“I really enjoy the customer service at this location. Vera is so nice all the time! My coffee is hit or miss. Today was really like water and leaked all over the place. I actually almost called the location to complain. Other days it's perfect and great.“

“Been to a *LOT* of McDonald's over the years. This one really stepped up! The place was spotless, the service was friendly without being "fake friendly" and the food looked like the pictures. Y'know how sometimes your burg is this mashed up thing? My quarter pounder belonged in a commercial!Y'know how you play the "good McD's/bad McD's" game? This is the good one. Drive to this one.“

“I stopped for lunch on the 23rd of December while traveling through. It was insanely busy and as expected the order has some hiccups. But the manager on duty was extremely kind, very professional and so personable. She clearly was trying her best during the chaos and I have to commend her for that. Her positive attitude and friendly smile made my day!“

“This location has gone completely downhill. It's absolutely disgusting inside. All 4 garbage bins overflowed, as a result almost every table had food containers and wrappers on them. The floors were filthy, with ketchup packets, wrappers, straws under the tables. Even the kitchen floor where the food was being prepared was strewn with food.

And worse, the staff was just standing around chatting, like as if there was no work to be done. They were oblivious to the mess in their surroundings.

Obviously, management has lost all discipline here. Corporate needs to step in and right this ship.“
