“Insucks because I'm editing this review that I made few months ago that gave 5 stars 🌟
Now, I feel like they are not doing anywhere near as well, you can tell the grease needs chaged soooooo badly all the time and it makes anything fried taste terrible.

I have to.pull around for very simple orders of 3 or less items, and that wouldn't bother me if it was d I ne RIGHT!!

“This is the first time I pulled out of a McDonald's drive thru, reached into the bag, and pulled out piping hot fries almost too hot to handle. Fantastic! All the other McDonald's need to do the same. Until today, they were cold and limp.“

“We took our ball team for ice cream after a game. The staff were very friendly and very helpful! Beautiful store and very clean! My daughter left her backpack and basketball in the store. We live 1 1/2 hours from the Amelia, Ohio store so the owner took time out of his day and shipped the bag to us!! We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area! Thank you!!“

“This Skyline is larger than most. I normally Order a 5 Way Chili. For you out of towners, a 5 Way includes spaghetti, chili, onions, beans, and cheese. This isn’t your normal chili with this ingredient combo. Our grandkids love it. Today, I ordered a Greek Salad with grilled chicken. You can also get Buffalo chicken with your salad. It’s a really good salad with greens, black olives, pepperocinis, feta, tomatoes topped with a tangy Greek salad dressing“

“First let me say we frequent your establishment quite often during the summer and have always had good service prior to our recent visit. I have worked as a Chef in a commercial kitchen so I am not uneducated about proper food handling and sanitation and I understand that this Corona Virus situation isn't the norm but I was distubed by what I saw yesterday. The young lady working the drive thru register around 3:30 yesterday was wearing gloves but she was handling money and credit cards without changing her gloves or sanitizing between customers. She then proceeded to hand out food. The fact that she handed us an icecream cone where she could have unknowingly touched the cone, plus the napkin and paper wrapper with contaminated gloves really bothered me to the point that I threw it out. It would not be hard to have a bucket of sanitizer with a towel at the register that employees running the register could use to sanitize their gloves between customers to help reduce the chances of customers and staff from getting this nasty virus. Please train your employees better about reducing cross contamination. Thank you.“

“Food was pretty frickin great highkirkenuinely BUT this kid named Madi gave me 150 sauces when I asked for 4 and named my order “Tanka Jahari 3 Pizza” when I clearly stated my name. OBVIOUSLY she hasn’t been trained.“

“I've never had a negative experience at this location. The food is always tastes good and the order is consistently correct. Friendly staff. I wouldn't have known that Wendy's has an App to order from, if the young woman in the drive thru had not told me“

“We always go to this location in cherry grove. We live in Eastgate but this one is the best. Last night they gave us a free sample of the new chicken chili skyline dip. It was awesome! I couldn't taste a difference. I definitely will be back for more ! Thank you!“

“Staff was very friendly, however I only purchased 4 potato pancakes, easy peasey? No got them to person in the hospital and they were cold in the center! Waste of almost $5 they went right into the trash, wished I had just got them in Eastgate, couldn't have been worst. Just maybe not throw into the trash can 😕“

“Hadn't been to Gold Star in a long time. The Glizzy Star 5-1-3 special brought us in. With the declining meat quality at the other very popular Cincinnati Chili restaurant we decided to try this Gold Star in Amelia. The quality was on point, the service was friendly and the cheese was stacked high. We'll be back.“

“I love the food, the staff, the atmosphere and the rewards. I just wish that the rewards could include the salads or the price of the coney could be put towards whatever you want to put it to. I'm trying to lose weight and I love the salads and I go 2 or 3 times a week to get them. I end up either giving away or losing out on my free coney.“

“This place seems to be crowded everytime I visit, but the line moves fairly fast. It is a treat's only location, so no food is offered, other than ice cream treats. Sometimes the line can be unorganized, so it is best to ask where the end of the line is, so you don't get skipped!

Parking: Parking lot can get congested at times, and people backing out usually have a treat to contend with. So, be extra cautious when parking and leaving the lot.“

“I placed my order and it was ready in about 2 minutes. Crystal took my order and was very professional and friendly. I really appreciated not having to order from a kiosk. They truly seemed to be happy I was there.This was during the lunch rush and I was very impressed by how well this location was operating. I'll definitely be back.“

“Subway in Alexandria is wonderful. Small business owner who is generous to the community and schools. Every time I go in there they are pleasant while also getting you on your way. I love the community atmosphere and spirit. Thank you for all you do!“

“I order here all the time and for good reason. Great pizza, very friendly staff and very fast service. It’s one of, if not the best Pizza Hut I’ve gone to in a long time. Maybe the best pizza period. If anyone complains about this place then they absolutely can’t be pleased.“

Maddie (the younger Maddie with blonde hair) and Jasmine at the Sonic Drive-In were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, respectful, and extremely polite. I got my food very quickly, and it was clear they were moving efficiently and getting orders out fast for other customers as well. Both of them seemed very good at their jobs and genuinely cared about providing great service.

“We've been here 2 out of 3 days for the specials because the chicken was so moist and tender! They have really stepped up their game. I say that because a year or so ago I ordered chicken tenders that were dry and stringy. I was reluctant to come back and what an awesome surprise! YUMMY 😋“

“First time having gold star chili, and I have to say I'm impressed . Was told it's not as good as other chili parlors, but I found that not to be true. Infact the total opposite.Ordered 3-way and cheese coney with sweet tea.Chili is more liquid than most parlors but with their crackers you get the perfect consistency. And the cheese is really good too.Cheese coney was very tasty, the mustard was a great contrast to the cheese and chili.And the sweet Tea was perfect quencher. The waitress was very sweet and very informative and valued our opinion since we've never had it.Good value, great flavor, and excellent service. Checks all the boxes!

“I jumped over to this store right after checking out wandering monsters breweries opening night. Right as I got to the door I realized it was 9:00 PM and they were pretty much locking up but the guy and girl working were super nice and accommodated me so well by making food and allowing me to get an order in, even though I was a minute or two after closing. It’s great to see there’s still good service around and people that care and are super nice. The manager of this restaurant should give a bonus to those two working tonight because they really made my experience great where as I’ve been turned down many times when it’s close to closing time. “Order the new Papadias and the crust over done and dry. They need to brushed with butter maybe to help the ends of the crust from drying out. I think the ones I got were over done.“

We are always greeted by Katie and Sam, they always give the best experience when getting lunch, even down to memorizing our orders and always with a smile. Everyone's happy you're there serve you with your new standard for a subway experience. Your favorite sandwich you know and love is elevated with the freshest bread, meat, and vegetables around. You WILL be pleased with how clean it is as you watch your food get prepared, Then top it off with perfectly baked cookies.. amazing. 10/10.

“The Pretzel Bacon Pub has truly transformed my life. I was in a deep depression, and in desperation, I went to my local Wendy's, hoping their fresh-never-frozen burgers would cheer me up a little, because their burgers are undeniably one of my favorite foods. I went up to the counter to order my typical Big Dave burger, but then... just then... the teenage girl working there asked me if I wanted to try their newest limited edition burger. I was hesitant because her voice sounded monotone and unenthusiastic. Although I assumed it was simply because she was fatigued because I looked at the digital poster on the wall, and noticed what would soon become the love of my life. This combination is something I couldn't but help adore. I saw the soft, chewy pretzel buns glistening. I thought of the flavorful pretzels I had back in Germany with the creamy bier cheese. I saw the Applewood bacon, and daydreamed about the nostalgic, smokey Applewood bacon my mom would make every Sunday before church back on our farm in Iowa. I would eat the bacon happily while I watched the cows gracefully graze the grass across the field. It was a tradition, and my life has felt dull ever since I moved away from my true home. Then I saw the fresh-never-frozen burger patty. I couldn't help but taste the juicy flavors in my mouth that inevitably makes Big Daves my favorite food. I remember the first time I had a Wendy's burger. I was 12, and we went on vacation to Tennessee to visit the Smokey Mountains, and on the way there, we made a pit-stop to a Wendy's. I admit, I was afraid to try it. There weren't any Wendy's close to where I lived back in Iowa, and I heard so little about the restaurant, so I was unsure as to what to expect. However, my mom was finally able to convince me to just try it. She got me a junior cheese burger, so less food would be wasted if I decided I didn't like it. However, I can't even comprehend that I was ever fearful of trying these fresh-never-frozen burgers. I got this magical spark in my brain. I felt on top of the world with every bite. The flavors melting on my tongue. Ever since then, I have longed to recreate that feeling. But when I saw that digital poster, my mouth began to water. I just knew this burger would be the one. The one to bring back my happiness. The spark in my life. To relieve all those memories aforementioned. I ordered the Pretzel Bacon Pub before the worker could even finish the rest of her required spiel as a cashier. Minutes later I received my meal. I uncovered it from its wrapper. I couldn't begin to fathom what masterpiece I was holding in my hands. I couldn't help but shove the burger in my mouth for my first bite. I couldn't believe it. A sudden tsunami of emotion overcame me. All the memories along with the spark came rushing back with the force of a rapid river. I had never felt this way in my life. In fact, I'd argue that spark was better than the first. My depression lifted instantly. I realized how good I truly had it in life. I couldn't believe the happiness I felt. I hadn't felt that way since I was a child. After this life-changing moment, I went back to the Wendy's every single day for that burger. To maintain the phenomenal life I had built off of these things. However, one day I went into the Wendy's and they're were just... gone. Gone forever. The Cashier told me they were limited time, and there was a good chance I wouldn't see them again. She gave me her condolences as I moped out of the restaurant. I haven't felt an ounce of happiness since. My life has genuinely become unbearable ever since that heart-breaking night. I'm still in disbelief. My grief is immeasurable. I pray every morning before breakfast and every night before bed that Wendy's will bring this beauty back. Then, I came across this petition on Facebook. I finally found the answer to my prayers. I am severely hoping that petition is the real thing, because I'm not sure how much longer I can go without “

“I just ordered the new bacon cheese burger pizza. I added onion to it. It was my first time ordering it. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!!! One of the best pizzas I have ever ordered. Had a pickup here friday evening and she informed me the location did not have eggs to make the customers 2nd item, asked me to call the customer and ask if they would like a substitution. As I waited for their response, she promptly made my order. This is now my future go to subway. Give her a raise that is worthy of her level of customer service, skill and professionalism.“
