“We had a very disappointing experience today getting carryout. While waiting 15-20 min for our order in a nearly empty restaurant we witnessed 4 of the 5 employees go for break, only one was working. When the others came back they were talking and working at the pace of a snail. We witnessed two employees argue with one another on the grill. It was very disappointing that service was so poor. We normally go to the Dublin location which has top notch experience, this was not our experience today. Won’t be visiting again.“

“I love to go to this Wendy’s as the fries are crispy, the nuggets are crispy, and the burger is juicy. This place has decreased in my opinion though. They don’t have the four for four deal anymore which was a main factor of why I went to this Wendy’s and the staff was a bit weird one time.The staff asked to hold on (in the drive thru), and we waited a good 5-10 minutes before the employee asked us our order. I understand that it might of been understaffed or the people in front of us had a big order but waiting 5-10 minutes just at the speaker is a bit absurd. Also the quality of the food here is hit or miss. I said the food was crispy and juicy but that’s only 75% of the time, the other 25%, the food is dry and questionable.“

“Amazing service! I have a food allergy and asked if one of their sandwiches contained the ingredient. They went above and beyond to try to figure out if the food contained the ingredient and came out and talked to me about why the food was taking extra time. They couldn't find if the ingredient was in the contents, even after calling and texting and so I ordered something different. When my food was delivered, it had already been paid for. Very kind people and amazing service.“

“went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.“

“I was traveling and stopped here to grab some food. I seen they have lamb burgers so I tried a lamb burger and fries. It's really good stuff and made with really nice toppings as well as you can see in the pictures. The individuals were really nice to me when I was there and were talking about various foods while I was there ordering and waiting for my stuff. I recommend this place if you want to try some really good food and maybe if you want to try a lamb burger instead of beef all of the time.“

“I recently visited Flip Side in Easton and had an excellent experience. I came alone and sat at the bar, where I was greeted warmly by multiple staff members. Everyone was friendly, and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

The bartender chatted with me about my taste in beer and offered a few samples—the lager stood out as excellent. For food, I let her decide and she recommended Shawn’s Burger with truffle fries. The burger was one of the best I’ve ever had, and the fries were fantastic. She even brought a couple sauces to try, which were delicious, though the fries really stood on their own.

Beyond the food and drinks, the staff’s attentiveness stood out. The bartender was friendly and welcoming, and I loved the touch of greenery throughout the restaurant. Everything was very clean, and paying my bill on my phone was quick and convenient.

Overall, Flip Side is a gem. Between the outstanding food, excellent service, and great atmosphere, I would highly recommend stopping in if you’re ever in Easton.“
