The pizza ALWAYS shows up timely and very consistent! We've ordered SEVERALLLLL times and we tend to rotate through the same pies, every time they show up very consistent in display and flavor, which makes me SO happy.

I also always order a side of marinara and a few sides of garlic sauce and they're very good about always making sure our orders are accurate!

I really have only ever had one issue with the delivery when they didn't bring the sauces but I called and they credited us back for those right away. Again though... this was one time out of ... dozens of orders I want to say.

“When I say hands down this is one of the best pizza 🍕 huts I’ve had in years I ordered 2 cheese personal pans and 2 pepperoni 🍕 and sausage it was golden and delicious I also ordered sweet chilli wings omg cooked to perfection not over cooked but perfect 👌 the customer service all I can say is wow they were sooo polite and attentive !!! “It’s Valentine’s Day - I called, they were SLAMMED at 6pm. Anyway, finally got through to Jasmine (Yasmine?) anyway, she took my order: Pizza Heart with pepperoni & sausage. I asked if they would be able to write “I love you Dad” on the box — as I was surprising my Dad for the holiday, by sending him a heart shaped pizza! She agreed to it & I gave instructions for delivery. She said it would be about two hours… glad I called when I did 😂
Anyway, I almost forgot I even made the order, but then my Dad texted me & he was THRILLED!
After he sent me these photos, he called me & told me that the driver knocked on the door from the garage (as instructed) & he was confused & told the guy he didn’t order pizza, well, he determined I ordered it lol. Got it inside & opened it, BOOM! “I love you Dad!” Written inside the box, as I requested. Dad was so excited/surprised!
Now, I didn’t get to eat the pizza, but have always had good experiences at Donato’s!

You honestly can’t hardly tell the difference between that and the regular crust, it’s that good. We got both today, just to test things out and we are sold on the cauliflower crust. So, keto peeps and if you’re watching carbs, definitely treat yourself to a Classics pizza. The bar is SO CLEAN and the bartender was so friendly and pours a great drink. “We discovered this place through online research and went for dinner on a Friday. The staff was super friendly, the service was excellent and the taste was delicious. We loved the Achari chicken and the chicken tikka pizzas. Our 2 year old loved the cheese pizza and thanked the staff for the pizza. The corn meal on the pizzas give a little crunch in each bite. We took a chocolate brownie home and paired with some vanilla ice cream to get into the food coma for the night. The places has multiple options with a combination of Indian and real Italian. The sauces were plenty to choose from and overall the experience was great!“

“We were visiting from Indianapolis. We heard about how good the pizza is there so we tried it and it was good. We even microwaved it the next day to eat and it still taste great. Some pizza if you microwave it the next day it don't taste as good as the first day but this pizza did. The workers their were very friendly and polite. I wish we have one here in Indianapolis. “I used the 22.99 deal large specialty and large 2 topping.Ordered the pepp magnifico and a large double mushroom. The magnifico was picture perfect and unlike other pizza places..my large double mushroom was actually double mushroom.

Staff was also super cool.this has become my go to pizza place.the toppings and cheese are so on point I had to slightly re cut it at home because after they cut it and I drove it home. it melted back together.thats how it should be.5 stars for sure all around.“

“The pizza’s great! Totally different from New York style. It’s a pan pizza with good crunch, medium thickness. Not crackery and not soft. Tons of flavor. We had one pie with all the toppings, one cooked pepperoni and one original style pepperoni that isn’t baked after putting on the toppings. It was my favorite. I didn’t know what to expect, but it worked well. I’ll definitely go back.“

“Out with the family for dinner and we basically had to settle for this place because there was no wait time. The inside is basically a dive frat bar with music blaring. We ate outside and while the atmosphere was gross, especially for kids, the food and service were pretty top tier. I wouldn't come back, but the overall experience wasn't bad.“

The fries were fresh hot and many, I had the tots, they were OK but I liked the fries better. Fish and chips very good, a large piece of breaded fish well seasoned.
