps away.First time I came was a Friday at lunchtime, with a big event in the convention center. Huge line, I didn't wait around. Today, a Tuesday at around 1pm, it was fine, just a couple other customers. Bigger than it looks, with a lot of tables in back and a nice view of the North Market construction. Friendly service. I was really here for the Thanksgiving pizza, though I knew if they were out I'd still enjoy the other offerings. They had it: gravy, Ray Ray's smoked turkey, stuffing, and a side of cranberry sauce. Darn good. The sauce was too thick to dip in or pour, so grab a fork to get some out and spread it if you like.Strange combination of flavors for a pizza, but works well. Thin foldable crust, perfectly cooked. A little cheese holding things together. I could easily have eaten several. But one big piece and a drink (and tax) was about $10. Not bad for the area, and the quality and quantity. A quick tasty lunch. The building is old and the decor is funky. Comfy seats. Bathrooms downstairs. Rickroll on the way up. A fun experience all around.“
