“Nov. 7 2025. You rarely get a take out meal (food-in-a-bag) that is, well, impressive. I guess we have just become desensitized to the lack of care in the service industry. But I’m taking the time to congratulate the staff at Wendy’s this evening. My sandwich was well wrapped and warm (not hot, but you can’t have everything.)
My fries and nuggets were resting well IN their container, not rolling around the bottom of the bag. ALSO, there were two napkins AND ketchup included. I tell you I was pleasantly surprised, and grateful for a tidy meal for once. Oh and the two people at the window were friendly and nice. Thanks guys“

“I ordered mushroom gusher and original with fries as well as BBQ wings. I have to tell you the food was delicious. I am not even a BBQ fan. Service was very welcoming and exceptional. Edward the owner treated me like family!! Restaurant was very clean. Will be going back again.“

“We had the smashed chicken burger with a fried egg added. Limitless extras like spinach, onions, pickles, sauces, etc were offered to dress the sandwich. We sampled the house sauce which had a sweet, tangy flavor. We'll be back for dinner with our kids. Definitely will be our new lunch spot because there are so many more things on the menu we must try!“

“When I mention Academy Tavern I mention “Cheers,” where every one knows your name. The establishment provides great food, great pricing, personable and timely bar staff, and conversation with anyone and everyone. Owner, Jessica’s smile and giggles are heart warming, and Owner Chris makes sure every woman is walked to her car by a man in the restaurant if not himself. “This is one of my new favorites in the Cleveland Area of the only place I visited in a long time that gives you 2 Nice Sized Pieces of Catfish, 4 hush puppies, Coleslaw and FRESH CUT edible FRIES all for one price. I have been here 5 times and they have am Amazing Chicken Philly Sandwich these both items are seasoned to perfection and not to salty like most places you can barely tolerate the heavy seasonings from something who has to watch their salt intake. Jumbo Chicken Rolls are a most have my family love those as well! Most places I have to toss my food. Customer Service is always friendly and patient staff is always with a good attitude fast service and clean location. Compliments to the chef staff and the great owner!!! Glad this business exists.“

“We don't recommend Lino's because their customer service isn't there. When customers come in and sit down they should be acknowledged. My husband and I read about Lino's being on the PD's list of one of the places that had the best wings. Well, we just left there about 8:30 after walking in, the lady bartender working tonight and I made eye contact, we sat down and she didn't come to see if we wanted to order. We sat for a few more minutes thinking she'd come over or perhaps another person was in the kitchen that would come take our order but that didn't happen so we left. Customer service isn't there at all. We headed over to Craggy"s Boglands Pub and the lady bartender greeted us right away and was very welcoming.“

I was expecting flavor fireworks, but it was more like a flavor fizzle. The avocado was the highlight though! The fries were fresh and tasty, and the house-made ranch? Chef’s kiss. “If you haven't tried Adams, you're missing out this s.all little diner in Euclid has the tastes everyone desires . The food is awesome I had the everything omlette, just scrumptious super fast service only open from 7 to 2:30 pm . They serve lunch as well prices are great .“

Even the courtesy of asking how “was the food/meal”, as well as offering to take your tray/trash. Some may say … “So?”. ………. WelI …….Appreciated It! And here is something that you may not see in the aforementioned places: Areas wiped with Clean Water & Towels. To Include the Trash Receptacles (saw a guy almost washing one). I was Impressed at the Cleanliness at which the Restaurant maintained. 👍🏾“

“What can I say. I've always liked there Roman burger and fries. I always say no cheese on anything and they would repeat what I say but I some how I end up with cheese on my sandwich. I am lactose intolerant which makes it hard on my stomach.“

Bun was not soggy even after waiting 10 minutes before I had a chance to eat it. Fries were undercooked but still good, not super fresh but they still hit the spot. Restaurant was clean and staff was super friendly. I would for sure eat here again. The only cons I can see would be the price. My total was $19.53… 6 bucks for underdone, greasy, lukewarm fries would make me reconsider and the gentleman who took and handed me my order had really long fingernails which was off putting.“
