“Each year around Thanksgiving, we celebrate our employees with a company-sponsored breakfast. Despite economic challenges and tariffs negatively impacting our bottom line, we wanted to continue this tradition. This year, we provided a continental-style breakfast featuring Chick-fil-A chicken biscuit sandwiches, fresh fruit, and several additional items from a local warehouse store. Chick-fil-A delivered our food promptly, complete with all necessary utensils and serving supplies. A special thank-you to William, our delivery driver, who was exceptionally patient and kind. When I asked about signing the receipt and adding a tip, he explained that Chick-fil-A doesn’t process tips—but his excellent service deserves recognition. We want to express our appreciation to the Washington Township Chick-fil-A, operated by Marla Davis, as well as her Centerville (Cornerstone area) location. As a local Centerville resident, I find both restaurants are consistently efficient, and their employees are always friendly and professional. We highly recommend Marla Davis’s Chick-fil-A locations for any catering needs or any Chic-fil-A craving.“

“Now I don't normally rate chain restaurants. When I do I often make a joke and say it's fine it's a Wendy's or a McDonald's. But I have to give this one a special shout out. I was out on an all day biking adventure. But the time I reached this Skyline I was starting and thirsty. I had run out of water a long time ago. But there was something special about this one. My server her name was Paige. She was extremely kind and patient with me. And supplied me with enough cold water for me to quench my thirst. Now because I was on a long bike ride on a very hot day I did not want a belly full of chili. So I opted for the buffalo chicken salad. And it was amazing. The chicken was well cooked and the hot sauce on the chicken hit the spot. But I had to give a special shout out to Paige who was very kind and very helpful to the whole thing. A great experience at a Cincinnati staple with a wonderful server.“

The drive thru was friendly while I asked how the coneys were prepped.

They have oyster crackers and hot sauce!

“I go to this location for lunch a lot I work @ mill pond it's right behind this Skyline. It's usually busy at lunch but there's plenty of tables and chairs they always have enough servers and the servers are always fast always curly courtesy to go cups for your drink so you got something to drink when you leave everything The service is always top notch. As far as food food is always straight as well and I get a loaded potato which is no something of a specialty item at a hot dog place and it's always great great loaded potato but so the food is great also. Great place for kids wheelchair accessible plenty of parking so no problems I don't see any problems anywhere in the staff is phenomenal The owner of this location is he's great as well and always make sure you're taking care of so yeah this is definitely a great skyline location. I'm sure I'll use it many more times for lunch.“

“Today was my first time in here, and I CAN tell you it was nothing BUT AMAZING! I am not so sure of the young lady’s name but she had black hair with a blue sweatshirt on and big lashes (LOL). I had noticed she was catering to the whole place with about 15-20 full tables some having up to 8+ people. There was NEVER NOT a smile on her face or empty drink in sight! Everything was a 10/10!“

“It has been a while since I was able to eat at Long John Silvers...or A&W, for that matter. I was very pleasantly surprised at how good it all tasted. The flavor or the fish is one-of-a-kind and unforgettably cravable. The chicken has a similar, but equally good flavor. I remember actively disliking hushpuppies when I was a kid. The hushpuppies that I had today were the first ones that I have ever had that I would search out again. They were wonderful.“

“I absolutely love Bubbakoo's! I would go here over Chipotle, Moe's, and Qdoba any day. It's less pricey than Chipotle and still the same quality food, I got their barbacoa and it is 100% comparable to Chipotle's, and you get chips with your meal, plus they have a great selection of sauces to choose from, got the creamy chipotle and loved it. I got pretty much every topping including guac and my total only came out to $15. Can't wait to try more from here!“

“We got two Philly cheesesteak subs, and a large frie with cheese dipping sauce. We went about thirty minutes before closing time and they made sure we had very hot and fresh food. Very delicious. The cheese sauce goes perfect with the fries. Give it a try!“

“This was an awesome stop on our car trip. I had never been to a Jersey Mike's but the guy behind the counter was wonderful. He handled my friend's gluten allergy perfectly and made fun conversation while he worked. Definitely influenced me to visit Jersey Mike's again!“

Whether I'm grabbing a coney crate to go or able to dine in for my favorite 4-way, onion - the service is always fast & friendly! The food absolutely perfect and just how I remember! I haven't rated in several years, but decided to leave this comment after having to be home several times this year. I'm always glad to stop and only wish they were closer to Bowling Green, KY 😁“

“Hot Head is my personal favorite quick service burrito/taco chain in the Greater Cincinnati area. It’s like Chipotle, but everything about it dialed up to 11. From the steak, to the queso, and a variety of sauce options (with spiciness levels), I believe this establishment can enhance anyone’s day whether it’s good, or bad.“

“I've got dairy intolerance, I ordered a burger without cheese but it had some bits of cheese all over the meat. I took it up and kindly requested one without any cheese and explained my intolerance. The gentleman was absolutely wonderful and had my burger remade right away.
The atmosphere was incredible with the cleanliness and charming customer service. One of the gentleman brought my daughter a coloring page with crayons and a steak and shake paper hat.
We had a wonderful meal and a wonderful time.

“This location is always busy, so be prepared as other reviewers said, but I'm still dropping 5 stars because the employees are always in a good mood, present, and focused on making sure everything rocks. The manager is working often as well, and you can tell she takes good care of her employees and the store. She's always on top of things. This location is always fully staffed and the food is always fantastic.“

“It's Five Guys, so you know what you're getting and the food is always consistent. The employees are are very friendly and helpful but we usually order online and then get there about 5-10 minutes after the time it's supposed to be ready, even then I have to wait. It's not during rush hours either. I'll get there check in then they'll say it's in the works. Then I'll watch people walk in, place their orders at the counter for the same thing or even more involved orders and their food will come up first. That's happened three separate times, I don't think that they're doing it intentionally, instead, I think they just might have their workflow through off to prioritize gifts on site versus guests ordering online. That's about the only critique or constructive criticism I could give is to follow the lead of the Chipotles of the world and have a separate station and dedicated crew member to support online orders to ensure timely fulfillment. Other than that, great job leather burgers greasy delicious and consistent!“

“The Springboro, OH Jimmy John's is 'Deaf Friendly.' I ordered lunch using paper and pencil and the cashier gestured to an item on the menu to clarify. He communicated everything (i.e. credit card, where to pick up) with gestures. I love it when I meet people who 'go with it' and try their best to communicate even if they don't know sign. You make the world a better place. :)“
