“I am a doordash driver and I had multiple pickups at this location last night. The staff were all very friendly and polite, and they all were working hard. Nobody was sitting around on their phones or anything. Service was quick and enjoyable. I do a lot of deliveries late at night and at fast food places such as this the service is usually very poor and slow late at night but at this location the service was exceptional, so much so to the point that I felt compelled to leave a review.

“Amazing service! I have a food allergy and asked if one of their sandwiches contained the ingredient. They went above and beyond to try to figure out if the food contained the ingredient and came out and talked to me about why the food was taking extra time. They couldn't find if the ingredient was in the contents, even after calling and texting and so I ordered something different. When my food was delivered, it had already been paid for. Very kind people and amazing service.“

“went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.“

“I was traveling and stopped here to grab some food. I seen they have lamb burgers so I tried a lamb burger and fries. It's really good stuff and made with really nice toppings as well as you can see in the pictures. The individuals were really nice to me when I was there and were talking about various foods while I was there ordering and waiting for my stuff. I recommend this place if you want to try some really good food and maybe if you want to try a lamb burger instead of beef all of the time.“

While waiting 15-20 min for our order in a nearly empty restaurant we witnessed 4 of the 5 employees go for break, only one was working. When the others came back they were talking and working at the pace of a snail. We witnessed two employees argue with one another on the grill. It was very disappointing that service was so poor. We normally go to the Dublin location which has top notch experience, this was not our experience today. Won’t be visiting again.“

“Even though the Burger King looks closed from the outside, it is actually quite nice. We have eaten here on multiple occasions, and it has always been clean and comfortable. The workers are efficient and friendly Today we ordered the chicken sandwich and french fries. They were fresh and hot. The double burgers are pretty awesome to the point that I think they are kind of a sleeper. A burger and a small blizzard is a fantastic way to forget about your troubles. The box of nuggets and fries is a dangerous option as well.“
