“I saw a post in our neighborhood Facebook page about Jones Co. Coffee so I had to try it. On the post there was a picture of some wonderful looking muffins. I got the banana nut muffin and it was wonderful! They also had a special drink that I had to try: Carrot Cake Spiced Chai. I got the iced one and it definitely satisfied my sweet tooth 😁. I came in in the early afternoon and they were not very busy and Hannah was politely attentive to my dumb 'dad jokes'. I also found out that the manager (Cindy) baked the muffins fresh in-house. If you're in the area (or even if you're not) I highly recommend! 😃“

“This is THE CUTEST coffee shop, and had the most friendly, genuine people and staff that I have ever come across. I crossed through this town on a roadtrip from Ohio, and it is some of the best coffee I have ever had (and I travel to a lot of coffee shops). If you get the chance, give this cute place a try. “I got the caramel iced latte with an Xtra shot & cold foam. My partner gets the blended vanilla with a shot. Their espresso is fresh, strong, and flavorful. Rivals any big coffee chain. In fact, they’re better. They were fast, the people are nice, and the cups are cool.

UPDATE: Any time we’re near 71st & Memorial we make a special stop by the mall just to get a latte from this place. So good.“

“I visit this location every single day — like a bad habit. Some days are better than others, but some days are downright rough. It’s a bit out of the way on my route to work, but I make it work.

The customer service used to be top-notch, but lately, it’s slipped a bit. The drinks are never quite the same twice, but I try to give them grace and keep coming back. The turnover seems to be through the roof — I see a new face almost every morning. There are still a few familiar ones who are fantastic, but a lot of new ones too.

This morning was especially chaotic. The system crashed four times while I was ordering. The first girl was patient and handled it well — no problem. The second tried again and said, “Oops, it crashed.” Still fine. The third one came on and said, “Oh my gosh, my computer crashed.” I told her it was okay — it happens.

But when my drink finally came out, it was what I ordered. Before I could say anything, she turned around, went back inside, and yelled, “Has she even paid yet?!” When she came back, her attitude said it all. I calmly told her, “No need to go in and yell at people — you could’ve just asked me.” She got defensive and snapped, “It’s my boss, and I DIDN’T YELL!” before stomping back inside.

The manager and another employee came out afterward — they were great. I explained that I understood the system issues, but the last girl’s attitude was unnecessary. Right behind me, another customer was yelling, “Come take my money! I have to go!” The manager, still trying to help me, told her they were having system issues. After a minute, that customer drove off in frustration.

I waited patiently with my money in hand. Things happen — I get it. The manager handled it as best as she could, and I appreciated that.

Of course, I’ll keep coming back — because I always do. People have bad days, and I understand that. Take a deep breath, let it go, and move on with your day. It will get better.“

So excited to have a place that I don’t dread having to wade through “all the stuff” that we’ve accepted as typical. Customer service in a coffee hot spot? Yeah, I learned it still exists. Brooklyn who made my blended sea salted carmalicious it’s was literally perfect I’ve been going to scooters for about 2years now and my favorite is on Peoria due to the service and atmosphere and they always made my drinks exactly how I liked it but these past months it was too milky not thick enough or the taste was not balanced so a few times I requested a certain way but it never came out the right way.. well today I ordered the sea salted caramelicous and it was perfect like thick and delicious I personally like my blended drinks where it’s a little icy hard to explain but it totally shocked me that it was on point so shout out to her because she made me so happy to have the taste that I missed back I will be requesting her to make them from now on hopefully she stays and you guys give her the proper recognizition for her service and dedication and maybe have her train others on how to make them HAPPY NEW YEARS 🙏✨“

“I recently switched from Starbucks to Dutch Bros because I just love the vibes there. It is so fun!Everyone is always having fun, laughing, joking, and there’s music playing. The energy is just really good. They joke around with me too and it makes my day better. The whole place just has top-shelf vibes.

I’m not anti-Starbucks or anything, I just prefer Dutch Bros now. The colors are fun and vibrant, the prices are better, and honestly the coffee tastes better too. I get the same kinds of drinks I used to get at Starbucks, and they’re always better here and way more consistent.

And then there are the pup cups. Every single time I go, they make the coolest, most elaborate pup cups. At Starbucks you get a tiny little shot-glass-sized cup of whipped cream. At Dutch Bros you get a huge cup of whipped cream with dog bones crumbled on top like a work of art. They always go above and beyond.

This guy in particular made an exceptional pup cup and told me it’s always been his dream for one of his pup cups to end up in a Google review, so I’m officially making his dream come true! They’re always so sweet with my dog, Trusty — they want to pet him, take pictures of him, and you can tell they genuinely care.“

“I love their coffee! It's not a pathetic small size like lots of places and it's a strong taste but not bitter (the golden eye is the BEST). However the hours they are open is iffy. Internet and the website says they open at 7am and close at 8, but the store doesn't open until 8am. And the other day they had a sign saying they close at 3pm. They should probably update their hours.“

“How does this place manage to stay open without a menu? The entire premise is classist and obnoxious. I shouldn't have to order ahead to get a cup of coffee. I stopped by thinking, "Hey this looks convenient on my way to an appointment." But, there is no menu and was told, "I would have to get the app to order." Coffee shouldn't be this hard. The place was absolutely dead and I never see anyone there so how it survives is beyond comprehension. Queenies was packed, Starbucks was crawling and you can't get a cup of coffee at this place unless you know you want it ahead of time, and want to download their app. I would probably get coffee here often because of the location, but now I will never go back just out of principal.“

“I'm glad I found out about this place, as I hadn't noticed in on my first few drives past the area. Cool little shop, and I love what they've put up art-wise on the walls. I've only done TGTG with them, and was initially slightly worried, as the items they had didn't look super exciting. I was SO wrong, and the flavors and fillings they had inside belied that dull exterior. Donut holes with sweet fillings, hot dogs and burgers within pastry exteriors. They got me good, and I'm looking to come back.

Also, one thing I appreciate about everything they do is that they don't overdo the flavors, yet no single item is without identity. Not too sweet, not too salty, but there's something going for each one in terms of unique identity. The only *slight* weakness in comparison is then the breading, as it is not as outstanding as the rest of it. That said, not an issue.“

I go here often and never have problems like the other stores around the area although I will say the Yale location has improved significantly the 21st and U still takes the cake“
