“I love their coffee and I'm pretty snobbish about it. They have a million combinations to choose from. The employees are usually really friendly too. Prices are reasonable in comparison to other coffee places but their hours fluctuate a lot which can be inconvenient. We have tried their food a couple times and it's been solid as well. I wish there were more BIGGBY's in the area!!“

“By far the best location in the area. (Heisley Rd. location would be 2nd). The majority of the staff is always pleasant and friendly. They move very quickly and organized when busy and even when not. Acknowledge every person that walks through the door even when they're slammed. Always polite, even with difficult customers. They create an atmosphere that you want to go back to.“

“I've been coming here regularly for years. The employees are friendly. If they know me, they start making my order when I walk in. I get the same thing. The boss is nice too. If they're very busy, they apologize for my wait, but I tell them their coffee is worth the wait.“

Regardless, he is an amazing worker and has great customer service skills. You can see a genuine personality behind his work and he seriously deserves more than whatever he is paid! As someone who has worked food service, it’s not easy to carry such a great attitude all the time, but he was just perfect… keep it up dude.“

“Line was extremely long @ 1230am...power went out to half the town... I know they employees were doing their best to accommodate everyone! And for my order( when I finally got to the speaker) it was quick and served by polite people who were managing the whole rush/ situation very well.“

“Had a steak burger with egg on a plain bagel to go. Very good sandwich. My only complaint was while waiting for my food a fly wanted to share my table. The place is clean and neat but a fly can be a very annoying problem and sometimes hard to keep out. I have the same problem when I’m cooking outside and I have to open my patio door. The little buggers sneak right in. This won’t stop me from returning as there are several items on his menu I would like to try.“

“Of all the Starbucks I have ever been to this is my favorite. I'm fortunate to have this particular Starbucks near my work. I get my Venti Decaf Americano with steamed half/half and one packet of raw sugar there nearly every workday. And the baristas get my order right every single time. Without fail. Additionally, the employees are fast, friendly, and kind. I'd like to give a particular shout out to Jaylen. He greets everyone with a smile and seems like a genuinely fantastic person. Whenever he is at the window it makes my day. Keep up the great work, team!“
