“We went to this location for the first time. It was a warm day and they were extremely busy in drive through, as well as inside. We went in, there were a lot of people working, especially a lot of younger associates. It was clean inside. I was beyond impressed because they were moving everyone along very fast with low wait times and accurate orders. I told them that we have a tree nut allergy (DQ locations clean the equipment prior to making that particular ice cream treat). I felt bad that they had to do all of that extra work given how busy they were. I did not hear a single complaint from the associates fulfilling the ice cream orders. While we waited, the young man bagging ice cream orders continued to bag for others. Once our order was ready, he stopped to wash his hands before handling our portion of the order for the tree nut allergy. I was so appreciative and was more than impressed with seeing that. I will continue to drive a little further to go to this location. Thank you for the experience!“

“This is my 2nd review for Raising Cane's at this location. The food and customer service was still great and my family really enjoy everthing they ordered. The entire. restaurant was clean well lighted. Their prices are moderate for what we ordered. The restaurant atmosphere was somewhat slow compared to other times I've been here when it was very busy“

These guys are on top of it. 100% hands down the best Arby’s in the area. Everything was on point, I was welcomed in and my order was taken immediately. I got 3 fish sandwiches and some sides—they let me know it’d be a few because everything was being made fresh. Music to my ears! Lol. Everything we got was phenomenal and I appreciate all of the gentlemen working from the order taker to expo to the cook. Great job fellas, I appreciate you all and wanted to make sure I recognized you because I know how quick people can be to criticize. These guys were on point. Much appreciated.“

“Five guys is very tasty, but way over priced. I ordered 2 orders, 1 had a little cheeseburger & little fries & milkshake, 20 bucks. The other order was 2 little cheeseburgers, 2 milkshakes, 1 little Fri, was 38 bucks so dinner due to 2 people in the hospital was 58.00. that is way too much money. It is a shame they are so expensive.“

“My boyfriend and I ordered online pick up and he went to get it in store but ended up getting super dizzy and passed out onto the floor. The staff was super concerned and made sure he was okay and gave him water and some ice while he came to. They even went out of their way to make sure he was telling the truth about me driving us home to make sure he got home alright. I didn’t get their names but I am really grateful for their act of kindness. This never happened to him before and he was super embarrassed but I’m glad there’s still good people out there to genuinely cares for their customers.“

“New Cane’s and one of the best in the area. The food was noticeably better than what I’ve received from Cane’s recently; the chicken was so juicy and the Texas Toast was so well-buttered and delicious. And the soda was not watered down like what I’ve gotten at some other places. The restaurant was clean and the service was quick!“

“I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger, regular fries and a large fountain drink. The burger was delicious, perfectly cooked with a good amount of crispy bacon and melty cheese. Bun was not soggy even after waiting 10 minutes before I had a chance to eat it. Fries were undercooked but still good, not super fresh but they still hit the spot. Restaurant was clean and staff was super friendly. I would for sure eat here again. The only cons I can see would be the price. My total was $19.53… 6 bucks for underdone, greasy, lukewarm fries would make me reconsider and the gentleman who took and handed me my order had really long fingernails which was off putting.“

They have never gotten an attitude when I ask questions about menu items (unlike other fast food places I won't name.) “It is a good Arby's. Typical Arby's food, which is usually pretty good. Parking lot is a little tight, but should have room. The bathroom was clean, glad they gave paper towels, and the water out of the faucet was a good amount. I'd definitely eat here again. Staff was friendly too.

“I have to say I've been doordashing for a while now and this must be the best restaurant ever to take care of customers. The management, the employees, the service is off the charts, fantastic and I run into a lot of restaurants that suck. But this place is on top of its game, everybody should come.

“Chick-fil-A sandwiches have always been a great go to for that chicken sandwich itch. I also do love their salads as they are pretty hefty with the quantity you get in each bowl. The quality of the lettuce is also nice compared to other food chains. The waffle fries are good, but I have experienced at the Willoughby location that they will go very heavy on the salt sometimes where my family and myself just cannot eat them.

My real only complaint is the drive thru service. I would say that in my last 10 visits here, 3 of those times I was missing food. Now, it is my error for not double checking my bag, but in my defense I have been to other food establishments that I have not had issues with any of my orders exceeding at least 30+ trips. This location has dual lanes, and sometimes you can feel pressure of being in lane waiting for food when the car behind you has already been serviced. With the amount of staffing, I feel they need to have someone double check orders.

The staff though is polite and kind, which is nice. I feel the accuracy in which the orders are packed needs to be checked.

Update: I had an issue last night 3/7/25 where my order was missing a sandwich. I noticed this once I got home. I called the store with no answer. I was instructed to leave a voicemail which referenced that I would receive a call back. I never got a returned call. I went back to the store the next day and brought in my receipt showing the clerk how my order was incomplete. They remade the sandwich but referenced to me that they would only do this, this once as they only remake food same day or send me a coupon in mail. Here is my issue, if you aren't picking up the phone and are not returning my phone call as you stated you would, your establishment will not be getting $7 from me for free. I WILL receive my food. I do not want to rely on the USPS to give me a free coupon. If I have to drive back up to your store because of your error, you should be more welcoming and apologetic. Heck, give me a free fry to compensate my gas. Sadly, this left a strong bitter taste on my mouth.

The fast food industry can be very tough on stores depending on location. But you also gain high rep for service quality. Chick-fil-A usually pushes itself as setting a high bar for quality in food and service. So far, my opinion is dropping into the negative areas though as I am continuing to get bad service quality at this location.“

“Not a huge fan of McDonald's however it was late and Burger King was ignoring its customers for some reason. My food was hot and awesome and even looked like the pictures, haha this totally impressed me! Good job doing your job even for your late night customers!“

“I love me some Arbys!!! Anytime I go there I absolutely love their food. Their service is usually spot on as well. One of my favorite things to do there is ring the bell before we leave if our service was good!! Here's a tip....sign up for their app and there is always offers and rewards that they give you. Usually some really good percentage off of your bill on the weekends if you use their app!! You should try their Arby's sauce as well. Great stuff!!

“The person serving us here was absolutely amazing. Full of life, spoke clearly, made me feel welcome and just nice to talk to (from the few exchanges we had from when I was ordering). I’m not sure exactly why I enjoyed talking to him so much, he just seemed like a great guy. I don’t know his name but I believe he looked like he was in his 40s, African American and had a nice moustache if i may add. I

“I came to this McDonald’s in March 2025 for breakfast and had a positive experience. While I expected it to be the typical McDonald’s - with familiar food, basic service, and a somewhat clean restaurant - this one is far better. The restaurant was clean, the service was outstanding, and the food came out fast and was good. When there was an issue with the order, the manager immediately came out, was very friendly, let us keep the original order, and quickly made a new one. The employees at the counter were also very friendly.“
