“Maya provided outstanding customer service every time I visited. She is always polite, friendly, and welcoming, making every experience enjoyable. She takes the time to suggest great menu options and toppings that make the drinks and food even better. Her attention to me truly stands out, and she always makes me feel valued as a customer.
Today, Maya suggested the Strawberry Matcha, and it was absolutely awesome and one of the best recommendations I’ve received!
Maya is one of the main reasons I enjoy coming back to this location. Dunkin’ Donuts is very lucky to have someone like Maya on their team!

“We didn’t realize they do birthday parties in the shop and we had the best time celebrating our daughter’s 6th birthday there today. They handled set up and clean up and kept 12 kids ages <2-9 engaged through coloring pages, donut bingo, donut decorating. There’s an included donut tower with birthday candle, too. Everything was perfect!“

“The staff here deserves 10 stars!!! I placed a mobile order for my cousin to pick up because it is her birthday! I called the store and asked if they could write happy birthday on the cup! Just for something a little special! The person I spoke too was so eager to do so and extremely friendly!!! Not only did they write on the cup, they also gathered around the drive thru window to yell happy birthday, and also gave her a donut on them!!! They didn’t have to do any of it at all, but THEY DID!!!!“

“We have been going here for years even before the new owners. The last four times we were there I always ask for the gravy HOT, since almost every place sends it out just warm. If you microwave after it's on the biscuits it ruins the biscuits. anyway I was about ready to quit going there, and my wife suggested we try one more time. Peyton served us and I relayed my message to her. She personally made sure the cook got the message, and it came out Hot as well as my wife's omelet which she orders with half cheese which rarely happens. I always suspected the cook wasn't getting the message from the other server. Hats off to Peyton for saving a long time customer. Thank you“
