Shake Shack is great for dine-in or takeout. It’s a bit pricey, but the hospitality was top-tier. Jenna, the general manager, was so kind and full of energy. She let us know there would be a wait, took a moment to talk with us, and shared details about a contest and the brand’s international background. That level of care made the experience memorable. We’ll definitely be back!“

“The interiors were really nice with a toy train running over the heads of the customers. And the ambience around the location is great. Service was with a smile and they really pile on the ice cream and timings. But I found the ice cream by itself pretty average. Might be I didn’t choose the right flavour. Couldn’t find much of a difference from any other chain.“

“Great vegan ice cream! Most vegan ice creams are so-so and I don't like the coconut cream after taste, but not here! We bought the mint chocolate flavor and it was wonderful- so rich and creamy you would never believe it was vegan. Good job, Mitchell's!!“

“One of my favorite ice cream places in Ohio! Mitchell’s ice cream is a trademark of Ohio. In a pool of lots of competition(Graters, Handel’s, etc) they continue to shine with the flavors of ice cream they serve and excellent service.
My wife and I always rotate among ice cream places and we’ve determined when it comes to the base layer of ice cream, Mitchell’s does it the best. The base layer of ice cream is always a hit. Even a simple vanilla bean is packed with flavor.
My go-to is always a turtle sundae. I really enjoy the sauces they use for sundae’s. Very rich!
My wife tried the seasonal tiramisu flavor yesterday and loved it. She’s a huge tiramisu lover and she already wants to go back for more.
Highly recommend Mitchell’s to any ice cream fan.“

“I wish I could say I recommend this place because it was a tradition to go here at Easter time and grab chocolate crosses and bunnies. After leaving the store this weekend with such a small amount of different chocolates for 33.00 dollars I was so disappointed. I shared the photo and price with a couple friends and even they were shocked. It's really sad how extremely high a small amount is. I just wish the customer was kept in mind a little more when these prices get so hicked up. There was a second pretzel candy bar of no charge (BOGO) not pictured.“

“Love, Love, Love Carlitta and this amazing little cafe. She is awesome at what she does and offers such a good variety. I always love seeing her when I go in. She always goes the extra mile for her customers and is a local favorite. Her pho is better than any Asian restaurant in town, with the best ingredients and flavor. We love ordering the bone broth to take home. Also be sure to try the Bison meatballs, coffees and desserts... not to mention the variety of goods she sells in the shop. This is a very unique and wonderful spot. You won't be sorry when you visit.“

“Holy cow what a place!!!! The burger was soooo good, the fries were incredible, that queso they give you is so good, just incredible tasting!! The only con is the price, for a burger and then if you want to combo it for fries and a drink is almost 20 dollars 🤯!!! That was a little too much for me, but I spent it anyway cause it looked very good, and it was very good. Probably wouldn't combo it again cause it was way too expensive to combo it, but if you want to spend the big bucks you can do that.“

“I love coming to this place! The yogurt is really good and there's always at least one non-dairy option, which I really appreciate. The toppings bar is fantastic, with so many choices. The place is super clean and everything is always fresh. Also, the woman here is always so nice and welcoming. It's such a great spot and I highly recommend it to everyone!“

“Great experience. Went through the drive thru today. And the lady serving me noticed that I had my toddler with me and asked to split my toddlers milkshake in half to make it easier for his to drink in a smaller cup. It was so thoughtful of her to do so for us. It did make it easier for my toddler. Thanks so much for making my experience for a sweet treat so much easier.“

“First time visiting this place. Went with a friend who raved about it. Everything was good, employees were polite, no complaints from me. It's just a little pricey, but that's just my opinion. Im not mad, if you're able to have a successful business by getting people to pay $20 for 2 cookies and 2 brownies, I'm all for it. I just don't see myself going back. Again, it's not because there's any things I would say that would make someone not go, just not my kind of place. But if you're looking for a decent size cookie that's tasty and warm but don't want to bake it yourself then I'd recommend enjoying a 5 cookie lol“

“I just went there literally 5 seconds ago and i just have to compliment them. The staff at 8:20 pm on aug 13 were so unbelievably fast and efficient. they were on the mark. lowkey a ton of people came in out of no where and they had it handled in seconds. you had to be there to truly understand how hard they were working. my blizzard was so fire, whoever made it put their back into it. it’s was the best blizzard i ever had.“

“Great cookies with unique flavors. Always love the ones with the pat of butter on top! These are the type of cookies you bring to a party and you buy their little cookie cutter and it cuts them in like six pieces I think. Then everyone gets to try a little wedge of all the different flavors and it's fantastic and fun!“

“We tried their chicken on the first day and it was so, so good! They even surprised us with free ice cream while we were waiting.
The next day, we came back with the whole family. Everyone enjoyed the frozen yogurt, and they gave my little niece a free yogurt. That was so sweet of them.
Big thanks to the amazing team, especially the chef, Amani, and the sweet girl at the front. We’ll definitely be back!“

“So yummy, friendly staff and super clean. I got the mocha sundae - amazing! And my hubs got strawberry and wild berry crunch scoops. He said “this wild berry crunch is amazing” like 12 times so we enjoyed it! Staff was super friendly and let me sample a flavor. Will come back during our next Cleveland visit.“
