“Hi! I stopped through the drive thru today at about 1pm for a pumpkin iced capp and two vanilla dip donuts (which all of it was phenomenal by the way) but I just had to stop by and say that the wonderful woman that took my order at the speaker and also cashed me out at the window was just amazing!! I felt so welcomed and not rushed, which most places are like that anymore. She mentioned to get the Tim Horton’s app as well. She was so so kind and very inviting with her words so thank you!! :)“
“New owners now run this Tim's. And it's much improved. The new owners are now using the window on the east side of the building, eliminating the terrible reach to the window on the west side. I particularly like this Tim's because of the walk-up window. I live in the area and do a fair amount of bike riding. This Tim's is on my route to the Alum Creek bike trail. So it's great to ride in, park the bike on the small "patio" area, walk up to the window, and order. I usually carry a small camp chair on the bike, so I sit, have breakfast, and chill before hitting the trail. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the coffee and food have been good and hot. It would be good to have a couple of small patio tables and chairs in the area of the walk-up window. But I'm plenty happy pulling out my camp chair to chill a bit.“
“This is my go to tim Hortons and I will usually drive a little out of my way to come here. The coffee tastes better on their machines versus the new ones that have the fancy coffee machines. Too many times though the order is wrong. They need to do a better job of reading the order back to you. The drive through is better then the counter with getting orders right.“
“Staff in the morning on my way to work is very friendly. Food and coffee just hits different (especially at 7:00 AM). The one time I was in the restaurant it didn’t seem super clean, but aside from that good experience all around. Thank you Tim Hortons for being there when I needed you the most.“
