“Not sure when but there is new ownership or management of the DQ in Milford. It is quick, good, and the staff are amazing. During Early Covid we would wait for up to 25 minutes and the staff didn’t seem to be very enthusiastic. The were closed for a few days or a week now they are fast, kind and efficient! They remember us and are appreciative of the business! We will be back! Thanks for putting a smile on our faces!“

We live 1 1/2 hours from the Amelia, Ohio store so the owner took time out of his day and shipped the bag to us!! We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area! Thank you!!“

“I just had the most heartfelt experience I've ever had from somebody that works at a restaurant. I'm not going to go into all of it, but just know that the night manager at the Eastgate White Castle is an angel and will forever be in my heart.“

“this is my go to when I need something quick dinner on the way to baseball. They have a customer special that is a great deal and feeds 2 for 6.50. They also have a 1 tender 3 wedges that is great for kids and less than $3. The food is great around dinner time.“

“The Handicap parking should be up towards the front entrance, not in back by the employees entrance of the restaurant. Then the benches for customers to eat at tables are way to low for a short person to eat their meals. Then the sandwiches should be like the pictures on your App and on the bulletin boards above the counter. There's no Handicap ramps up by the front door and two Handicap parking spots is not enough!!!“

“This is my 3rd horrible experience at this location. Anyone who's been to this location, knows once you're in line, you can't get out. I waited 30 minutes! they are always slow as molasses. get to the window to order and the girl tells me their out of chicken nuggets, that they're all frozen. I said well can't you put them un the friar and make them??? "ummm noooo sorry. But we have everything else." So I ordered tenders(which weren't crispy and cooked fully, like they should be.) and tell her I need alot of ranch, ketchup and buffalo. I finally go to get my food and 2 packets of buffalo, 3 ranches and 2 ketchup for 2 chicken tender meals with fries. This place is a joke, and this time I'm requesting my money back. 30 minutes I wasted in line, to not even get what I wanted and told them. I'm officially done with chick fil a.“

“First let me say we frequent your establishment quite often during the summer and have always had good service prior to our recent visit. I have worked as a Chef in a commercial kitchen so I am not uneducated about proper food handling and sanitation and I understand that this Corona Virus situation isn't the norm but I was distubed by what I saw yesterday. The young lady working the drive thru register around 3:30 yesterday was wearing gloves but she was handling money and credit cards without changing her gloves or sanitizing between customers. She then proceeded to hand out food. The fact that she handed us an icecream cone where she could have unknowingly touched the cone, plus the napkin and paper wrapper with contaminated gloves really bothered me to the point that I threw it out. It would not be hard to have a bucket of sanitizer with a towel at the register that employees running the register could use to sanitize their gloves between customers to help reduce the chances of customers and staff from getting this nasty virus. Please train your employees better about reducing cross contamination. Thank you.“

“Always a good time coming here. I work across the street so i come here near daily. Inside is always clean. The drive through can get backed up but i’ve never spent more than 15 mins here. Sunday is always nice and makes my day better. Foods always fresh.“

So glad they brought Potato cakes back. We stopped going to Arbys when they stopped serving them. We don't care for the curly fries or regular fries. I hope they continue to have them. “I do an Economic Behavior System in my classroom where the kids earn $$ money in their checkbooks to buy Tender Towne. This month I had 15 kids buy lunch. I went in a day early and the staff was incredible! They let me place the order ahead of time and pay too! When we got there at 10:45 the next day, all of the drinks and food were labeled! All we had to do was pass them out! This is the third time I have brought a large group of kids for lunch and the experience was AMAZING! WE LOVE TENDER TOWNE!“

Today we gave it another shot and the difference was UNBELIEVABLE. The food was hot, fresh, and prepared quickly. The sandwich had all the meat placed where it should be on the center of the bun compared to the mess we previously received. “I am at drive-thru at 7:30 and the employees act like I was bothering them. Waiting for my food and watch a person pull up to order and employee said something and they backed out and left! The girl at drive thru was pissed cause I arrived at 7:30 and they were getting ready to close. I see this LJS closing down soon cause the service was trouble.“

Maddie (the younger Maddie with blonde hair) and Jasmine at the Sonic Drive-In were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, respectful, and extremely polite. I got my food very quickly, and it was clear they were moving efficiently and getting orders out fast for other customers as well. Both of them seemed very good at their jobs and genuinely cared about providing great service.

“I love the route 44 slushy drinks-they have great lemonade & flavors can be added. They offer a diet cherry flavor but the slushy part has sugar so order diet limeade with cherry because it can be made with diet soda instead of slushy ice. They have great jalapeño poppers, that is what I order on the regular. I don't care much for burgers but my husband likes them quite a bit! They offer happy hour 2-4 daily for drinks & offer discounts with their app. Great place when I just want a snack & drink. I always drive through so no atmosphere to rate. The only area to sit is outside or in your car as they offer car hop service.“

“First time having gold star chili, and I have to say I'm impressed . Was told it's not as good as other chili parlors, but I found that not to be true. Infact the total opposite.Ordered 3-way and cheese coney with sweet tea.Chili is more liquid than most parlors but with their crackers you get the perfect consistency. And the cheese is really good too.Cheese coney was very tasty, the mustard was a great contrast to the cheese and chili.And the sweet Tea was perfect quencher. The waitress was very sweet and very informative and valued our opinion since we've never had it.Good value, great flavor, and excellent service. Checks all the boxes!

“Over the summer, I was ordered Pizza Hut weekly. I have NEVER been disappointed with the service or food. Service is always incredibly amazing (especially since Covid hit) The FOOD, OH MY GOSH....always SO FLIPPING FRESH! Always warm and delightful. We get the Dinner Box a lot and it is a great price for what you get! $10 and the kids are fed. Last night I was really impressed when my pizza showed up! The delivery guy was incredible nice, noticed the Happy Birthday decor in home and sang a little tune to my birthday boy! He also handed me a coupon for FREE PIZZA (NO Purchase necessary) because they were running late! I didn't notice that either so yep....Pizza hut is my new pizza place!“
