“On 2-7-25 I ordered at drive thru. I waited for them to bring out my order. 4 cars behind me got their order.I went inside to find out where my order was. Asst Mgr Barb, without missing a beat continued filling orders, asked if they had my order.When she got no answer, she asked one of the cooks to make my sandwich.She asked another co-worker if she had coupons. Once my order was ready, she sincerely apologized for the and gave me my food and the coupon. I told her I was impressed with how she made things happen and took care of the situation. She was very professional and was doing an awesome job managing the business.“

“I love Arby's, but I don't love their prices. All fast food has gone up a ridiculous amount. I've always considered Arby's pricier than most, but you just can't beat their mozzarella sticks! They are better than any restaurants and I can't go there without getting them!“

“Ordered at the drive thru. Service was very slow. There was only 1 car ahead of us, but still took 10 minutes after placing the order to pull up to the window. When we got to the window, it took another 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged we were there. Only to tell us we were waiting on the onion chips. That took a another 5 or so minutes. The food was fresh, hot and good, but it took more time than we anticipated. When we were sitting at the window and not seeing anyone for the first 5 or so minutes, I was very tempted to walk inside to make sure they hadn't forgot about us. But spending 20 minutes in the drive thru at a fast food restaurant is ridiculously to long!“

“This is the cleanest Subway in all of Hamilton county. The veggies, meat and cheese are always crisp and fresh and the bread is never stale. The staff are always friendly and accommodating and you can tell they take pride in their business by the way they keep their shop and treat their customers.“

“Love the food at this location but the service in the drive-thru is terrible . Greeting someone with “ what would you like “ then after they are finished saying “ pull up” is completely unprofessional. As a manager , these employees would benefit from an additional training in customer service.“

“I love this place! They always clean the slicer before they use it for me. They never complain and the manager there knows what I order and she is always pleasant. My go to Jersey Mike's! �“

“Went to grab breakfast and was met with wonderful service from Rae. I asked if I could get my double croussandwhich with chicken and bacon rather than sausage and he accommodated, no problem. The chicken was dropped fresh and the sandwich was delicious!“

“Having one line for actual drive-through orders and one line for mobile orders in theory seems like a good idea but at this location is not a smart one. There are hardly any mobile orders that go through this line, but the drive-through line is always eight or nine cars long. Everything is taken care of as usual, but saving one line for mobile only is not a great choice. Any other place that has mobile app usage takes care of them in the same line. You just have to specify who you are..“
