“The person serving us here was absolutely amazing. Full of life, spoke clearly, made me feel welcome and just nice to talk to (from the few exchanges we had from when I was ordering). I’m not sure exactly why I enjoyed talking to him so much, he just seemed like a great guy. I don’t know his name but I believe he looked like he was in his 40s, African American and had a nice moustache if i may add. I

“On Tuesday, June 17th, 18 old ladies and gents "dropped in" for lunch, thinking arrangements had been made for us. Someone slipped up. The restaurant already had a healthy number of customers but the staff hustled tables, chairs, setups, etc. and in no time, we were soon seated and making our food choices. Instead of any of the staff having an "attitude", we were treated with Simon's usual good cheer. Bravo Simon's!“

“The chicken salad was delicious. A nice large amount was distributed. Chicken wells seasoned very good . I noticed the mushrooms were canned, not fresh. You can tell the difference. Instead of putting certain items on your salad, you may want it on the side, for example, jalapeno peppers, pickles, etc.. they will charge you for putting those items in a side cup. I didn't agree with that, the choice of salad dressings, you can get those on the side free. If you want an egg on your salad you have to pay for it. I've noticed lots of great things on the menu. I will continue to go back there and also try new things as well. The overall price, I think, is reasonable. The customer service was great and pretty fast.“

“I really liked the Philly cheese steak. The roll is fresh and baked daily in the store( I asked) and holds up well without overpowering the ingredients. The steak was tender and flavorful. The onions, mushrooms and cheese blended well together. My only complaint would be the in amount of salt that was added was a bit much...however overall a great sandwich and would order again.“

Instead of being lazy and cancelling my order, a young man called and advised me of the issue and gave me an option. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I got there, food was ready and packed. I've always liked this location. Everybody in there was on their job. Message to management: All workers that were in this Subway location at like 7:30 today (6/10/24) when I picked up my order deserve some type of accolade. “I came in around noon today. Was very busy, but the service was friendly and prompt! I just came back from Florida and was searching for the equivalent of the famous Publix chicken tender sub. I ordered a small chicken supreme - it was better than Publix! Very fresh, just as I ordered and bigger than expected. I added mayo and Sharpys oil, it was not soggy. Bread was fresh and toasted. “Been in this neighborhood for the last 13 years and not sure how long this Subway has been here, but it's my favorite one around. The same 2 guys have been there for years and they are fast, friendly, the store always is nice and clean. Only down side is how small it is. There is not really anywhere to set besides like 1 table... although in this area now, I don't blame them for not having a bunch of tables. All in all, if you are looking for a decent sandwich, I would recommend them.“
