“Every time I visit this location at the drive thru you place your order and then they have you pull around and park in the parking lot where another 4-5 cars are waiting. It takes about 10-20 minutes and then they bring all the orders out and go from car to car trying to find the order to the person. The food is then cold and mushy. I would rather sit in the drive thru line and get my food fresh *******edit ***today I received my order at the drive thru and it was fast and accurate much better experience.“

“This is the first time I pulled out of a McDonald's drive thru, reached into the bag, and pulled out piping hot fries almost too hot to handle. Fantastic! All the other McDonald's need to do the same. Until today, they were cold and limp.“

“This Skyline is larger than most. I normally Order a 5 Way Chili. For you out of towners, a 5 Way includes spaghetti, chili, onions, beans, and cheese. This isn’t your normal chili with this ingredient combo. Our grandkids love it. Today, I ordered a Greek Salad with grilled chicken. You can also get Buffalo chicken with your salad. It’s a really good salad with greens, black olives, pepperocinis, feta, tomatoes topped with a tangy Greek salad dressing“

“We took our ball team for ice cream after a game. The staff were very friendly and very helpful! Beautiful store and very clean! My daughter left her backpack and basketball in the store. We live 1 1/2 hours from the Amelia, Ohio store so the owner took time out of his day and shipped the bag to us!! We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area! Thank you!!“

“I love the food, the staff, the atmosphere and the rewards. I just wish that the rewards could include the salads or the price of the coney could be put towards whatever you want to put it to. I'm trying to lose weight and I love the salads and I go 2 or 3 times a week to get them. I end up either giving away or losing out on my free coney.“

“The Handicap parking should be up towards the front entrance, not in back by the employees entrance of the restaurant. Then the benches for customers to eat at tables are way to low for a short person to eat their meals. Then the sandwiches should be like the pictures on your App and on the bulletin boards above the counter. There's no Handicap ramps up by the front door and two Handicap parking spots is not enough!!!“

“First let me say we frequent your establishment quite often during the summer and have always had good service prior to our recent visit. I have worked as a Chef in a commercial kitchen so I am not uneducated about proper food handling and sanitation and I understand that this Corona Virus situation isn't the norm but I was distubed by what I saw yesterday. The young lady working the drive thru register around 3:30 yesterday was wearing gloves but she was handling money and credit cards without changing her gloves or sanitizing between customers. She then proceeded to hand out food. The fact that she handed us an icecream cone where she could have unknowingly touched the cone, plus the napkin and paper wrapper with contaminated gloves really bothered me to the point that I threw it out. It would not be hard to have a bucket of sanitizer with a towel at the register that employees running the register could use to sanitize their gloves between customers to help reduce the chances of customers and staff from getting this nasty virus. Please train your employees better about reducing cross contamination. Thank you.“

“Every time we come here and go through the drive thru everyone is very polite and nice and the food is hot and delicious. It's definitely gotten better than it used to be at this location. So glad they brought Potato cakes back. We stopped going to Arbys when they stopped serving them. We don't care for the curly fries or regular fries. I hope they continue to have them. If not we'll stop going again. It's one of our favorite things they serve at Arbys.“

Everyone's happy you're there serve you with your new standard for a subway experience. Your favorite sandwich you know and love is elevated with the freshest bread, meat, and vegetables around. Maddie (the younger Maddie with blonde hair) and Jasmine at the Sonic Drive-In were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, respectful, and extremely polite. I got my food very quickly, and it was clear they were moving efficiently and getting orders out fast for other customers as well. Both of them seemed very good at their jobs and genuinely cared about providing great service.

After many months of not ordering here, I gave them another chance because my son really wanted to have Popeyes. I believe things have changed here. I don't know if it's new management or what, but my recent visits have been so much better than before. Friendly workers, quick service, it's like a whole different place. Thank you for improving, and I'm updating my review to reflect this new experience.

06/2025: I very rarely ever leave a negative review but this time I just can't ignore it. We placed an order for drive-thru on the app. Came through the drive-thru and they had us pull forward to the second window to wait. And wait. And wait.

When we noticed cars behind us being served, I went inside thinking that maybe they put my order out to be picked up but there was nothing. The inside wasn't busy. I asked about our order and the employee checked and said it would be another 3 minutes after we'd already been waiting for 20 minutes. It's like they cleared our order before they made it and were starting from scratch.

We went back out to wait and backed up to the first window again to pick up our order. It took another 10 minutes. There's no excuse for a 30 minute wait in a drive-thru. We received no apologies, no acknowledgement, and certainly no refund or discount. Very disappointing.

This isn't the first time we've had slow service here, but it will be the last. I don't think we'll ever be back.“

“This place seems to be crowded everytime I visit, but the line moves fairly fast. It is a treat's only location, so no food is offered, other than ice cream treats. Sometimes the line can be unorganized, so it is best to ask where the end of the line is, so you don't get skipped!

Parking: Parking lot can get congested at times, and people backing out usually have a treat to contend with. So, be extra cautious when parking and leaving the lot.“

“I’m a HUGE pizza lover. I can eat two large pizzas in one sitting and I’m particular about my pizza… almost as if it’s an insatiable obsession. I live in this area and I’ve been coming to this particular Pizza Hut for years now. I’ve had no reason to even consider going anywhere else for pizza because of the quality and hospitality. I’ve been to enough Pizza Huts In my life to know when one is being run properly, and the day shift, in particular, And at this location absolutely is. The place is clean, orders are right, and there’s a calm, purposeful rhythm that suggests this store is being managed—not merely endured.

That credit goes to Tiffany. Since I’ve frequented this location consistently for years, I know where my name not only because of my pizza, eating habits, but because she leaves an impression on you. You can tell she’s in charge because nothing feels accidental. The staff knows what they’re doing, the food comes out hot and correct, and there’s zero of that low-level chaos that usually sneaks into fast food operations. It’s efficient without feeling rushed, friendly without feeling fake.

No mystery wait times. No disappearing acts. Just competent service and pizza that arrives exactly as expected—which, frankly, should not be impressive, yet here we are.

Come during the day. If Tiffany’s working, relax—someone competent is clearly driving the bus.“

“My husband, 2 kids, and I had dined in on March 26th between 3pm and 4pm. Everything was great. The server was nice, did her job well up until we left. My husband paid for our meal and we headed to the car to pack the kids up and the server came out and yelled at us for not leaving a tip. Little did she know, we were grabbing cash from the car for her tip because they can’t tax cash tips. But after she got nasty with us, there was no way in hell we were tipping her then“

“First time having gold star chili, and I have to say I'm impressed . Was told it's not as good as other chili parlors, but I found that not to be true. Infact the total opposite.Ordered 3-way and cheese coney with sweet tea.Chili is more liquid than most parlors but with their crackers you get the perfect consistency. And the cheese is really good too.Cheese coney was very tasty, the mustard was a great contrast to the cheese and chili.And the sweet Tea was perfect quencher. The waitress was very sweet and very informative and valued our opinion since we've never had it.Good value, great flavor, and excellent service. Checks all the boxes!

“I jumped over to this store right after checking out wandering monsters breweries opening night. Right as I got to the door I realized it was 9:00 PM and they were pretty much locking up but the guy and girl working were super nice and accommodated me so well by making food and allowing me to get an order in, even though I was a minute or two after closing. It’s great to see there’s still good service around and people that care and are super nice. The manager of this restaurant should give a bonus to those two working tonight because they really made my experience great where as I’ve been turned down many times when it’s close to closing time. “This is seriously the absolute best Subway restaurant I've ever been to! Seriously..I used to co manage a Subway many years ago, so I hold a high standard when I go to a Subway. It was squeaky clean.. All the food bins were clean and stocked with fresh veggies ( it's awful when you go to a Subway and get limp, soggy veggies ) The floors were spotless, tables too.I can't express how clean it was.. Even the restroom. Then.. the service was excellent! They were so friendly and professional and dawned cute Subway headbands. We sat at the window bar where, if needed, they supply USB abd electric plugs! How awesome! The environment is cozy and there was music playing. The food was absolutely scrumptious!! All the toppings were evenly distributed (we got a turkey sub) and the sauce was perfect. They still offer the cheese bread also.. Yay! Hands down. This will be my go to Subway from now on! A++++“
