“This location of Tim Horton’s is a cut above the others. The owner of the franchise is often taking customer orders at the drive through. I saw him yesterday taking out the garbage in the frigid conditions. He and his team are polite and efficient. I’m always amazed to see the line of cars are double that of the breakfast behemoth just next door—well done. You can believe I’ll be back!“

“I have been a customer at the south state street location for the past year. I can always count on getting my coffee just like I like it. Kyra is so kind and positive every time I come. “New owners now run this Tim's. And it's much improved. The new owners are now using the window on the east side of the building, eliminating the terrible reach to the window on the west side. I particularly like this Tim's because of the walk-up window. I live in the area and do a fair amount of bike riding. This Tim's is on my route to the Alum Creek bike trail. So it's great to ride in, park the bike on the small "patio" area, walk up to the window, and order. I usually carry a small camp chair on the bike, so I sit, have breakfast, and chill before hitting the trail. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the coffee and food have been good and hot. It would be good to have a couple of small patio tables and chairs in the area of the walk-up window. But I'm plenty happy pulling out my camp chair to chill a bit.“

“The employees here were extremely nice and for the first time in a long time someone actually took the time to educate us on how the bagel, egg, bacon & cheese sandwich should be made. We just started going to Tim hortons again not long ago and we have been going to a different location than sunbury road they’ve always made our sandwiches with 1 egg, 1 slice of cheese & 1 bagel with some bacon (I always adjust the one egg that’s on the sandwich). However when we came to Sunbury Road Tim Hortons they let us know the sandwich is suppose to have 2 eggs which I had no idea. All of the employees I interacted with there were amazing and thank you Cynthia for taking such good care of us and our order today! Needless to say this will be our go to location from now on! The employees at this location gave extremely better service than the other location as well. Thank you again guys!“
