“I got the chicken and waffles. Although the chicken strips were very small, they were very tasty. The hot honey sauce was fantastic! If they served the chicken strips in a basket with the hot sauce and fries it would make a great lunch. The waffle was also good, too soft to cut with the butter knife provided. The waffle wasn't crispy at all and I probably could have used a steak knife for it. It was still delicious once dipped in the maple syrup.“

“This is one of the best restaurants for breakfast, brunch, and dinner. The food is consistent. I have visited all the locations in the area, and I can confidently say that the food quality, quantities, and flavor are consistent. My favorite meal selections are the cloud nine pancakes, applewood smoked bacon, homemade breakfast sausage, country breakfast, fresh buttermilk biscuit, classic cheeseburger, Northstar burger, fish sandwich, and chopped salad. I have never had a bad experience or meal at Northstar. This is the energy and sense of community that was present at Starbucks. You can see and feel through the experience and the atmosphere that Northstar is firmly committed to exceptional service and quality. This is my go-to spot to rewind, relax, and socialize.“

“A hidden gem! As soon as you walk in the door, you are welcomed. The decor is so warm, cozy and inviting; a little taste of wine country. The wine and food is excellent. “I recently ordered breakfast from Four Seasons Kitchen. I had the Sausage Egg & Cheese Burrito and home fries. The home fries were very good. The burrito was fine, but could have used more flavor. It was mostly egg and potato, with too little sausage to really be noticeable. I wish I had had some hot sauce with me to at least give it some kick. Still, I'd eat there again.“

“We dined here for our 6 year anniversary dinner and could not have been happier with our choice. We were seated 15 minutes early for our 7pm reservation, and promptly given water. Our server Chandler was great. He took the time to explain the menu, specials and make recommendations for drinks. Throughout the evening he was very attentive and available, at the end of our meal he even boxed my leftovers and gave us a free dessert! I was more than impressed with the food. The rolls were soft and pillowy on the inside, but had a wonderfully crisp crust with just the right amount of salt. The tavern salad was truly refreshing too. The greens were crisp and fresh, the slightly sweet vinaigrette was perfectly mixed and the gorgonzola cheese was a fantastic compliment to it all. The beef stroganoff was absolutely divine. The sauce was one of the best I have ever had! The noodles were perfectly cooked and thick, there was plenty of tender beef and a generous amount of mushrooms. I came hungry and could only eat half of it too! I would order this over and over again! My fiancé ordered the porterhouse with asparagus and a side of scallops. He raved about the scallops all night! He said they were the best he has had, even better than a seafood restaurants'. He enjoyed his steak as well, which was cooked just to his liking and seasoned nicely. He almost started chewing the bone to get the last bits of meat off! He said the asparagus had a light lemon and salt flavor. To finish the meal we chose the crème brûlée. The crust was thick, the custard rich and the whole thing quite addictive. I would order it again for sure. Our meal, which had 2 cocktails too, came out to under $200 even with a 25% tip. We think it was certainty worth the price for the attentiveness of the staff and quality and flavors of the food we received. We are looking forward to coming back!“

“I am a frequent visitor to this location for Cap City fine diner. All the employees are wonderful and super friendly. The food always comes out perfectly and if there’s ever an issue, they take care of it immediately. This dining spot has such a great variety and I need to give a shout out to a particular server. Matt is a sheer delight! Super respectful and knowledgeable about the menu.“

“I reserved a table for my husband and I to celebrate our recent marriage. It was Friday night and SO busy. Even though it was packed, the staff were very attentive, friendly, and open to discussing the menu. We were very appreciative of the gluten free modifications they made for us (and a lot of it didn't even need modified). Excellent cocktails and my husband was able to watch Chef and staff prepare (in the main lounge). The Sea Bass was excellent and my husband said the Waygu steak "will haunt my dreams." We finished with Creme Brûlée, which was already gluten free. We will definitely go back again.“

“Atmosphere is casual, mature, classy, simple. Fun and chill place for food and drinks and talk. Definitely not a rowdy bar which is nice if you’re trying to avoid that. Decent prices, honestly good for the quality of food you get. Also GOOD portions (got the nachos, snickerdoodles, and drinks- everything was massive!!!) The Ladies running the food were phenomenal! Quick, and efficient and super sweet explaining how the place works since it was our first time. Our bartender/server was super kind also but maybe not as quick and efficient. First drink i ordered from her was VERY strong, second one was fairley weak. Otherwise good and she just seem to get caught up in conversation. Granted there was only us and 1 other table here, she also sat down to talk and conversate with the other table while we were waiting to order more. Overall really good experience though! Third and Hollywood has a very cozy, dimly lit vibe that is great for celebrating a special occasion, date nights, happy hour and as we recently found out the best brunch in the 614!

Having long been on a quest to find the best cinnamon roll in Columbus, we have finally found it! As a vegetarian my go-to dish is the vegetarian mixed grill. A common mistake restaurants make with vegetarian/vegan dishes is not making it filling/hearty enough but I always come home with leftovers here! The artichoke hearts are another staple dish here that can not be missed.“

“We were greeted and seated immediately. Then we sat, and sat, watching server after server go by without even a hello. Finally, Mason showed up, and actually, he turned out to be worth the wait. Friendly, attentive, and offered good suggestions. The trout dip tasted like trout (yea) and the toast was perfect. The vegetable club was amazing - golden beets, slice of feta. Truly a taste fest. The smoked old fashion was a unique take with the orange slice holding in the smoke a little longer.“

The waffle was amazing the only thing was it may have been maybe sitting under a light for a while becuase there was a portion of it that was crispy like chips, I didn't care for that at all. The coffee was lukewarm, and my bacon was overcooked. But the reason i gave them 5 stars is because the service was SUPERB! We were visiting and didn't know of any places to go so we asked the waitress and they took their time and gave us a list of a couple places we could visit in the city and to me that in itself was awesome. Also the waitress removed the overcooked bacon and the lukewarm coffee from my tab, when she noticed that I didn't eat it, without me even having to ask, although I wouldn't have, I would've just paid for it. This place was clean and it was absolutely, for us, worth it.“

SŌW Plated was founded by people who wanted to demonstrate that brain healthy and mood supportive food could also be delicious. We are out of town and decided to try this as we ate at the one in Cincinnati before he had allergies! The manager came out. The chef told him what they could do and the waitress was made aware and did an allergy ticket for his meal! The best service and we felt the allergy was taken serious! Would highly recommend!“

“It was my first time here. We ordered a BBQ chicken chop. Just the salad bowl. The Romaine lettuce was fresh and crunchy. The rotisserie chicken was soft and juicy. Overall, it was a good decent bowl. The bowl was kind of sweet with the standard sauces that came with it. Adding hot sauce made it right. Good place.“

“Really enjoyed our Saturday night dinner celebration for 9 of us celebrating my grandson’s UC graduation. From the appetizers to the desserts, the food was outstanding! The short ribs special was very good and we all agreed that the bay scallops and shrimp risotto is an outstanding dish! The entire staff is very friendly and for a busy Saturday night, we enjoyed excellent service! Highly recommend this lovely restaurant in downtown. “I took my daughter here last fall while shopping at Easton. I was just looking through photos to figure out the name of this place so we can return. The burger was THAT good and I’m still thinking about it. I live in the Dayton area or I would be here all the time. We didn’t get any food pics because we inhaled everything so quickly. The burger was incredible, the patty was like biting through butter. So tender and cooked with love. I appreciate that they fry their fries in tallow, which is more expensive but produces a superior product. We ordered shakes which were also yummy. Our waiter was really patient while we acquainted ourselves with the menu, and offered suggestions. Definitely check this place out, you won’t be disappointed!!!“
