“Rita’s is the best place for dessert!!! They have Italian ice in a great variety of flavors they rotate the flavors every 36 hours. The staff here is amazing they always greet you with a smile and always so pleasant. Tonight I went about 30 min to closing and they had a line of about 30 people … the staff handled themselves like champs and got everyone’s order out in a timely manner. I literally stop at this place every night now!!!! If you haven’t tried it ….what you waiting for ….goooo do it!!! You will not be disappointed!!!!“

“These cookies are delicious- rather expensive but delicious. I paid extra for the “happy birthday” packaging which consisted of a small stuck on bow and a “Happy Birthday” sticker. I thought there would be more- like maybe the cookies set on top of confetti colored tissue-or colored tissue- to make it look special. I won’t “splurge” on that extra again. The employees at this store do not seem very happy.“

“I have to review the root beer freeze. The consistency of the drink was unexpected but delightful. Most root beer floats I have had were very thick. This one had the consistency of milk. The flavor of the root beer was subtle and enjoyable. I swear that I took one sip and it was all gone. If I didn't get a tummy ache from drinking the entire thing, I would go right back and order another. The manager was also pleasant and kind. What a wonderful experience! It was worth every penny.“

“Amazing service!!! After a terrible experience at the Braum’s on Covell, we still wanted some delicious ice cream, so we drove to the I-35 location afterward. WOW! The service was amazing. The first Braum’s told us we had to order sundaes based on what we asked for, made it incorrectly, and argued with about how we ordered it wrong, but the young men at the I-35 saved us money and made the order so special! I highly recommend this location - service was great and the ice cream was 10/10! Thank you so much!!!“

“Stopped in today after finishing a job nearby and grabbed a few groceries. First time inside this location in Edmond off Covel Road near I-35—it looks fairly new, everything was clean (including the bathrooms), and the staff was friendly.“

They went above and beyond today. I’m really particular since COVID - I can’t have seasoning on meat. Somehow they remembered and got my order perfect. They didn’t even start my ice cream until my burgers were done, and my fries were hot and fresh! They tossed in Braum’s sauce I didn’t ask for, but my son loves it. So appreciate them going the extra mile!“

“This Braum’s location is consistently impressive. The management, Josh in particular, is great, always efficient, courteous, and thinking ahead about the extra details (napkins, Braum’s sauce, extra ketchup, etc.). Grocery is also efficient, helpful and so pleasant. Other locations should take note! One standout example: my family had a milkshake spill in the restaurant once, and before we could even alert someone to the mess, a new milkshake was brought to our table and another team member was ready to clean it up. True customer service in the fast food space.“

“Andy’s Frozen Custard never disappoints! I got the vanilla concrete with Reese’s Pieces and it was absolutely delicious - creamy, rich, and perfectly blended. The kids always go for the chocolate and love every bite. The service was quick and friendly, and everything came out fresh. It’s become one of our favorite dessert stops for a sweet treat after dinner. Highly recommend if you’re craving something cold and satisfying!“

“My family ate at 3 different Braum locations approximately 2 weekends ago in Oklahoma while visiting family.. Braums in Edmond gave excellent service. Staff were very respectful and attentive.

However, staff at Braums in OKC on North May and 62nd Street were inattentive and neglectful. The worst location was in Mustang, OK, though. We had a 5 generation gathering March 22nd. 2026 at approximately 6 PM. Several children (as well as a few adults; one a 92 YO woman) wanted icecream. We stood in line for about 10 minutes while 2 young men ignored us, eventually serving other people who came in much later after us. Staff didn't acknowledge us in any way nor did they respond when I spoke up. We were eventually served, but when I explained my frustration, one young man just shrugged and otherwise did not respond.“
