To drink I had a Love Language, which Shannon recommended! It's made with their house cucumber vodka. It was very refreshing!

For dinner, chicken breast that wasn't dry, seasoned well and easily cut with a butter knife! Collards and Mac and cheese were good as well!

For dessert, we has a banana creme brulee. I'm very picky about creme brulee, but this was perfection!

“Parking is an experience in an unattended lot with a smart phone. Service was slow. Waitress did not ask how I wanted my burger done. It was well done plus. We had to find the staff to get our bills.

I am guessing that dinner may experience may be better.“

“I’ve been in the business of selling and tasting food for the last 17 years, and this by far is the most impressive menu I have ever encountered. The tomato basil pasta was one of the most flavorful pastas I’ve had, and my first ever poke bowl left me speechless. The cilantro aioli on the poke bowl has got to be one of the best sauces I’ve tasted. I am thoroughly impressed.“

“Good Pizza delivered in a big way. Had the spicy vodka slice and the pepperoni, and they recommended hot honey on the pepperoni, so I went for it. The honey doesn't overpower the slice at all, it's just the right balance and adds a nice touch without taking over.
The vodka slice was good too, but if I'm picking a favorite between the two, the pepperoni edges it out. That's not a knock on the vodka though, the sauce really stands out and the dough is fantastic across the board. Outside of New York, this is honestly the best NY style pizza I've had.
One heads up, they're closed Sundays, so plan your visit accordingly.“

“As a gluten free diner, I’m always on the lookout for new pizza spots and I must say that the pizza at GVBC is one of the best I’ve had. Specifically their dill pickle pizza could probably win some awards. And the gluten free crust? I could barely tell it was gluten free. I will absolutely be coming back for more!“

“Brassica in Shaker Heights was such a good find while visiting a friend. I went twice in one trip, that should tell you something. Got the salad bowl both times with hummus and basically loaded it up with everything, and it just works no matter what combo you put together. Tried the chicken on one visit and the brisket on the other, both were fabulous. Fair warning though, the brisket is subject to availability, so don't count on it being there every time.
Do yourself a favor and order the fries at least once even if you're trying to be good. They complement the bowl perfectly, and throwing a few fries right into the salad is genuinely a great move. Also have to mention the beer selection. Good local options and reasonably priced, which is a nice touch alongside the food.
This place earns the trip back any time I'm in the area.“

She was so helpful and super interactive with my son, literally mirroring his excitement. I know this is something small, but I have worked in the service industry and I know how infrequent it is to get positive feedback. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the girl’s name (she was tall with long blonde hair), but she was fantastic and really made us feel welcome. “Ever think of ordering THE Irish stout at an outstanding wine bar? I decided to give it a try and boy oh boy were my expectations blown out of the water. As someone who is personally not a fan of Guinness pours in glasses that don’t meet the Guinness glass standard, this glass and pour is superior to your run of the mill American pint glass. Reasonably priced. Perfect pour. Amazing atmosphere. 11/10 would recommend. The wine spot??? Also could be considered an Irish pub!“
