“Finally tried this shack. Dinner on weekend not too busy. Online order took about 10-12 mins.
CONS: the Shack burger was size of Dave's Single but 6.50. Slices of tomato were very thin. Paper thin lettuce. Hot dog was kinda skinny & came w/ no toppings, all are extra. Asked for cheese sauce on side of fries but they were drowned in the sauce & not crispy as we wanted.
Just started eating on patio (since it was 72deg) but then some jacked loser started smoking right by us so we had to move inside after 2 mins.
PROS: wife liked the veggie burger patty.
Burger tasted fine but not close to top 20.
Not likely we'd come back Cept maybe for a shake at $6-8. Yikes.
Deserves 3.5 stars

“We were so excited for our favorite ice cream spot to reopen after their remodel, and it was definitely worth the wait! The place looks amazing—bright, clean, and even more inviting than before. And of course, the ice cream is still the best ever—completely untouchable! No one does it better. The only thing missing? The train! The one that used to run around the ceiling was such a fun touch, and we really hope they bring it back. Other than that, everything is perfect. If you haven’t been yet, go check out the new look—you won’t be disappointed!“

“Came here for dessert after a very nice meal at Square 22. They offer lots of options for great, homemade ice cream flavors. I tried a seasonal, peppermint ice cream and it was pretty good. I can see this place being very popular during the summer months! It was cold out when we went but they were still very busy.“

“I came in on Sunday night and absolutely loved it! The short blonde worker whose name started with an R was an ABSOLUTE doll, oh God she was a wonder and she made my entire day. My dog recently passed away and I truly think she’s Heaven sent. That girl is one amazing worker who truly cares about her job AND the environment and atmosphere for the customers.“

However, I noticed a worker that during busy times, impatience can sometimes manifest in short responses to customers or a hurried demeanor. While she strives to maintain efficiency, her impatience can sometimes overshadow the friendly atmosphere that Fenik prides itself on.“

“I wish I could say I recommend this place because it was a tradition to go here at Easter time and grab chocolate crosses and bunnies. After leaving the store this weekend with such a small amount of different chocolates for 33.00 dollars I was so disappointed. I shared the photo and price with a couple friends and even they were shocked. It's really sad how extremely high a small amount is. I just wish the customer was kept in mind a little more when these prices get so hicked up. There was a second pretzel candy bar of no charge (BOGO) not pictured.“

“An incident that occurred on 7/24 was greatly taken care of by Claire and her other coworker (don’t remember her name). They were both very sweet and helpful! The ice cream is also very good :) 5 stars 10/10 recommend!“

“I love coming to this place! The yogurt is really good and there's always at least one non-dairy option, which I really appreciate. The toppings bar is fantastic, with so many choices. “So I do have a habit of never ever finishing my food. But when the food is right, in taste, quality, and overall experience, I can finish the entire meal. I ate in, and had the secret menu burger that they offer, That I believe is a rotating menu besides the the usual menu. I loved it, ate it all, my sister had the iceburg bun and said it was fresh and crispy. I would recommend this place for something to have as a eat in and enjoy. Price-wise is rather on the top end. ($40 + tip for 2 people , two burgers, fries, and drinks) Michael and the other manager run a clean establishment, and makes sure food is out in your stomach. For the quality and respect you receive, it is very much worth it.“

“Love this place and the owner is so kind! She is cooking in the back and taking orders so it may be a little wait but after you taste the food you will see it is well worth it! Our favorite as a family is the Pho! Best I have ever had! Also we love the Boba and other drinks as well!“
“I just went there literally 5 seconds ago and i just have to compliment them. The staff at 8:20 pm on aug 13 were so unbelievably fast and efficient. they were on the mark. lowkey a ton of people came in out of no where and they had it handled in seconds. you had to be there to truly understand how hard they were working. my blizzard was so fire, whoever made it put their back into it. it’s was the best blizzard i ever had.“

“This used to be dairy Queen. Hell with dairy Queen.. these guys need their own franchise. I'll take this over dairy Queen anyway. All the fried good were perfect. Ice cream is the best. Chris's chilli cheese burger is awesome and the loaded fries with chicken and bacon is too good. Thanks staff por excellent meals

“So yummy, friendly staff and super clean. I got the mocha sundae - amazing! And my hubs got strawberry and wild berry crunch scoops. He said “this wild berry crunch is amazing” like 12 times so we enjoyed it! Staff was super friendly and let me sample a flavor. Will come back during our next Cleveland visit.“
